A study on non-face-to-face 5AL teaching and learning method applying extended reality (XR)

코로나(COVD-19)로 인해 비대면 수업이 장기화하고 있는 시점에서 비대면 교수학습 방법에 관한 연구가 필요한 실정이다. 기존에 제시된 교수학습방법은 대면 형태의 실습 및 체험형 교수법을 제시하고 있어 비대면 수업에 적용하기에는 한계가 있다. 본 연구에서는 대학교육혁신원에서 선정된 교수학습 방법인 5AL(5Activity Learning) 교수법을 대상으로 확장현실(XR:eXtended Reality)기술을 활용하는 방법을 제시한다. 5AL교수법은 문제중심학습(PBL Learning), 하브루타학습(Havruta Learning), 플립드학습(Flipped Learning), 스마트엑티비티학습(Smart Activity Learning) 및 게이미피케이션학습(Gamification Learning)으로 구성된다. 본 연구에서는 출시된 확장현실 콘텐츠를 5AL과 접목하는 방법을 제시했다. 또한, 5AL의 5가지 학습법을 통합한 콘텐츠를 개발하고 시험을 통해서 학습 효과를 확인했다. At a time when non-face-to-face classes are being held for a long time due to Corona (COVD-19), research on non-face-to-face teaching and learning methods is needed. Existing teaching and learning methods are limited in their application to non-face-to-face classes as they present face-to-face practical and experiential teaching methods. In this study, we present a method of utilizing the extended reality (XR: eXtended Reality) technology for the 5AL (5 Activity Learning) teaching method, which is a teaching and learning method selected by the Institute for University Education Innovation. The 5AL teaching method consists of PBL Learning, Havruta Learning, Flipped Learning, Smart Activity Learning, and Gamification Learning. In this study, a method of combining the released extended reality contents with 5AL was presented. In addition, we developed content that integrates the 5 learning methods of 5AL and confirmed the learning effect through testing.
A Study on Immersive Media Technology in the Metaverse World

코로나 팬데믹으로 온라인 가상공간의 중요성이 커지면서 가상공간 활용 기술에 대한 관심이 높아져 언택트 기술에 대한 증가 및 관련 콘텐츠 산업 성장의 붐을 일으키고 있으며, 가상과 현실이 결합된 유비쿼터스 기반의 새로운 가상 융합 플랫폼인 메타버스 시대로의 전환이 가속화 되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 메타버스 구성 원리와 세부적인 기능에 대한 연구로 메타버스 플랫폼 중 제페토(ZEPETO)를 중심으로 분석한 결과, 맵 구성 빌드잇(Built-lt)과 제페토스튜디오를 통한 창작을 제공하며 아이템과 콘텐츠도 다양하고 경제활동이 활발했다. 이는 제페토(ZEPETO)를 중심으로 분석한 결과이므로 메타버스 플랫폼에 따라 상이하다. 메타버스 활성화를 위해 필요한 것은 무엇이며, 메타버스에서 생성된 가상의 자산들을 현실세계에서 어떻게 활용해야 유익할 지에 대한 방향성에 대해 메타버스 관련 기술을 통해 확인하고자 한다. As the importance of online virtual space grows due to Corona Pandemic, interest in virtual space utilization technology is increasing, causing a boom in the growth of the untact technology and related content industry, and accelerating the transition to Metaverse era, a new virtual convergence platform based on virtual and reality. This study analyzed ZEPETO, a Metaverse platform and found that it provides a creative space through Built-it and ZEPETO Studio, and offers items and contents with active economic activity. This is the result of an analysis centered on ZEPETO, so it varies depending on the Metaverse platform. We look to find key items to activate a Metaverse platform and how to make best use of virtual assets crated in Metaverse in reality through Metaverse related technologies.
Sunitinib으로 치료 중인 전이성 신세포암 환자에서 발생한 장벽기종

Sunitinib as a multitarget tyrosine kinase inhibitor is one of the anti-tumor agents, approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration to use treat gastrointestinal stromal tumor and metastatic renal cell carcinoma. The agent is known to commonly induce adverse reactions such as fatigue, nausea, diarrhea, stomatitis, esophagitis, hypertension, skin toxicity, reduciton in cardiac output of left ventricle, and hypothyroidism. However, it has been reported to rarely induce adverse reactions such as nephrotic syndrome and irreversible reduction in renal functions, and cases of intestinal perforation or pneumatosis interstinalis as such reactions have been consistently reported. In this report, a 66-year old man showing abdominal pain had renal cell carcinoma and history of sunitinib at a dosage of 50 mg/day on a 4-weeks-on, 2-weeks-off schedule. Seven days after the third cycle he was referred to the hospital because of abdominal pain. Computed tomography showed pneumoperitoneum with linear pneumatosis intestinalis in his small bowel. The patient underwent surgical exploration that confirmed the pneumatosis intestinalis at 100 cm distal to Treitz`s ligament. We report a rare case of intestinal perforation with pneumatosis intestinalis after administration of sunitinib to a patient with metastatic renal cell carcinoma.
대장 내시경 이후 비장손상 없이 발생한 자발성 복강 내 출혈 1예

대장 내시경에 의한 복강 내 출혈은 매우 드물지만 빠른 진단과 처치가 필요한 중한 합병증이다. 저자들은 검진 목적으로 대장 내시경을 시행받은 57세 남자에서 대장 내시경 이후 비장손상 없이 자발성 복강 내 출혈이 발생하였고 이후 수술적 처치 없이 호전된 증례를 경험하여 문헌고찰과 함께 보고한다. Colonoscopy is a widely used diagnostic and therapeutic intervention with an excellent safety profile. Although an intraperitoneal hemorrhage is a rare complication after colonoscopy, and usually associated with splenic injury or solid organ pathology, it is potentially serious and can be life-threatening. We report a rare case of spontaneous intraperitoneal hemorrhage after diagnostic colonoscopy without splenic injury or intra-abdominal abnormality, known as idiopathic spontaneous intraperitoneal hemorrhage. This case emphasizes that physicians should be aware of the emergence of acute abdomen after colonoscopy. (Korean J Med 2013;85:178-182)
간호대학생의 진로결정 자기효능감과 진로탐색행동 및 진로결정몰입에 대한 인식

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate nursing students`` awareness of career decision-making self-efficacy, career search behavior and commitment to career choice. Methods: Data were collected using a self-report questionnaire from 397 nursing students in D city from October 1 to October 8, 2014. Results: The average score of career decision-making self-efficacy, career search behavior and commitment to career choice was 3.42, 3.08 and 3.27 on a Likert 5 point-scale respectively. Career decision-making self-efficacy and career search behavior were significantly different according to grade of subject. There were positive correlations between career decision-making self-efficacy, career search behavior and commitment to career choice. Conclusion: It is necessary to develop an effective career support program from 1st grade to improve nursing student``s career decision- making self-efficacy, career search behavior and commitment to career choice.
