In 『Maekyojeongmiron(脈要精微論)』, Jangbu(臟腑) is assigned to Chon·Gwan·Cheok(寸關尺) in according to the position. Kidney[腎] is assigned to the backward area of Cheok. Abdominal cavity[腹中] is assigned to the middle area of Cheok. Hypochondrium[季脇] is assigned to the forward area of Cheok. Liver[肝] is assigned to the backward area of left Gwan. Diaphragm[격] is assigned to the forward area of left Gwan. Stomach[胃] is assigned to the backward area of right Gwan. Spleen[脾] is assigned to the forward area of right Gwan. Heart[心] is assigned to the backward area of left Chon. Central part of the chest[전中] is assigned to the forward area of left Chon. Lung[肺] is assigned to the backward area of right Chon. Thoracic cavity[胸中] is assigned to the forward area of right Chon. This method of assignment is simple and useful in clinic.
배 검은별무늬병에 대한 Fluxapyroxad/Pyraclostrobin 합제의 방제 효과

The mixture of fluxapyroxad plus pyraclostrobin or the 9 time-spray schedule with various fungicides was evaluated for their efficacy in controlling pear scab in field trials. It showed sufficient condition to evaluate the efficacy of fungicides for the control of pear scab since disease incidence of the untreated control plot was 58.4% or 100% on leaves or fruits, respectively. Pear scab on leaves was occurred by 6.3% at treated plot with the mixture of fluxapyroxad plus pyraclostrobin, resulting in the 89.2% of control value. Incidence of the fruit disease was 16.7% at treated plot with the mixture of fluxapyroxad plus pyraclostrobin, showing 83.3% of control value. When the 9 time-spray schedule was tested, pear scab was occurred by 5% or 13.3% on leaves or fruits, respectively. Their control values were the 91.4% on leaves or 86.7% on fruits. Although the 9 time-spray schedule showed slightly lower disease incidence than the mixture of fluxapyroxad plus pyraclostrobin, but there is no statistically significant difference. These results suggest that the mixture of fluxapyroxad plus pyraclostrobin can control effectively the pear scab.

This study was conducted to examine changes in the fungal community on fallen leaves of pear by treatment with lime sulfur. Although the lime sulfur could reduce the primary inoculum of several pathogens on spring season, the effect of lime sulfur has not been well determined scientifically. Fallen leaves infected by pear diseases in pear orchards in Naju were collected and treated with lime sulfur or water as a control. To determine the fungal diversity from each treatment, rDNA internal transcribed spacer (ITS) regions were analyzed after extraction of fungal genomic DNA from lime sulfur-treated or water-treated fallen leaves, respectively. The most common fungal species were Ascomycota and Basidiomycota in both treated leaves. However, the population dynamics of several fungal species including Alternari sp., Cladosporium sp., and Phomopsis sp., which are known as pear pathogens for skin sooty dapple disease, were quite different from each treated leaves. These results indicated that lime sulfur treatment led to changes of fungal communities on pear fallen leaves and could be applicable as a dormant spray.
귀리 종자흑변병에 관여하는 Alternaria alternata 검출 및 발생원인

2023년에 강진 귀리 재배농가에서 종자흑변병이 의심되는 종자가 다수 관찰되었다. 흑변 증상을 보이는 귀리종자 132개를 선발하여 곰팡이 감염률을 조사한 결과, Alternaria속이 84%를 차지할 만큼 우점으로 검출되었고 Alternaria alternata로 동정되었다. 강진 재배농가의 같은 포장에서 2022년에 수확한 종자와 외관 및 품질을 비교한 결과, 명도를 나타내는 L값이 2023년의 귀리 종자에서 유의하게 낮게 나타났으며 종자 품질을 평가하는 전기전도도는 2023년 종자에서 유의적으로 높게 측정되어 종자의 활력에 차이가 있었다. 귀리 파이토알렉신으로 알려진 아베난쓰라마이드 함량은 2023년 종자에서 2022년에 비해 10배 정도 높게 분석되었다. 출수 후 수확하기 전 생식생장 기간에 해당하는 2023년 5월 강진의 한 달 평균 강수량은 2022년 5월에 비해 230배 많았고 평균 상대습도도 높아 A. alternata의 감염에 적합한 환경이 조성되어 종자흑변병이 발생하였을 것으로 생각되었다. 기후변화로 대발생할 수 귀리 병에 대한 모니터링과 함께 적극적인 방제 노력이 필요하리라 생각한다. In 2023, a number of seeds suspected to be discolored black oat seeds on oat farms in Gangjin were observed and examined for fungal infection. The species Alternaria alternata was predominant, accounting for 84% of all fungal infections. The appearance and quality of seeds harvested in 2022 were compared with seeds harvested in 2023 from the same field. The lightness value was lower in the seeds harvested in 2023, while the electrical conductivity was higher in the seeds harvested in 2023. The content of avenanthramide was found to be 10 times higher in the 2023 seeds than in those harvested in 2022. The accumulated precipitation in Gangjin in May 2023 was 230 times higher than that in May 2022, and the average relative humidity was high. These conditions created an environment suitable for infection of A. alternata, which were thought to have caused discolored black oat seeds.

Each brand is very important invisible assets in KORAIL and KORAIL affiliate companies because of their powerful perception of the customers. This study suggests that how to improve and manage KORAIL brand reputation and how can KORAIL employees differentiate other transportation system in the near future. To obtain more benefits using the brand strengthen strategy in KORAIL.
