        Abstract - The biggest difficulty the small and small business currently face is not to have the effective cusomer management system that is the computerization of management, And, CRM has many problems that make companies confused. As the result, projects are being suspended and budgets cut, plans for introducing CRM suspended or cancelled and many CRM software vendors and technical consulting firms are facing serious management crisis. Yet, this phenomenon can be regarded as an interim one. In fact, some cases that successfully introduced CRM show that CRM is migrating from small scale which is typical when introduced to larger scale through various tests. Therefore, this study tries to segment customer for the solving the problem. And it make efficient customer management. The product process is sequence of all the required activities that a company must perform to develop, and manufacture a product. These activities include marketing, research, engineering design, quality assurance, manufacturing, and a whole chain of suppliers and vendors. The process also comprises all strategic planning, capital investments, management decisions, and tasks necessary to create a new product. manufacturing processes must be created so that the product can be produced in the product facility. Purchasing new equipment and training workers may be required if new technology is to be used. Tools, fixtures, and the sequence of steps in the manufacturing processes must all be developed to allow rapid, high-quality, cost effective production. Also, it may be needed to be rearrange the production facility to adapt to the new manufacturing processes. Therefore, this study tries to proposed that Scheduling by customer needs group for minimizing the problem and reducing inventory, product development time, cycle time, and order lead time.

        Abstract - The biggest difficulty the small and small business currently face is not to have the effective operation of management system that is the computerization of management, and the problem is the small and medium-sized company can not afford the expenses caused by maintaining and operating such huge man-powers and facilities. Therefore, in this study, we try to develope the Quality Information System allowing the effective outflow and management of information through the availability lf viewing and managing the information by the level by menas of setting the log-in levels for the operation of information, easy revision or medification in the changed structure and new assignment made and followed by the modularization of program. For the accomplishment of above purpose, the material coding work or process allowing the easy classification of materials by emplyees of the company through the in-house standardization of material classifying standard is the foundation for the fast data processing so, it must be achieved first. And also, the purpose of this study is for inducement of the production management and quality control operated by companies to the computerization and automation, and we try to develop the DB Design allowing the realtime monitoring the ordered quantity to quantity to be delivered and output through a unit of PC and the increased consequence with the other works by monitoring the output at the site through the central PC instead of the system monitoring the output at the site by the manager for accomplishment of this purpose.

        A Case Study of a Resource Reservation Protocol in IP Based wireless Access Networks for ITS Service

        For effective IP based service implementation on the wireless network environments, wireless network including the ITS network have to support QoS guaranteed protocol such as a RSVP. RSVP is a resource reservation protocol for Internet environment, and its scalability makes easy to implement RSVP over the various IP transport technologies. But for the If based ITS wireless network environment, RSVP is not suitable, since by its path setup procedure characteristic. In the wireless access network for ITS service, when a mobile node moves to other domain it must perform registration procedure. But the registration procedure is time consuming steps, so if a RSVP session was already established in the previous domain, the RSYP session may be disconnected and the time to re establish a new RSVP session is long enough to cause serious packet loss. In this paper, we propose a pre-path reservation mechanism for applying the RSVP in wireless access networks for ITS. In the pre-path reservation mechanism, the resource reservation procedure occurred during a mobile node's handoff time. An access point in wireless access network performs this procedure when the mobile node attempts handoff The access point executes pre-path reservation procedure as a proxy, since the mobile node does not have IP address until the address allocation procedure is finished in a new domain.

        소규모 사무실(SOHO : small office home office)에서 동영상 데이터와 같은 대용량 데이터를 서비스하기에 적합한 25Mbps의 work group ATM switch를 직접 설계하고 구현하여 화상회의 등의 멀티미디어 서비스 가능성을 시험하여 보았다. 본 논문은 주로 25Mbps의 라인보드의 개발을 통하여 하드웨어 설계시의 문제점과 고려할 사항을 살펴보고 향후 이용분야에 대하여 논하였다. 특히 공통버스방식의 스위칭 적용 및 이의 실제 실험을 통한 안정적 설계기법을 연구, 기술하였다.

      • Increased Dialysate MCP-1 is Associated with Cardiovascular Mortality in Peritoneal Dialysis Patients: A Prospective Observational Study

        <P>Abstract</P><P><B><I>Background:</I></B> The aim of this study was to investigate the association between the dialysate MCP-1 (dMCP-1) and systemic inflammatory and nutritional markers in peritoneal dialysis (PD) patients. In addition, we examined the prognostic value of dMCP-1 on all-cause or cardiovascular mortality in these patients. <B><I>Methods:</I></B> We prospectively followed 169 prevalent PD patients from April 1st 2008 to December 31st 2012. At baseline, dMCP-1 and serum biochemical parameters including high sensitivity CRP (hs-CRP) and albumin were checked. All-cause mortality and cause of death were evaluated during the follow-up period. Based on the median level of dMCP-1, patients were classified as either low or high dMCP-1 groups. <B><I>Results:</I></B> Mean age, hs-CRP, and D/Pcr ratio at 4 h were significantly higher, while serum albumin levels and %lean body mass (LBM) were significantly lower in the high dMCP-1 group. During the mean follow-up period of 47.7 months, all-cause mortality and cardiovascular mortality rate were significantly higher in the high dMCP-1 group (9.6 and 6.3 per 100 person-years, respectively) compared to the low dMCP-1 group (5.1 and 3.1 per 100 person-years, respectively; p = 0.021, 0.038). In multivariate Cox analysis, high dMCP-1 was a significant independent predictor of all-cause mortality (hazard ratio: 1.83, 95% confidence interval: 1.03-3.24, p = 0.039). <B><I>Conclusions:</I></B> dMCP-1 levels are closely correlated with nutritional and systemic inflammatory markers in PD patients. In addition, increased dMCP-1 is significantly associated with higher all-cause and cardiovascular mortality. These findings suggest that local peritoneal inflammation could contribute to poor clinical outcomes in PD patients.</P><P>© 2014 S. Karger AG, Basel</P>

        반응표면분석법을 이용한 넙치 첨가 어묵면의 품질 특성 및 제조조건 최적화

        본 연구에서는 반응표면분석법을 이용하여 어묵면의 주원료인 넙치, 명태, 전분의 함량이 어묵면의 품질에 미치는 영향을 분석하고 어묵면의 배합비를 최적화하였다. 반응모형에서 명태와 넙치의 함량이 높을수록 어묵면의 백색도, 강도, 경도, 파괴강도, 변형도, 씹힘성, 깨짐성, 신장력, 신장거리가 증가하였고, 전분의 함량이 높을수록 감소하거나 그 영향이 미미한 것으로 나타났다. 양식산 넙치를 첨가한 어묵면의 주원료 배합비의 최적조건은 명태, 넙치, 전분의 함량이 각각 명태 72.00 g, 넙치 11.59 g 전분 15.86 g인 것으로 나타났으며, 이때의 만족도는 0.9558이었다, 이들 배합비를 적용하여 넙치 첨가 어묵면을 제조한 결과 백색도는 59.01±0.53, 강도 708.22±54.12 g/cm2, 경도 1,390.07±67.70 g/cm2, 파괴강도 3,622.77±92.52 g, 씹힘성 2,686.94±103.22 g, 깨짐성 278,578.31±10,150.22 g, 신장력 52.22±2.97 g, 신장거리 24.14±3.55 mm로 나타났다. 이상의 결과로부터 넙치 첨가 어묵면 제조에 있어서 명태, 넙치, 전분의 배합비를 최적화함으로써 품질이 우수한 고부가가치 연제품으로서의 어묵면 제품화가 가능할 것으로 생각된다. The purpose of this study was to optimize the formulation for fish-meat noodles added with farmed olive flounder (Paralichthys olivaceus) using response surface methodology. Fish-meat (surimi) from P. olivaceus was prepared by a traditional washing process. Independent variables were Alaska pollack, fish-meat from P. olivaceus, and starch, whereas dependent variables were whiteness and texture. The results for whiteness and texture produced very significant values for whiteness (P<0.001), strength (P<0.001), hardness (P<0.05), breaking force (P<0.001), chewiness (P<0.001), brittleness (P<0.001), extensibility force (P<0.001), and extensibility distance (P<0.05). The optimal formula for fish-meat noodle was addition of 72.00 g Alaska pollack, 11.59 g P. olivaceus, and 15.86 g starch. Experimental values of whiteness, strength, hardness, breaking force, chewiness, brittleness, extensibility force, and extensibility distance under optimal conditions were 59.01±0.53, 708.22±54.12 g/cm2, 1,390.07±67.70 g/cm2, 3,622.77±92.52 g, 2,686.94±103.22 g, 278,578.31±10,150.22 g, 52.22±2.97 g, 24.14±3.55 mm, respectively.

      • ATM 기반의 VDSL 집중화 장치의 구현과 성능 측정

        사용자의 빠르고 좋은 서비스 욕구에 따라 점차 음성, 데이터, 영상을 포함하는 광대역 정보전달의 필요성을 가속화 시켰고 기술적 측면에서 전송기술, 교환기술, 서비스 기술 등 기존의 통신망의 인프라를 고급화가 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이와 같은 사용자의 광대역에 대한 욕구를 가능하게 하는 VDSL (Very high bit-rate Digital Subscriber Line) 집중화 장치의 하드웨어와 소프트웨어 구조의 설계 및 구현과, 구현된 시스템의 VDSL 성능 측정에 대하여 기술하였다. 성능 측정 시험은 거리에 따른 전송속도의 성능을 고찰하였고 이 결과를 바탕으로 VoD(Video on Demand) 시험을 하여 시스템 기능이 정상적으로 수행되는 것을 환인하였다.
