      • 나노 세리아 슬러리를 이용한 Stainless steel 304의 MR Polishing 특성에 관한 연구

        An finishing process using magnetorheological fluid has been developed as a new precision finishing technique to obtain a fine metal surface. Therefore, magnetorheological fluids has been used for micro polishing and micro part. The applied material is 304 stainless steel. It is widely used in the semiconductor machinery and aerospace industries because of high corrosion resistance. For MR polishing process, MR fluids was consisted of carbonyl iron, DI-water and nano slurry ceria(Celexis cx 94s slurry). The wheel speed and electric current were chosen as the variables for analyzing the characteristics of MR polishing process. In the results, the surface roughness according to the variation of wheel speed was analyzed , and it was obtained 1.393nm surface roughness.

      • n-CdS_0.69Se_0.31/p-Cu_2-xS_0.69Se_0.31 Heterojunction 태양전지의 제작과 특성에 관한 연구

        승화방법으로는 CdS_0.69Se_0.31 단결정을 성장시켰다. van per Pauw 방법으로는 Hall effect를 측정한 결과 상온에서 carrier density n는 1.95x1023m^-3, Hall coefficient R_H는 3.32x10-5m^3/c, conductivity σ는 362.41Ω^-1m^-1, Hall mobility μ는 1.16x10^-2m^2/v.s였다. n-CdS_0.69S_e0.31/p-Cu_(2-X)S_0.69Se_0.31 이종접합 태양전지는 n-CdS_0.69Se_0.31를 Cu 용액속에서 화학적 치환방법을 이용하여 p-Cu_(2-X)S_0.69Se_0.31을 형성하여 n-CdS_0.69Se_0.31/p-Cu_(2-X)S_0.69Se_0.31 이종접합 태양전지를 제작하였다. n-CdS_0.69Se_0.31/p-Cu_(2-X)S_0.69Se_0.31 이종접합 태양전지에 80mW/㎠의 백색광을 조사시켜 측정한 개방전압(Voc)은 0.51V, 단락전류밀도(Jsc)는 21.5mA/㎠, fill factor는 0.75였으며, 태양전지의 전력 변환 효율은 9.99%였다. CdS_0.69Se_0.31 single crystal grown by sublimation method. Hall effect measurement were carried out by the Van der Pauw method. The measurement values under the room temperature were found to be carrier density n=1.95x1023m^-3, Hall coefficient R_H=3.32x10-5m^3/c, conductivity σ=362.41Ω^-1m^-1, and Hall mobility μ=1.16x10^-2m^2/v.s. Heterojunction solar cells of n-CdS_0.69Se_0.31/p-Cu_(2-X)S_0.69Se_0.31 were fabricated by the substitution reaction. The open-circuit voltage, short-circuit current density, fill factor and power conversion efficiency of n-CdS_0.69Se_0.31/p-Cu_(2-X)S_0.69Se_0.31 heterojunction solar cell under 80mW/㎠ illumination were found to be 0.41V, 19.5mA/㎠, 0.75 and 9.99%, respectivity.

      • C.V.T에 의한 ZnS 단결정 성장과 광전기적 특성에 관한 연구

        Crystal growth of ZnS by chemical vapour transport was carried out using iodine as a transporting agent in a sealed ampoule kept at temperatures of 800℃ and 1,000℃ for the growth part and the source part, respectively. The lattice constants of the grown ZnS single crystal were measured to be a_o=3.806A anp c_o=6.268A. The electron carrier concentration and Hall mobility were measured of using Van der Pauw method at room temperature and their values are 1.83x10^19m^-3 and 5.88x10^-3m^2/v.s, respectively. Photoluminescence spectrum produces two main emission band, a green band at about 5,280A and blue band at about 4,760A.

      • 메탄올/가솔린 혼합연료의 베기가스 분석 연구

        DOHC gasoline engine(4-cylinder in line type, 1600cc) is modified for the experiment to develope an alternative fuel. The modified engine is tested with the various combination of gasoline and methanol. Pollutant emissions of CO and HC are measured at the end of exhaust manifold. The concentration of CO and HC in exhaust gas is greatly reduce with the increase of coolant temperature of engine. HC concentration is reduced until methanol content reaches to thirty percent and then increased with the volumetric percentage of methanol in fuel. On the other hand, the concentration of CO is reduced as the methanol centent is increased up to 20 percent and then it becomes constant e en though the methanol content is raised. The effect of engine RPM on the HC and CO exhaust is investigated. HC concentration is reduced as the engine RPM is increased but the typical trends of variation are not found in the measured value of CO concentrations.

      • 펄스 레이저 증착(PLD)법에 의한 ZnO 박막 성장과 광학적 특성

        ZnO epilayer were synthesized by the pulesd laser deposition(PLD) process on Al₂O₃ substrate after irradiating the surface of the ZnO sintered pellet by the ArF(193㎚) excimer laser. The epilayers of ZnO were achieved on sapphire (Al₂O₃)substrate at a temperature of 400℃. The crystalline structure of epilayer was investigated by the photoluminescence and double crystal X-ray diffraction (DCXD). The carrier density and mobility of ZnO epilayer measured with Hall effect by van der Pauw method are 8.27×10^(16) ㎝^(-3) and 299 ㎠/Vㆍs at 293K, respectively. The temperature dependence of the energy band gap of the ZnO obtained from the absorption spectra was well described by the Varshni's relation, E_(g)(T) = 3.3973 eV - (2.69 × 10^(-4) eV/K)T²/(T + 463K). After the as-grown ZnO epilayer was annealed in Zn atmospheres, oxygen and vaccum the origin of point defects of ZnO atmospheres has been investigated by the photoluminescence(PL) at 10 K. The native defects of V_(Zn), Vo, Zn_(int), and O_(int) obtained by PL measurements were classified as a donors or acceptors type. In addition, we concluded that the heat-treatment in the oxygen atmosphere converted ZnO thin films to an optical p-type. Also, we confirmed that vacuum in ZnO/Al₂O₃ did not form the native defects because vacuum in ZnO thin films existed in the form of stable bonds.

      • 東洋3國 寺刹의 空間이미지 比較分析에 關한 硏究

        The purpose of this study is to suggest objective basic data for preservation, management and image up the historic landscape of oriental temples. For this image structure of historic landscape of temples and visual preference have been analyzed by factor analysis algorithm, and finally these data have been analyzed by using the multiple regression. Result of this study can be summarized as follows; Buddha fragrant pavilion obtained the highest rank of visual preference and Kyomisu dera was the lowest. Factors covering spatial image of historic landscape have been found to be total evaluation, dignity, chatacter and scale. And the T.V. has been obtained as 58.6%. Measured values of visual preference include total evaluation and character in all historic landscape of temples. These values have been found to express the regression relation.

        횡문근육종의 항암제-방사선치료 후 치아발육장애

        This report details a case of 8-year-old girl showing failure of odontogenesis after chemo-radiation therapy for the rhabdomyosarcoma at the age of 4. The observed results were as follows: 1. Past history revealed that she had received for a total radiation dose of 4430cGy, 29 fractions in 6 weeks and chemotherapy with vincristine, actinomycin D and cytoxan, followed as maintenance phase for 2 years. 2. The patient was symptom-free and appointed for the treatment of multiple dental caries. 3. Oral examination showed hypoplastic enamel on whole erupted permanent teeth and showed retarded eruption. 4. Conventional radiograms showed failure of root development including abrupt cessation of root formation and root agenesis, and microdontia, missing teeth, irregular enamel, dislocation of the impacted teeth. Additional finding showed good healing bone pattern on the left mandibular ramus and angle area. 5. Cephalometric analysis revealed failure of bite raising due to incomplete eruption of all the first molars and made it possible to suspect entrapped mandibular growth and then Class Ⅱ tendency growth. 6. There was correlation between the time of chemo-radiation therapy and the damage of the teeth.

        Try to find a scheme for activation to College Physical Education, this Report informs the various kinds of Survey and process those were projected for improvement of management methods on Cultural Physical Education in Kang Weon National University. From experimentally carried out "Sports events Choosing System" not as usual be inforced "Total practical Skill System", Following Positive effects and sujestions were Presented; 1. "Sports events choosing system" gave birth to more students' interesting and more voluntary participation to the sports events they chose, and sports skill and instruction level was elevated due to charge of expert according to each sports events. This system would be managed continuously hereafter for it related to life sports. 2. This System needs to closed cooperations between College and Community, for the facilities of community are utilized by college. 3. To complete the plan for activation of college Physical Education, additionally, the successional study ; namely "autonomous extracurricular sports activity" should be excuted hereafter.
