        악관절조영술이 악관절 조직에 미치는 영향에 대한 병리조직학적 연구

        The study was performed to observe the effects of arthrography on the tissues of temporomandibular joint histopathologically. Among 17 rabbits(34 joints), 2(4 joints) were used as normal control group, others (30 joints) were experimentally arthrographed using 0.03 ml diatrizoate meglumine (Hypaque meglumine 60, Wintrop, U.S.A). The rabbits were sacrificed at 2-hour, 1-, 2-, 4- and 7-day after experiment and the tissues of temporomandibular joint were prepared according to the usual method for light microscopic examination. The results were as follows: 1. There were no changes of the fibrous connective tissues of the condylar fossa, the fibrous connective tissues and hyaline cartilages of the condyle, and the articular disk. 2. In 2-hour experimental group, the proliferation of the surface synovial membrane cells, the congestion and hemorrage of the vessels were observed. 3. In 1 and 2-day experimental group, minimal lymphocytes infiltration was observed with the proliferation of the surface synovial membrane cells, the congestion and hemorrage of the vessels. 4. In 4-day experimental group, the diminution of the proliferation of the surface synovial membrane cells was seen, but there was no vascular changes. 5. In 7-day experimental group, the tissues showed similar appearance to the normal control group.

      • Ferrite 觸媒에 의한 一酸化炭素의 轉位反應에 관한 硏究

        This research has been Performed on the purpose to reveal the reaction order and to examine how temperature, mole ratio, activity energy and space velocity on the conversion in using Feerrite cata1yst to convert. CO-gas into CO_2. These catalyst were prepared by copreciption and characterized by means of X-rays diffraction and BET studies. The result of experiment on carbon-monoxide-gas conversion reaction reaction are as follows; a) the conversional reaction of carbon monoxide is the first order reaction. b) Reaction temperature was revealed as range from 553K to 573K. c) the mole ratio of carbon monoxide vs oxygen was showed with in the range of 1.34. d) The activity energy of stronger than of any others was revealed at copper ferrite catalyst.

        AC4CH-based metal matrix composites with All_8B_40_33w reinforcement have been produced using squeeze casting method Metal matrix composite that is produced from matrix material AC4CH and inorganic binders Al_2O_3 and TiO_2 are added to the metal matrix composite for strength so binding among the whisker can take place. In this paper, an investigation was performed on frictional abrasion and the fracture toughness of AC4CH alloy reinforced with 20wt% aluminum borate whisker which contained a Al_20_3, TiO_2. The test of fracture toughness was using CT(half-size) specimen of thickness 12.5mm, width 25mm(ASTM E1820). To test for tribo a pin-on-disk machine and lubricant is used without paraffine 8.2CST at room temperature.

        The modelling of complex dynamic system is one of the most important subjects in engineering. A model is often too complicated to be used in real problems so approximation procedures are often used to achieve simpler models than the original one. The concepts of impulse energy approximation is introduced. The reduced model in obtained from the most significant pairs of alpha and beta parameters. There exists errors because from the most significant pairs of alpha and beta parameters. There exists errors because of the truncation. To overcome this problem an improved impulse energy technique is presented in the paper by appropriately selection alpha and beta parameters. There exists error because of the truncation. This algorithm is programed using MATLAB language. A reduced-order model for the excitation system of power plants as an example study is considered This technique seems to be easy to perform and shows a good simulation results.

      • 총의치의 교합면 형태에 따른 저작 효율 및 기능에 관한 연구

        This investigation was designed to determine the effectiveness of the posterior occlusal schemes on masticatory activity during mastication in complete denture. Twelve edentulous subjects were selected for this study. All subjects had no past history and no functional abnormality on masticatory system and TMjoint And, they had residual ridge of favorable morphology, firm mucosa and Class I skeletal jaw relationship, Twelve experimental denture with interchangeable occlusions(0-degree teeth, 30-degree teeth, Levin teeth and S-A teeth) were constructed for this study. The masticatory performance was analyzed by means of standard sieve(10, 16, 20, 30sieve), and the electrical activity from selected muscles(Temporalis and Masseter muscle) was recorded simultaneously with electromyography (Bio-Pak system) as the subject masticated test foods (rice, peanut and gum) with four different occlusal schemes. Mandibular movement was, also, measured with Sirognathography(Bio-Pak system). These recordings were performed in immediately , after 1 week and after 2 weeks of insertion of complete denture. The results were as follows; 1. The average masticatory performance of 0-degree artificial teeth was higher than any other artificial teeth. 2. Masticatory performance in denture wearer was affected preferentially by food and artificial occlusal schemes 3. During chewing, there was a statistical difference of EMG activity between masseter and temporal muscle(p<0.01). Especially, EMG activity of working masticatory muscle was highly affected by food rather than by artificial occlusal schemes. 4. In denture wearer, the velocity of opening was not affected by food, whereas, the velocity of closing was faster in soft food chewing than in hard food chewing, and the amount of vertical displacement was grater in chewing of soft and large bolus than in chewing of hard and small bolus. However, the amount of lateral displacement showed conversely(p<0.05). 5. It was considered that masticatory performance in denture wearer is not affected by the condition of residual ridge, the history of denture wear, the preference,the adaptation to artificial teeth and the total mesiodistal length of artificial posterior teeth.

      • 老人들의 公園訪問 滿足度와 生活滿足度 影響要因 分析

        The study aimed to investigate how the selected factors affected to park visit satisfaction and life satisfaction of senior citizens dwelling in metropolitan area. The sample size was 554 male and female seniors aged 60 and over, and the data were collected at three city parks during the month of October 1995. And the data were analyzed by Chi-square test and Logistic regression. The results were varied in each survey area, however, it indicated that the higher aged led to the more frequent park visit, and the higher park visit satisfaction(〈Table 5, 7〉). Analysis also showed that the selected determinants influenced park visit satisfaction and life satisfaction in varied degrees, however, park visit satisfaction was affected proportionately, by acquainting with new people, visit motivations, freqencies of visit, park activities, and duration of stay in park(〈Table 12〉) , and life satisfaction was influenced by park visit satisfaction, visit motivations, duration of stay in park, and acquainting with new people proportionately(〈Table 16〉).

      • Nickel 觸媒에 의한 일산화탄소의 轉化反應에 관한 硏究

        The Conversion of Carbon monoxide to Carbon dioxde on Nickel Catalyst was investigated by Continuous reaction technique Nickel Catalyst were Prepared by the sream distillation pure Nickel hydroxide under Vacuum(Ca, 10^-2 Torr) at 290℃ for three hours and Characterized by means of X-ray diffraction and BET studies. The Nickel Catalyst is investigated by residual gas analysis for differential partial pressure of carbon monoxide and oxygen and temperature from 220℃ to 290℃. The Kinetic analysis of conversion data indicates the occurrence of first order, also molratio of p_O2/P_CO is 1.3. The activation energy of Nickel catalyst was 12.5Kcal/mole, also, equation of reaction Velocity is rate V=Ae^(-2.29×104/Rt) P^0.99_CO P^9.50_Po2

      • 山地小流域의 雨水流出特性 (Kinematic wave法에 의한 流出解析) : Runoff characteristics in small mountain-basin (Runoff analysis of kinematic runoff model)

        In this paper, runoff analysis in small mountain area are discussed on the basis of observed data in the san sung basin. Outline of the results are summarized as follows. The peak runoff coefficients are 0.21 to 0.38 in the san sung basin. The value of equivalent roughness N(m sec.) defined in the kinematic wave method for inclined surface seems to be 1.0 in this basin and are close to the optimum coefficients. Runoff from watershed such as hills and fields is estimated by applying the kinematic runoff model. The results of runoff analysis show good coincidence with observed hydrograph and verify the usefulness of the criterion for estimation the value of equivalent roughness.
