향기요법이 통증을 주소증으로 입원한 환자의 수면장애에 미치는 영향

Objectives :The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of aroma therapy on sleep disorder patients with musculoskeletal pain. Methods :The 44 patients were divided into 2 groups: Experimental group(Exp. group) was treated with aroma therapy and control group was treated except aroma therapy. To evaluate the efficiency of aroma therapy, the Korean sleep scale A(Jin-Joo Oh, Mi-Soon Song, Sin-Mi Kim. 1998) and visual analogue scale(VAS) were applied before treatment and after 5 days treatment. Results :1. The Experimental group has improved statistical significance in sleep disorder score as compare to the control group. 2. The improvement of sleep disorder score of Exp.group has difference according to impression. 3. The improvement of sleep disorder has an effect on pain decrease. Conclusions :Aroma therapy has effects of improvement on sleep disorder with musculoskeletal pain.

The eyes, the saying goes, are the windows of the soul. It’s the first thing you notice about a person. Therefore, many people want to possess beautiful eyelids. Surgical formation of a palpebral fold and sulcus divides the lid into two well-defined segments (palpebral and pretarsal), producing the double eyelid desired by many Oriental women as well as an increasing number of man recently. Upper lid blepharoplasty is the Oriental eye is one of the variations of standard upper lid blepharoplasty. In Oriental double eyelid surgery, there have been two approaches to form a superior palpebral fold: the buried suture(nonincision) method and the full external incision method. Conventionally, the nonincision technique has been shown to produce little postoperative edema. However, the probability of the fold disappearing is high, and this technique cannot be performed in patients with fatty eyelids. Conversely, the incision technique has contrary characteristics. Recently, partial incision(or semi-open) technique which is combination of mentioned methods is used, this technique is removal of pretarsal tissue, muscle, and/or orbital fat around 2 or 3 incision site to facilitate tarsus-dermal adhesion. Our method is on the basis of this technique, furthermore, compared with conventional semi-open method, Y(Yang’s) needle assisted double eyelid operation is more easy, convenient, saving-time method and provide satisfactory results.

Ozone was first used to disinfect water supplies in France in the early 1900s. Its use increased and eventually spread into several Western European countries. Today nearly 1,000 ozone disinfection installations exist (primarily in Europe), almost entirely for treating water supplies. A common use for ozone at these installations is to control taste-producing, odor-producing and color-producing agents. Ozone can also be used in wastewater treatment for odor control and in advanced wastewater treatment for the removal of soluble refractory organics, in lieu of the carbon-adsorption process. Ozone is also very effective virucide and is generally believed to be more effective than chlorine. Ozonation does not produce dissolved solids and is not affected by the ammonium ion or pH influent to the process. For these reasons, ozonation is considered a alternative to either chlorination of hypochlorination, especially where dechlorination may be required.

This study was carried out to investigate the effects of root pruning methods for tree vigor stability and flower bud differentiation of 'Sunaga Wase' peach. The treatment was one side 10㎝, 20㎝ and both sides 10㎝, 20㎝ depth under canopy in after summer pruning. Among the treatment, canopy volume was 0.26㎥ lower than non-treatment and flower bud differentiation and Fruit yield increased 18.8%, 9% on both sides root pruning 20㎝ depth, therefore suitability root pruning method of density peach tree was both sides root pruning 20㎝ depth.
킬레이트 수지에 의한 Mo(Ⅵ)과 W(Ⅵ)의 분리 및 흡착

Three kinds of chelate resins bearing iminodiacetic acid, diethanolamine or diethylenetriamine have been applied to selectively separate and recover one component in a mixture of heavy metals, Mo and W, where their chemical properties are very similar. The adsorption behavior of metal ions was investigated for each chelate resin under various experimental conditions such as time, pH, metal ion concentration by a batch experiment. The chelate resins complexed by Mo or W were characterized by FTIR and ¹H NMR. The metal uptake of each chelate resin decreased with increasing pH. The resins were found to selectively chelate MoO₄^2- over a pH range of 2∼6. The chelate resin with diethanolamine groups showed the maximum adsorption capacity for Mo and W over a pH range of 1∼6 among three resins used. However, the resin with iminodiacetic acid groups showed the best results to separate Mo and W selectively. The ¹H NMR study using the homogeneous analogue suggests the higher selectivity of iminodiacetic acid group toward Mo over W.
메탄과 에탄의 흡착평형에 대한 활성탄의 기공 크기 분포의 영향

The adsorption equilibria of methane and ethane in a slit pore model of activated carbon were studied by using Monte Carlo method. In potential caculation. the fluid-fluid interactions are described using the "12-6" Lennard-Jones potential function. and fluid-pore surface interactions are described using the "10-4-3" potential function proposed by Steele. It showed that the pore size distributions effected isotherms from the simulation results in pure component adsorption of methane and ethane at 1∼30 bar pressure. Also adsorbed moleculars could identified occuping location and density from density profiles and snapshots.
