In order to realize very high performance computers, many people demand a new computer system, It is called to be the data flow computer that is no concept of global updatable memory and memory counter different from conventional Von Neumann type computers in structure. To provide storage for large volume of information and allow sharing of information files must be used in the data flow system. A file is regarded as stream stored in the external device separated from the data flow file system and data flow fill system provides an interface to the data flow system. To enhance file concurrency, new data flow window concepts are proposed, it is provided to reduce the data movement overheads between the data flow system and the external environment. Macro and overlapped windows are also used to reduce oveheads when external files are accessed from the data flow system.
적응형 어레이 안테나 시스템에서의 호 수락제어 알고리즘 성능 개선에 관한 연구

WCDMA 방식 이동 멀티미디어 시스템에서 고속 데이터 사용자에 의한 간섭은 시스템의 용량과 성능을 저하 시키는 주요 요인이 되며, 적응형 안테나 시스템을 도입하여 고속 데이터 사용자의 간성을 크게 줄여줌으로써 시스템의 성능을 향상시킬 수 있다 이 경우, 적용형 안테나의 효과를 극대화하기 위한 방법으로서, 호 수락제어 기법의 최적화가 중요하고 생간 핸드요프 과정에 있어서의 효율적인 제어 방식이 중요한 논제가 된다. 본 논문에서 는 핸드오프 되는 고속의 데이터들을 효과적으로 처리하기 위하여 Soft QoS 를 적용한 호 수락 제어 알고리즘을 제안하고, 전송 속도에 따른 적응형 핸드요프 제어 방식을 제안하였다 제안된 알고리듬을 적용함으로써, 적응형 안테나 시스템의 고속 데이터 전송을 효과적으로 수행하연서도 셀 내 저속 가업자의 호 블록킹 확률을 크게 줄일 수 있음을 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 통한 비교분석으로 입증하였다. In the WCDMA mobile multimedia communication system, the adaptive array antenna IS adopted to improve the performance of the system by reducing inter-user interference using antenna beam control. Usually, the interference resulted from the higher data rate users is much more significant to the lower data rate users than the other way around, so the overall performance can be enhanced by reducing the interference from higher data rate users. In order to maximize the efficiency of adaptive antenna operation, an optimal call admission control, especially during handoff, adaptive to the data rates is a critical problem. In this paper, We propose a call admission control algorithm based on the Soft QoS concept for the efficient processing of the handoff of higher data rate calls, and an adaptive handoff control mechanism according to the data rates. The proposed algorithm has been evaluated by computer simulation that it accommodates high data rate users among many lower data rate users much better, and the average call blocking probability for lower rate users becomes much lower than the conventional call admission control algorithm.

Collagen peptides are widely employed as therapeutic materials due to their numerous beneficial properties, including for the following uses: antiaging, antioxidant applications, antibacterial applications, wound healing, tissue engineering, medication delivery, and cosmetics. Although collagen peptides are useful in these applications, to our knowledge, few published studies have been undertaken on their repeated-dose toxicity. We evaluated the possible subchronic toxicity of a collagen peptide derived from skate (Raja kenojei) skin (CPSS) in Sprague–Dawley rats by administering repeated oral doses over 90 days. Rats of both sexes were assigned randomly to one of four experimental groups, respectively receiving 0, 500, 1000, or 2000 mg/kg/day of CPSS. At all doses tested, repeated oral CPSS administration had no treatmentrelated adverse effects in terms of clinical signs, body weight, food consumption, detailed clinical observation, sensory reactivity, functional assessment, urinalysis, ophthalmic examination, gross pathology, hematology, serum biochemistry, hormone analysis, organ weight, and histopathology. Even though there were some alterations in hematologic parameters, serum biochemistry parameters, organ weight, and histopathological findings, these did not follow a dose-response pattern and were within historical limits for control rats. The oral no-observed-adverse-effect level (NOAEL) of the CPSS was 2000 mg/kg/day for both male and female rats in the applied experimental circumstances, and no target organs were identified.
항해용선계약에서 적부불량에 의한 화물손해와 운송인의 책임에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study aims to analyse cargo damage and carrier’s responsibility resulted from bad stowage under voyage charter with the Archimedes case.<BR> The cargo must be stowed in accordance with the express terms of the charter, if any, and otherwise in accordance with any relevant customs of the port, or in accordance with good practice. Where the failure to load a full cargo results from bad stowage, the liability will fall upon the party responsible for stowing the cargo. Where the charterparty is in terms which permit the charterers to supply which can only be stowed in a manner which leaves empty spaces between the units of cargo, the charterers must, in order to fulfil their obligation to provide a full and complete cargo and the absence of contrary agreement, supply other cargo within the terms of the charter to fill the gaps. If a bill of lading incorporate the terms of the charterparty which contains the F.I.O.S. alternative of clause, that clause will not necessarily have the same effect between the owner and the bill of lading holder as it has between the owner and the charterer under the charterparty.
