직업적 흥미는 일반적으로 성격이라고 불리는 것의 일부분이기 때문에 개인의 직업적 흥미에 대한 설명은 곧 개인의 성격에 대한 설명이라는 가정 하에, 진로상담을 합리적으로 실행하기 위해서는 사전에 청소년들의 성격 또는 인성을 파악해야 할 필요가 있음이 계속해서 강조되고 있다. 본 연구는 개인적으로 검사실시가 용이하고, 비용이 저렴한 성격검사를 개발하는 데 그 목적이 있으며, 이를 위해 기존의 지필식 정상형 성격검사인 ‘YPT 성격검사’를 지필식 간편성격검사로 제작한 후, 이를 휴대폰을 이용하여 실시 할 수 있도록 개발한 모발일용 간편성격검사 시스템은 검사를 실시하고 검사결과를 받아볼 수 있는 사용자 모듈과 인터넷으로 상세한 검사결과 해석을 볼 수 있는 웹 브라우저용 사용자 모듈과 검사지의 결과를 축적하고 관리할 수 있는 웹 브라우저용 관리자 모듈로 구성되어 있다. 이렇게 함으로써 성격에 맞는 직업탐색에 도움을 주어, 개인의 발전과 생활의 즐거움을 이끌어 내려는 것이다. The purpose of this study was to develop an short mobile personality test for job guidance from high schoolers to adults. For this, YPT personality test was shortened in paper-pencil test form. The total number of items was reduce from 211 to 34, while 7 subtests that are activity, willingness, stability, uniqueness, self-control, sociality, and leadership were remain the same. The reliability and validity of the each scale were examined. The paper-pencil short form was transferred into cellular phone form, and the system was implemented for the mobile. This short mobile personality test has several strong points. First, any respondent can take the test individually at appropriate place at any time. Second, each respondent pay less for the test. Third, the test results and interpretations are given right after testing. Fourth, test results are accumulated automatically as data for future analysis. Fifth, individual information can be securely protected in mobile test compare to paper-pencil test. The limits of this study are as follows. First, item parameters of the mobile test are using those of paper-pencil test. It is recommended that the item parameters be replaced after mobile test results are accumulated. Second, because of different content developing environments according to each mobile communication company, the same content has to be developed according to each company. Third, cellular phone literacy is necessary for taking this kind of mobile test.

Most data flow systems assume a token as a single entity and flow actor at a machine language level. A VLT(Variable Length Token) is a token set and is taken as a unit of processing. The VLT technigue reduces the synchronization and communication overhead. Especially VLT concept with a block level provides a mechanism to control the communication overhead and improve the efficiency of the data flow system.

In data flow computers and instruction is executed as soon as all its operands are available. An array is considered as a single entity. If an instruction changes even one element, a new array has to be created copying the old array with the appropriate element changed. Many structures that avoid unnecessary copying have been proposed but they expense the increased access time. We propose the processing unit that handles the structured data by both copying and sharing.

Prediction Based Game Theoretic Handover Technology in Femtocell Networks

Femtocell networks aim to further extend the coverage and efficiently utilize the resources in low cost manners. The handover scheme for femtocell networks ensures mobile stations to avoid handover to heavily loaded femtocells, as well as avoid unnecessary handovers. In this paper we propose a prediction based game theoretic base station association scheme. This scheme is designed to choose the optimal base station that would provide maximum throughput and reduced handover frequency. Several simulation scenarios were analyzed to show the performance improvements in terms of throughput and handover frequency.

The purpose of this study is to develop a computer support system for the inspection of the outfitting arrangement of a ship design, which will increase the accuracy and the effectiveness of the inspection process. This system is integrated with a ORACLE database for transferring and storing 3D CAD data into the inspection system, and a dVISE virtual reality system for displaying the attributes of entities and the inspection results.

In the design of distributed computer systems, the scheduling for tasks with deadlines is considered to be an important one. The performance metrics used to evaluate the task scheduling algorithms is the guarantee ratio defined as the ratio of the number of tasks which can be guaranteed to complete before their deadlines compared to the number of tasks which are invoked. This thesis design and evaluate a task scheduling algorithm which use duplicate table to improve the guarantee ratio.

Multiprocessor systems have been researched due to the need of high performance computers and the development of VLSI technology. The objective of this thesis is to present an improved fault tolerant routing algorithm such that one processor can communicate with others though some of processors of the hypercube computer may be faulty. We propose the algorithm that is fault-tolerable using the information of the state of neighbor node and the number of fault of unsafe neighbor node in hypercubes with the arbitrary number of fault nodes.

컴퓨터와 전화는 현대인의 업무환경에서 빼놓을 수 없는 도구가 되었고, 정보 교환을 위한 방법으로 대부분 전화나 E-Mail을 이용하고 있다. 특정 그룹에 동일한 메시지를 전송하고자 할 때 E-Mail을 이용하여 한번의 작업으로 여러 사람에게 멀티캐스팅할 수 있지만 전화의 경우에는 아직도 사람이 일일이 전화를 걸어 전달하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이용자가 서버 시스템에 전송하고자 하는 메시지를 녹음하면 서버 시스템이 이를 특정 그룹의 PSTN 가입자에게 전화로 전달하거나 LAN 이용자에게 음성 메일(Voice mail)을 전송하는 음성 멀티캐스팅시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다.

We survey the responsive scheduling for the set of preemptive aperiodic tasks in a uniprocessor. REDF(Responsive Earliest Deadline First) algorithm is optimal in a fixed mode to obtain the maxmal responsiveness, but not optimal in the replace mode. We propose RLLF(Reponsive least laxity First) algorithm that has the same time complexity, but has more responsiveness than REDF algorithm in a replace mode.
