      • 煙草植物의 生長과 發育制御에 關한 硏究 : Kinetin 處理가 煙草植物의 生長 및 發育生理에 미치는 影響 Physiological effects of Kinetin on growth and development of tobacco plants

        The experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of kinetin treatment on growth and development of tabacco plants. Experiment plots were composed of 5 kinetin levels (0, 5, 10. 25 and 50ppm), and the kinetin was sprayed at cotyledons after germination of tobacco seeds 5 times everyday. For thin experiment. Hicks tobacco(Nicotiana Tabacum L.) was cultured in field condition after the kinetin treatment. Stem elongation was accelerated in only 5ppm plot, but final stem height was higher in all treated plot than control plot, especially in 5 and 10ppm plots. Fresh and dry weight of shoot (stem, leaves) were increased at all stages of growth in kinetic treated plots, and there were remarkable differences in low kinetin levels and at late stage of growth. There was no measurable differences on number of differentiated leaves, days to flowering, curable leaves, leaf area and leaf shape between each plots. But fresh and duty weight of curable leaves were increased significantly in 5 and 10ppm plots, and stem weight and diameter showed the name tendency to the weight of curable leaves. And no change was showed in nicotine and total nitrogen contents among curable leaves by kinetin in treatment.

        To expand the application of fine ceramics to machine parts, a proper machining method is indispensable, which can satisfy severe demands for dimensional accuracy, geometrical accuracy and surface integrity of ceramics parts in the same manner as machining of metal. then the processes of deformation and fracture of fine ceramics, which is very hard and brittle, must be clarified to establish an available machining method. This report made clear the processes of deformation and fracture of fine ceramics in a transitional cutting. Experiments were carried out under conditions in which fine ceramics was cut at very small depth of cut using sintered diamond tools. The experiments give evidence that cutting process of fine ceramics are characterized by remarkable phenomena such as rubbing. Indenting, swell-up and crack initiation, large-scale fracture, and that these phenomena occur corresponding to interference depth of cutting edge.       • 측정치의 일간변동에서 본 유아의 체력 트레이닝 효과의 분석

        In making an attempt to examine the fitness training effects on coordination and strength of preschool children, four groups of 5 year old children consisted of two experimental groups of three children for each sex and two controls of similar composition were employed. Experimental groups were subjected to one circuit of various physical activities which lasted for 30-40 minutes per day for 5 weeks. Measurements obtained in continuous tapping, whole body reaction time, grip strength and vertical jumping during those five weeks except in Sundays and national holidays were analysis method and were compared with the results of physical fitness tests. The results were summarized as follows: (1) The analysis of daily fluctuations in physical fitness test performances for five weeks showed that each subject had specific pattern of fluctuations in terms of different periods, amplitudes and linear trend. (2) When compared the mean amplitudes of daily fluctuations in physical fitness tests with the mean values of increase from pre-training values, tapping was found to be the only variable with significant differences between them.

        Recently, more surgeon are believed that parietal cell vagotomy is one of best suitable operation for duodenal ulcer, because its low rate of complication, recurrence rate and low gastric acid secretion. The purpose of this study is to prove common belief that parietal cell vagotomy is super-ior among various acidity reduction operation. Free acidity were obtained in mongol dog which had truncal vagotomy with pyloroplasty, selective vagotomy with pyloroplasty and parietal cell vagotomy after administration of insulin. Gastric juice analysis were carried out monthly for 3 times with administration of insulin. Each time gastric juice were obtained every 15 minute for 8 times and free acidity were measured. The results were as follows; 1. The reduction rates of free acidities of 1 month, 2 month and 3 month after parietal cell vagotomy (40.74%, 70.37% and 56.67% respectively) were greater than those after selective vagotomy with pyloroplasty (18.52%, 41.27% and 25.93% respectively). And the reduction rates of free acidities of truncal vagotomy with pyloroplasty were 70.37% 47.09% and 83.7% respectively. 2. The reduction rates of insulin responded free acidities of 1 month, 2 maonth and 3 month after parietal cell vagotomy(76.74%, 64.16% and 40.53% respectively) were greater than those after truncal vagotomy with pyloroplasty (41.45%, 40.46% and 39.63% respectively) and selective vagotomy with pyloroplasty (43.5%, 53.7% and 23.49% respectively). 3. In parietal cell vagotomy and selective vagotomy the values of 1 month and 2 month were negative for Hollander tests. But, in values of 3 month after both operations and truncal vagotomy, Hollander tests were late positive.

        This study was select the test items of dynamic flexibility through factor analysis and to make out criteria. The subject were 118 high school students in seoul. The Sub-test of this study were 48 items. The findings and conclusions of this study were as follows ; The structure of the factors in the dynamic flexibility is diveded into 8 fields ; the dynamic forward and sideward bend flexibility, the dynamic trunk twist flexibility, the dynamic sideward bend and power-agility flexibility, the dynamic backward flexibility, the dynamic twist flexibility with position, the dynamic backward bend flexibility with sixty degree-closed standing position, the dynamic right sideward bend and power-agility flexibility, and the dynamic were less by fours than the 12fields of the structural factors, which were defined as a hypothesis of this study, Such a result came because that sone of the fields include (individually) two or three movement rather than being analysed by the movements in each of the fields.

      • GFRP 절삭시 공구 마모기구에 관한 연구

        GEPR(glass fiber reinforced plastics)has the unique properties of matter such as low desity high strengh and medium range of young's modulus. Also the mechanical property of GFRP is difficult to cutting because of high hardness and brittleness. which should yield the severe tool wear. The direction of tool wear parallels with the grain of the grass fiber. This study has suggested the tool wear mechanism using the parameters by the cutting direction and the orientation the grass fiber so that the contact length mainly decreases as the rake angle increases. Therefore the tool wear and the depth of tool edge. Finally a test is examined to show the relation between the wear and the contact length of tool edge was deformined.

      • 衣服選擇要因과 衣服價値觀과의 關係 硏究

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between clothing values and factors of clothing selection. The obtained data of 325 randomly selected college women in Taejeon city showed following results. (1) Aesthetic clothing value was positively related to the individuality of clothing. (2) Sensory clothing value was positively related to the practicality of clothing. (3) No correlation was found between economic clothing value and the economy of clothing. (4) Religious clothing value was postively related to the modesty of clothing. (5) Social clothing value was positively related to the conformity of clothing. (6) Freshmen were higher interest in the practicality and modesty of clothing while seniors were higher interest in the economy of clothing. (7) The group of nonhome economics course was higher interest in the practicality and modesty of clothing than the group of home economics course.

      • 고경도 탄소섬유복합재료의 기계적 가공에 대한 연구

        The hardened carbon fiber in the composite materials is resulted to the high tool wear. In general, as increasing the cutting speed ratio of wear is reversely decreasing while the surface roughness in increasing. This paper reported a suggestion that the minimum life of tool is depending on the cutting force within the limited cutting depth, for the two kinds carbon composite fiber materials, one with the sintered body has the penertrated resin and the other without resion the former has the better of life tool than the latter. Also a experimental test showed that the carbon fiber composite materials with the penerated resin has more feed force and radial force than principal cuttinf force of cutting resistance.
