        There may be not direct path from the psychological selection by the customers to the green behavior owing to the complexity of the green consumption. The specific mode of action still needs being further researched. This paper will research the specific path and mechanism of customer’s green consumption based on VBN theory. Based on a survey of Chinese respondents, environment values bring indirect influence to green customer behavior through individual belief or subjective norm intermediately. However, there are different paths from value to behavior. One path is that egoistic value-subjective norm-green customer behavior while another path is that altruistic value-environment beliefs-subjective norm-green customer behavior which really fits into previous research of VBN theory.

        Preparation of Si3N4-based antimicrobial coatings from suspensions with long-time stability

        A Si 3N4-based antimicrobial coating was fabricated from suspensions with long-time stability. The stability of Si 3N4 sus- pension and the antimicrobial performance of coating were investigated. The viscosity of Si 3N4 suspension was found to be the key factor aff ecting both stability and antimicrobial performance. The Si 3N4 suspensions were modifi ed with HASE acrylic copolymer, PAA-NH 4, and Polyurethane, resulting in an improvement of the stability of Si 3N4 suspension from a few hours to six months. The coating produced using the modifi ed Si 3N4 suspension exhibited an antibacterial activity of 99.9%. This study highlights the crucial role of modifying the Si 3N4 suspension in improving its long-term stability and coating antimicrobial activity.

        I-Detectability of Networked Discrete Event Systems by Matrix Approach

        State estimation is the primary concern in system analysis and control issues, especially for complex networked systems. This paper explores the influence of communication delays on the initial-state detectability of networked discrete event systems (NDESs). Firstly, the communication delays are hypothesized to be upper bounded through the observation channel, and the notion of networked initial-state (NI) detectability is proposed and lucubrated. Subsequently, according to the semi-tensor product (STP) of matrices, the dynamics affected by bounded delays could be perfectly depicted by a reachable matrix. Then, these algebraic criteria of NI detectability: strongly NI and weakly NI detectability, can be converted into checking some constructed matrix. Meanwhile, two algorithms are developed to verify the detectability based on a novel algebraic framework. Lastly, one prototypical numeric example is provided to validate the effectiveness of our theoretical approach. Note that the current results will help us to further investigate the detectability-based enforcement of networked systems.

        Copper Phthalocyanine Functionalized Polystyrene Superfine Fibers for the Photodegradation of Methyl Orange

        In this paper, copper phthalocyanine and polystyrene composite superfine fibers were readily prepared by electrospinning technology. After treating these composite fibers with paraformaldehyde in concentrated H2SO4 solution, the copper phthalocyanine molecules were covalently bonded to the polystyrene molecules. Meanwhile, the polystyrene molecules in the fibers were cross-linked to endow these fibers with excellent solvent resistance. The photocatalytic performance of this novel fibrous catalyst was evaluated by photodegradation of methyl orange in the presence of H2O2. The effects of light source, H2O2 dosage, catalyst loading, and temperature on the fiber catalyzed photodegradation of methyl orange were carefully studied. The photodegradation percentage of methyl orange in aqueous solution was up to ~ 97% under optimized reaction conditions. At last, this fibrous catalyst was readily recovered by simple filtration and reused for three times with satisfied photodegradation activities. In all, we have developed a facile way to prepare copper phthalocyanine functionalized polystyrene superfine fibers with excellent photocatalytic performance.

        Identification of MicroRNAs as potential biomarkers for detecting ischemic stroke

        Background: Increasing epidemic of ischemic stroke (IS) makes it urgent to understand the pathogenesis and regulatory mechanism, previous studies have described microRNAs (miRNAs) is part of the brain's response to ischemia. Objective: The aim of this study was to screen potential biomarkers for the prediction and novel treatment of IS. Methods: Differentially expressed miRNAs were screened from three newly diagnosed IS patients and three controls by RNA sequencing technology. Furthermore, target prediction databases were then used to analysis the target genes of different expressed miRNAs, and the Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) pathway database were used to identify the functions and the main biochemical and signal pathways of differentially expressed target genes. Results: Our results revealed that 27 miRNAs were differentially expressed in IS, among which, hsa-miR-659-5p was the most highly increased and was first found to be associated with IS. In addition, KEGG pathway analyses showed that differentially expressed miRNAs were mainly significantly enriched in lysosome pathway, cytokine-cytokine receptor interaction pathway, spliceosome pathway, base excision repair pathway. Conclusions: miRNAs were involved in IS pathogenesis, and hsa-miR-659-5p, hsa-miR-151a-3p and hsa-miR-29c-5p as the three highest |log2FoldChange| regulation in this study, which may be the biomarkers of IS and need further study.

        Study on the Construction of a Mechanism to Coordinate Interests in the Exercise of the Right to Transfer Personal Information

        중국의 개인정보보호법은 처음으로 개인정보양도권을 확립하고 국가인터넷정보통신부가 관련 시행세칙을 제정하도록 허가 하고 있다. 개인정보 이전권은 유럽연합 일반 데이터 보호 규정에서 정한 데이터 이전 권리에 대한 제안이지만 개인정보 이전 권리를 행사하는 과정에서 제3자 플랫폼과 원 플랫폼 간 이해 충돌이 발생할 수 있다. 이익 조정 메커니즘의 구축은 관련 시행 규칙을 제정하는 핵심 과제로 개인정보 이전권 행사의 장벽을 줄이는 데 도움이 되어 개인정보를 잘 활용할 수 있고 동시에 잘 보호할 수 있다. “오늘의 헤드라인” 사례는 개인정보이전에 따른 이해충돌의 복잡성을 잘 보여주고 있으며, 조정메커니즘을 시급히 구축해야 할 필요성이 있음을 잘 보여주고 있다. 개인정보 이전권의 체계적인 권리구조를 구축함으로써 개인정보 이전권이 데이터 휴대권과 다르다는 특수성을 보여준다. 충돌하는 두 플랫폼의 각각의 이익을 분석해 볼 때, 어느 일방에게만 유리하게 보호하는 것은 바람직하지 않다. 각계각층의 다양한 이해관계를 조율할 수 있는 장치가 마련돼야 한다. 그 내용으로 다음과 같은 방안이 제시될 수 있다. 첫째, 비용분담 메커니즘을 구축할 필요가 있다. 제3자 플랫폼은 대가 지급을 통해 기존 플랫폼과 개인정보 이전 비용을 공동 부담한다.원래 플랫폼은 독립적으로 인증 비용을 부담하며 다양한 유형의 개인정보에 따라 다양한 인증방법과 프로세스를 채택한다. 둘째, 의무분배 메커니즘을 수립해야 한다. 기존 플랫폼은 제3자 플랫폼의 컴플라이언스 의무 이행 능력을 심사해 이행 능력이 부족한 제3자 플랫폼에 도움을 줘야 하지만, 일정 기간 후 탈퇴할 수 있는 메커니즘을 설정할 필요가 있다. 전송의무에서 정보이전을 이전단계와 환원단계로 구분하여 의무의 분배. 보안 의무 측면에서 기존 플랫폼이 주요 책임을 지고 제3자 플랫폼이 보조 책임을 지며 보험 가입을 통해 위험을 균등하게 부담한다. China’s Personal Information Protection Law establishes the right to transfer personal information for the first time and authorizes the state Internet information department to formulate relevant implementation rules. Although the right to transfer personal information is a limitation of the right to carry data as stipulated in the EU General Data Protection Regulation(GDPR), the process of exercising the right to transfer personal information still leads to conflict of interests between the third-party platform and the original platform. Constructing a mechanism for coordination of interests is a key task in formulating relevant implementation rules, which is conducive to reducing resistance to the exercise of the right to transfer personal information and realizing the dual purpose of “strong use and protection” of personal information. The introduction of the “Today’s headlines case” highlights the complexity of the conflict of interest in the transfer of personal information and illustrates the urgency of constructing a mechanism for coordination of interests. Then, we systematically construct the right structure of the right to transfer personal information and reveal its special features that distinguish it from the right to carry data. The analysis of the respective interests of the two platforms shows that it is not desirable to adopt a single value orientation for protection, but rather to construct a coordination mechanism for the coexistence of multiple interests. Further, in the process of exercising the right to transfer personal information, it is necessary to balance the interests of the original platform and the third-party platform in terms of cost-sharing mechanism and obligation-sharing mechanism. First, about the cost-sharing mechanism. The third-party platform should share the cost of transferring personal information with the original platform by paying the consideration; the cost of identity verification should be borne by the original platform independently, and the way and process of identity verification should be distinguished according to the type of personal information. Secondly, about the obligation sharing mechanism. The original platform shall review the third-party platform’s ability to fulfill compliance obligations and provide assistance to those with insufficient ability to fulfill obligations, but set up an exit mechanism within a certain period of time; among the transmission obligations, distinguish between transfer and restoration for obligation sharing; among the security obligations, the original platform shall bear the main responsibility while the third-party platform shall bear the auxiliary responsibility, and share the risks among them equally by purchasing insurance.

        Y-Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms Diversity in Chinese Indigenous Horse

        In contrast to high genetic diversity of mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA), equine Y chromosome shows extremely low variability, implying limited patrilines in the domesticated horse. In this study, we applied direct sequencing and restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) methods to investigate the polymorphisms of 33 Y chromosome specific loci in 304 Chinese indigenous horses from 13 breeds. Consequently, two Y-single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) (Y-45701/997 and Y-50869) and one Y-indel (Y-45288) were identified. Of those, the Y-50869 (T>A) revealed the highest variation frequency (24.67%), whereas it was only 3.29% and 1.97% in Y-45288 (T/-) and Y-45701/997 (G>T) locus, respectively. These three mutations accounted for 27.96% of the total samples and identified five Y-SNP haplotypes, demonstrating genetic diversity of Y chromosome in Chinese horses. In addition, all the five YSNP haplotypes were shared by different breeds. Among 13 horse breeds analyzed, Balikun horse displayed the highest nucleotide diversity (${\pi}=5.6{\times}10^{-4}$) and haplotype diversity (h = 0.527), while Ningqiang horse showed the lowest nucleotide diversity (${\pi}=0.00000$) and haplotype diversity (h = 0.000). The results also revealed that Chinese horses had a different polymorphic pattern of Y chromosome from European and American horses. In conclusion, Chinese horses revealed genetic diversity of Y chromosome, however more efforts should be made to better understand the domestication and paternal origin of Chinese indigenous horses.
