목적 : 우리는 신체를 근막의 통합된 전체로 보는 근막이완요법과 TrP를 파괴하는 전침요법을 기능성 척추측만증에 적용시킬수 있는지 알아보았다. 방법 : 22세의 기능성 척추측만증을 가진 남성에게 다양한 형태의 근막이완요법을 적용하였고, 중둔근, 요방형근, 슬괵근에 전침요법을 적용하였다. 결과 : 3주시술후 다리길이차이, 근막구축, Cobb's 각과 척추회전변위가 감소되었고 흉부압박감 같은 전신적증상이 호전되었다. 결론 : 근막이완요법과 전침병행치료가 신체를 근막의 일체로 보는 관점으로 인체의 구조적불균형을 바로 잡아줄수 있는 새로운 치료법의 기능성을 찾았다. Objective: We investigated this study in order to see the adaptation capability of myofascial release that translating the body being integrated fascial totality and electroacupuncture treatment that breaking trigger points in functional scoliosis. Methods: We applied myofascial relase by three patterns and electroacupuncture in TrPs of gluteus medius, Quadratus lumborum and Hamstring muscle to 22 year-old who have had functional scoliosis. Results: After 3 weeks, The leg length, fascial restriction. Cobb's angle and rotation scoliosis are decreased. Systemic symptoms, for example; chest discomfort are improved. conclusion: Myofascial release and electroacupuncture treatment is new methods that treating the sturctural unbalance in view of body's fascial network.
The Difference of the Changes of Images on Ultrasound Scanner Setting Parameters

The setting parameters of ultrasound scanner give influences to change of image. Sonographers have used a Matlab program to make Low Contrast Sensitivity(LCS) value and compared original images in order to evaluate the use of the supersonic diagnosis machinery. We confirmed the change of image in Grayscale values using Photoshop program. Experiment equipment of our research used A Medison Accuvix V10, A Multi-Tissue Ultrasound Phantom(040 GSE) of CHRIS Company, A Adobe Photoshop CS4 Program, A Convex Probe, A USB memory stick, A Probe Fixation Equipment. The method used Gain, Dynamic Range(DR) of the setting parameters of ultrasound scanner and researched Gain and DR was set to 10 dB. We changed the different settings to see the changes of images using Grayscale values of a Photoshop program about tissue images of a phantom. This study evaluated DR and Gain whether it is an image controller to get the optimum contrast to produce an image to see the how effect on the images. We did not use Gateway in supersonic diagnosis machinery. We can easily open to open the files through Photoshop program before we get Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine(DICOM) files use USB memory stick in supersonic diagnosis machinery. When we diagnosed the lesion of the patient with ultrasound, the contrast and the Gray scale value of image are very important. In this research, we determined the optimum setting parameters that provided useful information to diagnose disease and evaluated the change of improved images.

This study was focused to predict the feasibility of using a plastic material for the function block assy insteady of aluminum material of which function block used to be made. Static & dynamic analysis was carried out on two model(AI function block & plastic function block) to be compared and the pan tests were performed to realize the environmental condition. In the analysis, the gas now was modeled as a stane pressure and the base excitation in the form of PSD from the engine block as a dynamic force. It's concluded that the AI function block could be replaced with the plastic material and plastic function block is applied for diesel engine
NRBF2-mediated autophagy contributes to metabolite replenishment and radioresistance in glioblastoma

Overcoming therapeutic resistance in glioblastoma (GBM) is an essential strategy for improving cancer therapy. However, cancer cells possess various evasion mechanisms, such as metabolic reprogramming, which promote cell survival and limit therapy. The diverse metabolic fuel sources that are produced by autophagy provide tumors with metabolic plasticity and are known to induce drug or radioresistance in GBM. This study determined that autophagy, a common representative cell homeostasis mechanism, was upregulated upon treatment of GBM cells with ionizing radiation (IR). Nuclear receptor binding factor 2 (NRBF2)—a positive regulator of the autophagy initiation step—was found to be upregulated in a GBM orthotopic xenograft mouse model. Furthermore, ATP production and the oxygen consumption rate (OCR) increased upon activation of NRBF2-mediated autophagy. It was also discovered that changes in metabolic state were induced by alterations in metabolite levels caused by autophagy, thereby causing radioresistance. In addition, we found that lidoflazine—a vasodilator agent discovered through drug repositioning—significantly suppressed IR-induced migration, invasion, and proliferation by inhibiting NRBF2, resulting in a reduction in autophagic flux in both in vitro models and in vivo orthotopic xenograft mouse models. In summary, we propose that the upregulation of NRBF2 levels reprograms the metabolic state of GBM cells by activating autophagy, thus establishing NRBF2 as a potential therapeutic target for regulating radioresistance of GBM during radiotherapy.
