As domestic spending on wine increases, the importance of the marketing strategies for wine products has been emphasized in the hospitality industry for the purpose of increasing business profits. Korean wine festivals is held in Young-dong and Youngcheon every October and November. Also, ‘Asian wine trophy’ is held every August in Dae-Jeon city of Korea. At that competition, several Korean wines won gold medals among the world’s wines. It means that the quality of Korean wine is being improved rather than before. And it can lead interest of Korea and Korean wine and enhanced status of Korea in the global wine market. The purpose of this study is to find out the relationship between Korean wine evaluation and perceived value and furthermore, relationship with satisfaction. In this study, a survey was carried out on experienced wine consumers over the age of 20 from October 15 through November 4, 2015. Overall, 315 questionnaires from internal customers were used for the final data analysis. The SPSS/PC version 20.0 and AMOS 20.0 statistics package programs were used for the confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis and pass analysis to test the hypotheses for this study. The result of the present study indicates that Korean wine evaluation was significant on Perceived value and the effect of Perceived value had a significant positive effect on satisfaction. The results of this paper suggests specific marketing strategy for winery owner of Korea and Korean wine company.

급격한 고령화 사회로의 진입과 서구화된 식습관에 의해 협심증, 심근경색증, 고혈압 등에 의한 심장질환자의 수가 5년간 10만명 이상 증가했다. 심장질환은 지난 8년간 꾸준히 국내 사망원인 2위를 기록 중이며, 이로 인해 연간 소모되는 의료비는 6조원에 달한다. 증가한 환자와 함께 다양한 치료법이 제시되고 있는 가운데, 현재 보편화 된 관상동맥 중재시술 중 스텐트 삽입술의 단점인 재협착이나 장기간 이중항혈소판제 복용으로 인한 출혈의 위험 증가 등의 문제점을 보완하기 위해 약물코팅풍선카테터가 개발되어 점차 상용화되고 있는데, 국내에선 2010년 ‘SeQuent Please<sup>Ⓡ</sup> (비브라운코리아)’라는 제품이 처음 출시되면서 약물코팅풍선카테터를 사용한 시술이 시작되었고, 이후 2012년 보험급여가 적용되면서 그 사용량이 본격적으로 늘어났다. 약물코팅풍선치료는 국내뿐만 아니라 전 세계적으로 사용이 증가하고 있는데, 특히 일본을 포함한 아시아태평양 지역에서 그 사용량이 급격히 증가하고 있다. 현재까지 국산 제품의 수요가 증가하고 있는 상황이며 향후, 동물시험 및 임상시험에서의 성능이 입증된다면 위험성이 높은 스텐트 삽입술에 비해 효과적인 시술이 될 것이라 예상한다. As a result of the rapid entry into an aging society and westernized eating habits, the number of heart disease patients caused by angina pectoris, myocardial infarction, and high blood pressure has increased by more than 100,000 over five years. Heart disease has consistently ranked second in the cause of death in Korea over the past eight years, and medical expenses consumed annually reach 6 trillion won. While various treatments are being proposed for more patients, drug-coated balloon catheters have been developed and gradually commercialized to solve the disadvantages of stent implantation such as restenosis and increased risk of bleeding due to long-term double antiplatelet medication. In Korea, it began to use a drug-coated balloon catheter with the first release of it called “SeQuent Please<sup>Ⓡ</sup> (Bibrown Korea)” in 2010. Its demand increased gradually as insurance benefits were applied in 2012. Drug-coated balloon angioplasty is increasing in use not only in Korea but also around the world, especially in the Asia-Pacific region, including Japan. Until now, the demand for domestic products is increasing, and if the efficiency in vivo and clinical trials is proven in the future, it is expected to be an effective procedure compared to high-risk stent implantation.
우리나라 노인여성의 골다공증성 척추골절로 인한 경제적 부담 추계

Objectives : To estimate the economic burden of osteoporotic vertebral fracture (VF) from a societal perspective. Methods : From 2002 to 2004, we identified all National Health Insurance claims records for women ${\geq}50$ years old with a diagnosis of VF. The first 6-months was defined as a "clearance period," such that patients were considered as incident cases if their first claim of fracture was recorded after June 30, 2002. We only included patients with ${\geq}$ one claim of a diagnosis of, or prescription for, osteoporosis over 3 years. For each patient, we cumulated the claims amount for the first visit and for the follow-up treatments for 1 year. The hospital charge data from 4 hospitals were investigated to measure the proportion of the non-covered services. Face-to-face interviews were conducted with 106 patients from the 4 study sites to measure the out-of-pocket spending outside of hospitals. Results : During 2.5 years, 131,453 VF patients were identified. The patients had an average of 3.38 visits, 0.40 admissions and 6.36 inpatient days. The per capita cost was 1,909,690 Won: 71.5% for direct medical costs, 20.6% for direct non-medical costs and 7.9% for indirect costs. The per capita cost increased with increasing age: 1,848,078 Won for those aged 50-64, 2,084,846 Won for 65-74, 2,129,530 Won for 75-84and 2,121,492 Won for those above 84. Conclusions : Exploring the economic burden of osteoporotic VF is expected to motivate to adopt effective treatment options for osteoporosis in order to prevent the incidence of fracture and the consequent costs.
Enhancement of PLED lifetime using thin film passivation with amorphous Mg-Zn-F

In this study, a new thin films passivation technique using Zn with high electronegativity and $MgF_2$, a fluorine material with better optical transmittance than the sealing film materials that have thus far been reported was proposed. Targets with various ratios of $MgF_2$ to Zn (5:5, 4:6 and 3:7) were fabricated to control the amount of Zn in the passivation films. The Mg-Zn-F films were deposited onto the substrates and Zn was located in the gap between the lattices of $MgF_2$ without chemical metathesis in the Mg-Zn-F films. The thickness and optical transmittance of the deposited passivation films were approximately 200 nm and 80%, respectively. It was confirmed via electron dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) analysis that the Zn content of the film that was sputtered using a 4:6 ratio target was 9.84 wt%. The Zn contents of the films made from the 5:5 and 3:7 ratio targets were 2.07 and 5.01 wt%, respectively. The water vapor transmission rate (WVTR) was determined to be $38^{\circ}C$, RH 90-100%. The WVTR of the Mg-Zn-F film that was deposited with a 4:6 ratio target nearly reached the limit of the equipment, $1\times10^{-3}\;gm^2{\cdot}day$. As the Zn portion increased, the packing density also increased, and it was found that the passivation films effectively prevented the permeation by either oxygen or water vapor. To measure the characteristics of gas barrier, the film was applied to the emitting device to evaluate their lifetime. The lifetime of the applied device with passivation was increased to 25 times that of the PLED device, which was non-passivated.
Effect of Regenerated-Foundry Sand on the Mechanical Properties of Core

<P>Metal foundries use high quality sand in the casting process and produce vast amounts of used foundry sand (UFS). Thus, in order to make the best use of foundry sand in the casting process, it is essential to demonstrate an appropriate recycling method and verify the influence of regenerated foundry sand (RFS) on the mechanical properties of core. In this study, physical and chemical characterizations were conducted on the RFS and the physical properties of cores containing different proportions of RFS were investigated with respect to the flexural strength. The UFS produced in controlled conditions was recycled by a wet type method and the regular foundry sand was replaced with varying proportions of RFS by weight (0, 20, 40 and 60 wt. %). Although the gradation of RFS was analogous with the regular foundry sand, the flexural strength test indicated that the sand mixture with 20 wt. % replacement of regular foundry sand was appropriate for core making without a drastic decrease of flexural strength. The flexural strength decreased with the increase of RFS contents at replacement proportion more than 20 wt. %.</P>
Specular Reflectance Measurements of Dielectric Plates in Millimeter Frequency Range

This paper describes specular reflectance measurements of dielectric plates in three waveguide frequency bands: D-band (110.170 GHz), G-band (140.220 GHz), and J-band (220.325 GHz). The transmit (Tx) part of the proposed specular reflectance measurement system is stationary, while the receive (Rx) part and the material under test (MUT) holder are concentric-rotating with a 2:1 speed ratio for specular reflectance measurements. In specular reflectance measurements, the first step measures the specular reflection coefficients of an MUT and a metal plate on the MUT holder located at the center of the Tx and Rx parts, and the second step calculates the specular reflectance defined by the specular reflection power (i.e., intensity) of the MUT normalized to that of the metal plate. Multiple reflection effects between the Tx and Rx antennas and the MUT on the measured specular reflectance are minimized by averaging out the multiple specular reflectances measured with changing the separation distance between the two antennas by λ/8 intervals. Measurement results of the perpendicular-polarized specular reflectance of commonly used dielectric plates are verified by comparing those with the analytic results and show that the results measured over the overlapped frequency range of the D-/G-bands and at the boundary frequency of the G- /J-bands agree well with the results for the other band, respectively.

Objective: Cervical stabilization exercises are frequently to improve strength and endurance of cervical muscles. The purpose of this study was to identify changes in head repositioning accuracy (HRA) and neck proprioception through cervical stabilization exercises in healthy adults. Design: One group pretest-posttest design. Methods: Thirteen participants with no previous history of neck pain or injury to the cervical spine were recruited. HRA was measured by equipment including laser pointer, helmet, eye patch and marking pens. The distance between the spot where the beam had stopped and the center of the graph paper was measured three times with the averaged value used as the head repositioning accuracy. Neck proprioception was measured by a cervical range of motion device (CROM). Subjects wore the CROM tester and were to look straight ahead while bending his/her neck. Subjects were instructed to perform extension, lateral flexion and rotation, and the values were then measured and recorded. The measurements were performed pre-intervention, and after cervical stabilization exercise. Results: There was no significant difference on HRA after intervention. In addition, there was no significant difference on neck proprioception compared with pre-intervention. Conclusions: The present study did not identify any effect on HRA and neck proprioception of cervical stabilization exercise. Further investigations are required to elucidate this in old aged participants and patients with neck pain.
