외국인 관광객 리뷰데이터를 활용한 토픽모델링 기반의 공간분석: 대구광역시를 사례로

스마트폰 기반의 관광 플랫폼들이 활성화되면서 리뷰 데이터를 활용한 정책 수립 및 서비스 고도화가 다양한 분야에서 이루어지고 있다. 관광 리뷰 데이터를 활용한 선행연구들의 경우 국내 관광객 중심의 연구가 대다수 수행되었으며, 외국인 관광객 연구의 경우 일부 언어로 수집된 데이터와 텍스트 마이닝 기법에 한정하여 연구가 수행되었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 온라인 리뷰 사이트를 통해 '대구 명소' 키워드를 지정하여 외국인들이 작성한 리뷰 데이터 3,515건을 수집하였다. 그리고 LDA 기반의 토픽모델링을 수행하여 관광 토픽을 도출하였으며, 각 토픽별 전역 및 국지적 공간 분석을 수행한 점이 선행연구와 차별성이라 할 수 있다. 분석 결과 전역적 공간 자기상관이 존재하며, 외국인들이 주로 방문하는 관광지들이 국지적으로 결집되어 있음을 확인하였다. 또한 대다수 토픽에서 중구를 중심으로 핫스팟이 도출되었으며, 분석 결과를 바탕으로 지자체 외국인 관광정책 수립 및 토픽모델링 기반의 공간분석 연구의 기초연구로 활용되길 기대하며, 본 연구의 한계점 또한 제시하였다. As smartphone-based tourism platforms have become active, policy establishment and service enhancement using review data are being made in various fields. In the case of the preceding studies using tourism review data, most of the studies centered on domestic tourists were conducted, and in the case of foreign tourist studies, studies were conducted only on data collected in some languages and text mining techniques. In this study, 3,515 review data written by foreigners were collected by designating the "Daegu attractions" keyword through the online review site. And LDA-based topic modeling was performed to derive tourism topics. The spatial approach through global and local spatial autocorrelation analysis for each topic can be said to be different from previous studies. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that there is a global spatial autocorrelation, and that tourist destinations mainly visited by foreigners are concentrated locally. In addition, hot spots have been drawn around Jung-gu in most of the topics. Based on the analysis results, it is expected to be used as a basic research for spatial analysis based on local government foreign tourism policy establishment and topic modeling. And The limitations of this study were also presented.

BACKGROUND:: Genetic variations in interleukin 28B (IL28B) have been strongly associated with a sustained virological response (SVR) in European and African-American patients. Genetic variation of IL28B was investigated in healthy controls and chronic hepatitis C (CHC) patients, and the treatment response in the CHC patients was analyzed according to IL28B polymorphism in the Korean population. METHODS:: IL28B polymorphisms (rs12979860 and rs8099917) were studied in 200 healthy controls and in 167 CHC patients who were treated with peginterferon-α and ribavirin. RESULTS:: The prevalence of rs12979860 in healthy controls is as follows: the CC-genotype was 88.5%, the CT-genotype was 11.5%, and the TT-genotype was not found. The prevalence of rs8099917 in healthy controls is as follows: the TT-genotype was 89.5%, the TG-genotype was 10.5%, and the GG-genotype was not found. The CC-genotype of rs12979860 and the TT-genotype of rs8099917 were found to be closely related (linkage disequilibrium; D&vprime;=1.0, &khgr; =0.9082). In 106 CHC patients treated with peginterferon and ribavirin, the SVR was 67.2% (n=58) for 1b, 91.6% (n=47) for 2a. In hepatitis C virus (HCV) genotype 1b with respect to rs12979860, the SVR in CC-genotype was 72.9% and that in CT-genotype was 40.0%. On investigating predictive factors for SVR, pretreatment low-HCV RNA levels, HCV genotype non-1, early virological response, and also the IL28B CC-genotype for rs12979860 were good indicators of an SVR. CONCLUSIONS:: In Korea, genetic variation of IL28B is different from that in western countries in view of high prevalence of rs12979860 CC-genotype. It seems likely that a high SVR in Korean patients with genotype 1 CHC patients is due to the genetic polymorphism in IL28B.

<P>The development of nontoxic and biocompatible imaging agents will create new opportunities for potential applications in clinical MRI diagnosis. Synthetic melanin-like nanoparticles (MelNPs), analogous to natural sepia melanin (a major component of the cuttlefish ink), can be used as contrast agent for MRI. MelNPs complexed with paramagnetic Fe<SUP>3+</SUP> ions show much higher relaxivity values than existing MRI <I>T</I><SUB>1</SUB> contrast agents based on gadolinium (Gd) or manganese (Mn); MelNP values at 3T were <I>r</I><SUB>1</SUB> = 17 and <I>r</I><SUB>2</SUB> = 18 mM<SUP>–1</SUP> s<SUP>–1</SUP> (<I>r</I><SUB>2</SUB>/<I>r</I><SUB>1</SUB> value of 1.1). Modeling and Assessment of Power Consumption for Green Machining Strategy

Energy-saving technologies seek to minimize the environmental burden caused by manufacturing. In this study, it is aimed to develop a sustainable machining strategy that reduces the energy consumed during metal cutting, via modeling and assessment of power consumption of the process. Three perspectives, smart, optimal, and universal, are used to review the literature and define the strategic requirements. Based on the perspectives, the power consumption data was utilized to monitor the process in real-time and to control the process to be sustainable with a wide variety of cutting conditions and manufacturing environments. A power-prediction model was constructed, and two adaptive feed-control schemes were suggested. One controls the feed, while the other controls the feed per tooth. The experimental results show that both control schemes were up to 18% energy efficient with the given geometries and easily applicable over a wide range of conditions and satisfied the requirements set out above. The efficiencies of the control methods were discussed with respect to the control criteria, constraints, and materials. It is expected that this research will facilitate sustainable machining.

<P>This paper proposes an optimal rotor design method of an interior permanent magnet synchronous motor (IPMSM) by using a permanent magnet (PM) shape. An IPMSM is a structure in which PMs are buried in an inner rotor. The torque, torque ripple, and safety factor of IPMSM can vary depending on the position of the inserted PMs. To determine the optimal design variables according to the placement of the inserted PMs, parameter analysis was performed. Therefore, a response surface methodology, which is one of the statistical analysis design methods, was used. Among many other response surface methodologies, Box-Behnken design is the most commonly used. For the purpose of this research, Box-Behnken design was used to find the design parameter that can achieve minimum experimental variables of objective function. This paper determines the insert position of the PM to obtain high-torque, low-torque ripple by using a finite-element-method, and this paper obtains an optimal design by using a mechanical stiffness method in which a safety factor is considered.</P>
