Background: In South Korea, the number of cases of dental treatment for the disabled is gradually increasing, primarily at regional dental clinics for the disabled. This study investigated pediatric patients at a treatment clinic for the disabled within a university hospital who received dental treatment under general anesthesia. This data could assist those that provide dental treatment for the disabled and guide future treatment directions and new policies. Methods: This study was a retrospective analysis of 263 cases in which patients received dental treatment under general anesthesia from January 2011 to May 2016. The variables examined were gender, age, reason for anesthesia, type of disability, time under anesthesia, duration of treatment, type of procedure, treatment details, and annual trends in the use of general anesthesia. Results: Among pediatric patients with disabilities who received dental treatment under general anesthesia, the most prevalent age group was 5-8 years old (124 patients, 47.1%), and the primary reason for administering anesthesia was dental anxiety or phobia. The mean time under anesthesia was $132.7{\pm}77.6min$, and the mean duration of treatment was $101.9{\pm}71.2min$. The most common type of treatment was restoration, accounting for 158 of the 380 treatments performed. Conclusions: Due to increasing demand, the number of cases of dental treatment performed under general anesthesia is expected to continue increasing, and it can be a useful method of treatment in patients with dental anxiety or phobia.

The nozzle flow which has combustion gas and particles was analyzed using the BGK code that has been developed newly. This code can afford to analyze inviscid, viscous and turbulent flows, and can be applied to calculation of the internal flow of a rocket nozzle. This calculation supplied the various data for the analysis of internal flow field in rocket motor nozzle. The modeling and analysis of particles in flow field provided the distribution of the particles in rocket nozzle.
Disk Cam과 Reciprocating Flat-Face Follower 기구의 설계 및 해석용 CAD S/W 개발

Generally Cam-Follower Systems Consist of two elements : Cam is for rotating motion and follower for reciprocating motion. Depending on the shape of cam and type of follower, the motion of cam-follower system is determined. Thus design process and analysis process must be well defined the given motion of followers corresponding to the given cams based on the dimensions of cam-follower systems. In this paper, an iterative contact method is proposed. This method can calculate the contact points between cam and flat-face follower based on the geometric relationships numerically. Also this paper presents the structure of a CAD program DISK CAM and its availability to the industrial applications.

본 연구는 사물을 직접 인식하고 따라다니는 지능형 로봇을 만들기 위해 객체인식을 연구하였다. 객체인식 프로그램은 YOLO로 신뢰도 시스템을 이용한 연산의 간편화로 속도가 빠르다. 실시간 연산처리를 통해 물체의 영상 내 좌표값을 연산하여 항상 가운데에 위치하도록 하여 움직임을 추적한다. 라이다 센서를 이용하여 가운데 위치한 물체와의 거리를 측정하며 일정한 거리를 유지하도록 한다. This study studied object recognition to create an intelligent robot that directly recognizes and follows objects. The object recognition program is YOLO, which simplifies the operation using the reliability system and is fast. The motion is tracked by calculating the coordinate value in the image of the object through real-time calculation processing, and always placing it in the center. Use the LiDAR sensor to measure the distance to the object located in the middle and keep a certain distance.
Wind tunnel effect analysis for MEXICO wind turbine model

In this research, CFD calculation was implemented to analyze wind tunnel effect or rotor experiment in wind tunnel. One case included model wind turbine and all wind tunnel geometries. The other case include only rotor and nacelle system. Star-CCM+ was used for CFD analysis and rigid body motion around rotor area was applied to simulate rotating rotor. As for turbulence model, K-omega SST was used. The results were compared in 15m/s inflow condition. These results shows a good agreement with the measurement. Then, the result without wind tunnel was slightly different to the result with wind tunnel. Thus, in the case of Mexnex wind tunnel measurement, the wind tunnel don't affect the measurement result. Then, this wind tunnel and rotor size ratio can be reference for wind tunnel experiment of wind turbine rotor.

The development of automotive technology and rapid development of engine oil at the same time focusing on the performance without consideration of environmental aspects was conducted. Recently highlighted the environment, especially improve air quality for metropolitan policy is required as the promotion of green growth. Engine oil consumption in transportation is exponentially increasing coupled with the number of supplied car. but information of these oils for the environmental aspects are also insufficient. In this study, new criteria for lubricant to obtain basic data and vehicle emission factors for the future by studying the effect of lubricant manufacturing standards and testing methods will be used as the basis for setting.
FMH 성능 향상을 위한 Sun Visor 부착 부위 구조 최적화

Previous studies theoretically show a relationship between HIC value and minimum packaging space in order to absorb the FMH impact energy for mathematically defined impact pulses. It means if the space is not secured it is impossible to obtain required HIC value physically. Unfortunately, however, the minimum space requirement is not always satisfied during vehicle development process to harmonize the other critical performances or to pursue design theme. So this paper suggests crushable body structure design, especially around a sun visor mounting area where relocated AP1 point falls, having required level of crush load, which is derived from correlation between the panel crush load and HIC(d) value obtained from previous physical FMH testing. We provide component level CAE model and boundary conditions to evaluate the crush load, and DFSS optimization process is applied to find robust design parameters satisfying the load. Finally the head injury performance is evaluated by conducting full vehicle FMH CAE analysis with optimized sun visor mounting bracket.
