Supply Chain Management(SCM) is getting important, because size of the company is getting bigger and the kinds of product are various. In the case of manufacturing corporation, for the optimization of SCM, we have to make production and distribution plan by considering the various fluctuation in the aspect of integration. In this paper, first, It proposed the reasonable operational way of the SCM about when the customer’s demanding is various and demanding expectation fluctuates in capacity standardization of producer stage. Second, the paper proposed the management way for demanding by considering confirmed demanding information, related inventory expense and demanding shortage expense when we make production and distribution plan. The paper applied the genetic algorithm proved for current usefulness. it proposed the optimal operational way for SCM by dividing into 2 ways for dealing with the duration of confirmed demanding information and various fluctuation.

본 연구는 대구경북의 중소기업을 대상으로 전략유형과 성과관리시스템이 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구를 통해 중소기업에 적합한 전략유형을 알아보고 그에 맞는 성과관리시스템의 설계를 통해 기업의 경영성과를 개선하고자 하였다. 연구결과 전략유형 중에서 기술혁신형과 생산중점형은 경영성과에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 성과관리시스템은 재무적성과와 비재무적성과에 부분적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 전략유형과 성과관리시스템의 상호작용은 기술혁신형 기업의 경영성과에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 중소기업들이 전략유형에 맞는 성과관리시스템의 구축을 통해 경영성과를 향상 시킬 수 있음을 지지하고, 이를 통해 기업들은 자원의 제약과 무한 경쟁을 이겨내고 지속적인 성장을 할 수 있을 것으로 보인다. The purpose of this study is to whether management strategy types are archived improving the organizational performance and strategic performance management system are makes a significant influence on the organizational performance. Another objective is to identify whether the interaction between management strategy types and strategic performance management system makes a significant influence on the organizational performance. The results of this study indicate that diversity performance measures(strategy types) are effect partially presented on the firm's performances. And, firms which have the higher using diversity performance measures(strategy types) are achieve the higher firm's performances than lower using firm's(strategy types). And, the interaction of Management strategy types and diversity performance measures are effect partially presented on the firm's performances.
홍삼복용이 노인들의 유산소 운동시 발생된 활성산소에 미치는 영향

노인들의 고강도 유산소운동시 많은 산소요구량에 의하여 산화적인 스트레스가 증가하고, 결과적으로 함께 발생되는 활성산소는 MDA 수준을 증가시킨다. 이렇게 노인들의 강도 높은 운동중에 발생되는 활성산소에 홍삼복용이 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지를 알아보기 위하여 젊은이들과 비교하여 연구하였다. 노인들은 젊은이들과 함께 홍삼복용 전·후에 걸쳐 안정시, 운동직 후, 그리고 회복기 30분의 MDA 수준이 유의하게 낮아진 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 홍삼복용은 젊은이들뿐만 아니라 노인들의 축적된 과산화지질을 제거하거나 과산화지질의 생성을 억제하는 항산화 효과가 있음을 시사한다. This study was performed to investigatc thc etfect of 12 weeks red-ginseng intaking on MDA(malondialdehyde) produced during aerobic excrcise in thc young and elderly women. Sixteen volunteers agreed to panicipate and were placed in 2 groups: in the young(20-25 yrs), rcd-ginseng intake group(n=8), in the elderly(60-69 yrs), red-ginseng intaking group(n=8). The subjects who joined this study were asked to take 2.7g of red-ginseng powder capsule per day before the meal for 12 weeks(3 times/day). MDA(from blood samples) were collected at rest. just after the submaximal exercise, and 30 minutes after the exercise(cycle ergometer riding) at the beginning and the end of the 12-weeks program. After 12 weeks of red-ginseng intaking, young and elderly groups showed the decreased MDA significantly at rest(41.57%, 28.59%), just after the exercise(45.96%, 40.74%), and 30 minutes after the exercise(37.37%, 32.68%). These results indicate that red-ginseng intaking, as an antioxidant, may be useful for removing MDA produced during aerobic exercise in the elderly.

An effective use of public facilities for life sports was studied. The purpose of this study was 1) to examine the present management and sport programs of the public sport facilities, and 20 to provide more effective and productive sports management and programs for Cheongju-city community, which will be resulting in an independence of Chungbuk Athletics Association and the enhancement of level of citizens' health and physical fitness. After the investigation on the present situations of managing public sport facilities, this study showed the following results and suggestions. First, this study found several problems (e.g, a few numbers of sport experts and programs, ineffective opening and closing time for each facility, etc..) and suggested new plans on the management of public facilities for sport activities. Second, this study provided more practical sport programs for each age group, regarding to each public sport facility. In addition, these sport facilities were also used for cultural activities and resting places for the community. Third, this study also suggested that an indepence of Chungbuk Athletic Association and the enhancement of level of citizens' health and physical fitness should be consequently accomplished by activation of effective management on sport programs and facilities.
유산소성 운동이 여성 노인들의 체력과 반응시간에 미치는 영향

This study was performed to investigate the effect of aerobic exercise program on physical fitness and whole body reaction time, and to see the relationship between the level of physical fitness and level of whole body reaction time in the elderly women. The study subjects were consisted of 44 old women with mean age of 67.3 years. They were tested on their physical fitness and whole body reaction time level at the begin and end of the 12-week program(pre-post tests). Assessment included measures of strength, power, balance, agility, flexibility, %body fat, endurance, and body simple and choice reaction times in the elerly women. For data analysis, mean and standard deviation scores were calculated, and paired t-test and person's correlation coefficient were used. The results were follow: 1. After the aerobic exercise program, power, balance, agility, flexibility, %body fat, and endurance were significantly imroved in the elerly women. 2. After the aerobic exercise program, body simpel and choice reaction times were also significantly improved in the elderly women. 3. After the aerobic exercie program, old womens' simple and choice reaction time of whole body were significantly related to strength, power, balance, agility, and flexibility. In conclusion, even though the elderly women had participated in the aerobic exercise program for the short period time(3 months), they showed the improved physical fitness and whole body reactin time, which are related to physical health.

Ultrasonic nondestructive testing is important for monitoring the structural integrity of dissimilar metal welds (DMWs) in pressure vessels and piping in nuclear power plants. However, there is a low probability of crack detection via inspection of DMWs using ultrasonic waves because the grain structures (grain orientations) of the weld area cause distortion and splitting of ultrasonic beams propagating in anisotropic media. To overcome this issue, the grain orientation should be known, and a precise ultrasonic wave simulation technique in anisotropic media is required to model the distortion and splitting of the waves accurately. In this study, a method for nondestructive prediction of the DMW grain orientations is presented for accurate simulation of ultrasonic wave propagation behavior in the weld area. The ultrasonic wave propagation behavior in anisotropic media is simulated via finite-element analysis when ultrasonic waves propagate in a transversely isotropic material. In addition, a methodology to predict the DMW grain orientation is proposed that employs a simulation technique for ultrasonic wave propagation behavior calculation and an optimization technique. The simulated ultrasonic wave behaviors with the grain orientations predicted via the proposed method demonstrate its usefulness. Moreover, the method can be used to determine the focal law in DMWs.

Cubesats are 10cm-long cube-sized micro satellites developed at various institutions due to their low costs. Cubesats undergo thermal, vacuum, vibration, etc. tests prior to launch, and some are tested under high-altitude flight conditions where it and its subsystems are mounted in a sounding rocket before space-level tests. Despite its rapid growth of number, the cubesat mission success rate is low at about 15%. Thus, the demand for tests using sounding rockets are expected to increase. This paper discusses the development and ground test of a sounding rocket subsystem capable of deploying a 3 Unit cubesat payload at high altitudes. Through the payload deployment system discussed in this paper, it is expected to encourage cubesat test launches and thus contribute to higher cubesat mission success rates.
