        고정표본채취시점을 갖는 가변표본채취간격 다변량 T² 관리도

        This paper proposes a variable sampling interval multivariate T² control chart with sampling at fixed times, where samples are taken at specified equally spaced fixed time points and additional samples are allowed between these fixed times when indicated by the preceding T² statistics. At fixed sampling points, the T² statistics are composed of all quality characteristics and a part of quality characteristics are selected to obtain T² statistics at additional sampling points. A Markov chain approach is used to evaluate the performance of the proposed chart. Numerical studies for the performance of the proposed chart show that the proposed chart reduces the observations obtained from a process and detects the assignable cause of a process with low correlated quality characteristics quickly.

      • Switching Angle of SRM by Using Self-Tuning Control

        This paper presents a Switched Reluctance Motor (SRM) drive using the self-tuning control method to achieve the maximum torque. SRM has the difficulty to research it by an analytic method and to control the speed and torque because of the high non-linearity. So, in this paper, the self-tuning control method is proposed to relevantly control the turn-on/off angle in order to operate the SRM at the maximum torque. The feedback signals to control the turnon/ off angles are counted from the encoder pulse and the increment of phase current. At first, an adequate turn-off angle is searched by itself and then a turn-on angle is done. As the relationship between turn-on and turn-off angle is mutual dependent, the turn-on/off angle is controlled by a real time self-tuning control method in order to maintain the maximum torque. The proposed self-tuning algorism is verified by experiments.

        In our previous study, a novel phenylbutenoid dimer (±)-trans-3-(3,4-dimethoxyphenyl)-4-[(E)-3,4-dimethoxystyryllcyclohex-1-ene (PSC), isolated from Zingiber cassumunar Roxa. (Zingiberaceae), inhibited proliferation of various human cancer cells with the IC_(50) values ranging 10 to 30 μM. Prompted by these anti-proliferative effects, we performed additional studies in A549 human lung cancer cells in order to investigate the mechanism of action. PSC arrested cell cycle progression at the G0/Gl phase in a concentration- and time-dependent manner. PSC dose-dependently induced cyclin-dependent kinase (CDK) inhibitor p21 expression, whereas the expression of cyclin Dl, cyclin A, CDK4, CDKB, and proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) were decreased by treatment with PSC. These results suggest that one of the anti-proliferative mechanisms of PSC is to suppress cell cycle progression by increasing p21 exprEssion and down-regulating cyclins and CDKs. This study characterizes additional biological activity of this novel phenylbutenoid dimer and expands its therapeutic potential for cancer as a chemotherapeutic agent derived from natural products.

        Effect of R&D competence of Materials · Parts · Equipment Corporations on management performance

        Purpose: This study aims to examine the effect of SMEs' R&D competence on management performance. Research design, data, and methodology: The empirical data of this study are derived from 2,375 SMEs that participated in the material, parts, and equipment research and development support project conducted from 2014 to 2018. Among them, 2,230 data were analyzed by classifying them into high-tech and low-tech fields. SPSS 24.0 was used for statistical analysis and correlation analysis and T-TEST were applied. Results: It was analyzed that the level of R&D organization, research personnel, and the number of patent registrations all affected operating profit and sales. In particular, it has been proven that research personnel have a greater impact on management performance among the level of R&D organization, research personnel, and the number of patent registrations. In addition, there was a difference between high-tech and low-tech industries in the impact on operating profit and sales, which are indicators of management performance. Conclusions: This study suggests that R&D competence are strengthened to advance the material, parts, and equipment industries and to promote future growth, while differentiated support is needed according to each company's R&D competence and technology level.

        최근 SNS(social Networking Service)는 웹2.0 페러다임 등장 이후 커뮤니케이션의 환경 변화와 함께 인터넷 컨텐츠 생산 주체가 기업이 아니라 참여자로 그 영역이 확대 되고 있다. 기존 미디어와 달리 쌍방향커뮤니케이션 가능해 탁월한 접근성과 누구나 쉽게 이용할 수 있는 유용성, 정보에 즉각 반응하는 최신성, 영속성의 특성으로 인해 더 많은 사람들이 커뮤니케이션을 하게 될 것이며, 소비와 구매 행동 등에도 소셜 미디어 상의 커뮤니케이션의 영향을 받을 가능성이 더욱 커질 것으로, 기업은 고객의 참여, 공유, 대화를 이끌어 냄으로써 고객들이 이미 가지고 있는 소셜 미디어 네트워크를 통해 마케팅 경험 및 컨텐츠가 구전되는 바이럴 효과를 극대화 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 SNS(Social Networking Service)에서의 소셜커머스 한 형태로 트랜드 되고 있는 공동구매형 소셜커머스의 이용자를 대상으로 관계효익 요인을 통한 만족과 신뢰를 매개로 e-loyalty에 미치는 영향을 실증연구를 통하여 분석하였다. 분석결과 관계효익 요인 중 심리적 효익, 경제적 효익이 만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 고객화 효익은 만족에 유의하지 않았으며, 만족은 신뢰에 신뢰는 고객충성도에 매우 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 공동구매를 위하여 트위터, 페이스북 등 자신의 소셜네트워크를 활용하여 더 많은 구매자를 끌어 모으는 역할을 하는 바이럴 마케팅에 있어서 소셜커머스의 정책적 시사점을 대안으로 제시하였다. A SNS(Social Networking Service) since Web 2.0 Paradigm recently appeared with the rapidly changing communications environment, Internet content production companies, not subject as a participant is expanding its territory. Unlike traditional media to interactive communication can be used easily with excellent accessibility and usability, information responsive to the timeliness, consistency, due to the nature of communication, more people will be, social media consumption and purchasing behavior on the impact of communication that are likely to be even greater, companies engage customers, sharing, and dialogue will draw customers who already have experience in marketing through social media networks and content that is word of mouth viral effect can be maximized. In this study, SNS (Social Networking Service) in the form of a trend in the Social Commerce and Social Commerce in the form of a joint purchase of the relational benefit factors to target users via e-loyalty via satisfaction and trust impact on the empirical study was performed. Come to analyze, Psychological benefit of relationship benefits and economic benefits factors had a significant influence on satisfaction, but, Customization benefit was not aware of the satisfaction, customer loyalty, satisfaction, trust, trust was very significant. Based on these findings to a joint purchase of Twitter, Facebook and leverage their social networks attract more buyers to a role in viral marketing, social commerce is proposed as an alternative to the policy implications.

        4차 산업혁명기업의 기술혁신역량이 경영성과에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 4차 산업혁명기업의 기술혁신역량이 경영성과에 어떻게 영향을 미치게 되는지를 실증적으로 규명하였다. 또한, 4차 산업혁명기업과 비 4차 산업혁명기업 간의 경영성과에는 차이가 있는지를 분석하였다. 분석을 위한 표본은 기술보증기금이 자체적으로 기술평가를 거쳐 기술혁신기업 및 4차 산업혁명기업으로 분류한 2,543개 기업의 현장 데이터를 활용하여 분석하였다. 기술혁신역량 변수에는 연구개발 인력 규모, 연구개발 조직 수준, 지식 재산권수, 무형자산 비율, 지식자산 금액, 연구개발 투자금액, 연구개발 집약도 라는 변수를 사용하여 분석하였다. 4차 산업혁명기업의 기술혁신역량이 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 대한 분석에서는 연구개발 조직 수준 요인을 제외한 요인들 모두가 경영성과에 영향을 주는 것으로 확인되어 연구가설이 지지되었다. 특히, 지식자산 금액이 경영성과에 상대적으로 더 큰 영향력을 미치는 것으로 확인 되었다. 또한, 4차 산업혁명기업과 비 4차 산업혁명기업 간 평균 비교 분석에서는 4차 산업혁명기업이 보다 경영성과가 높게 나타난 것으로 확인되었다. This study empirically examined how the technology innovation competence of the 4th Industrial Revolution Enterprises affects management performance. It also analyzed whether there would be any difference in business performance between the 4th Industrial Revolution Enterprises and the non-4th Industrial Revolution Enterprises. The samples for analysis were analyzed using in-situ data of 2,543 enterprises classified as technical innovation enterprises and the 4th Industrial Revolution Enterprises through Korea Technology Finance Corporation’s in-house technical evaluation. Variables for technology innovation competence were analyzed using variables such as the size of manpower of research and development, the level of research and development organizations, the number of intellectual property rights, the ratio of intangible assets, the amount of knowledge properties, the amount of research and development investment, and the intensiveness degree of research and development. In terms of the impact of the 4th Industrial Revolution Enterprises’ technology innovation competence on business performance, all factors except for the level of research and development organizations were found to affect business performance, which supported the study hypothesis. In particular, it was confirmed that the amount of knowledge properties has had a relatively greater impact on business performance. In addition, the average comparative analysis between the 4th Industrial Revolution Enterprises and the non-4th Industrial Revolution Enterprises confirmed that the 4th Industrial Revolution Enterprises conducted higher values in the business performance.
