Purpose: This study was done to identify issues surrounding comprehensive nursing care within the national health insurance, analyze results and problems within national health insurance and to suggest new policy directions for stability. Methods: A literature search was performed using RISS, KISS, PUBMED databases. Eighteen studies were analyzed. Results: For implementation of comprehensive nursing care, there was improvement in nursing and in facilities. By improvement of structure, this new system showed positive outcomes in term of patient satisfaction and indicators related to patient safety. However, issues related to overload, job stress and evaluation of the system remain. In order to establish this system, staffing levels for nurses and nurse aids need to be adjusted to appropriate levels that reflect requirements for nursing. In addition, range of work needs to be determined clearly. Lastly, regular and systematic evaluation is needed to provide safe quality services to patients and to prevent waste of financial resources, Conclusion: Comprehensive nursing care needs to be implemented in ways that patients can be provided with safe and high quality service. There is a need to resolve several issues to allow this new system to function.

The purpose of this study was to explore the current status of education for nursing management in Korea. Methods: A descriptive study was done using a questionnaire developed by the investigators. The data were collected by survey from 96 out of 129 nursing schools, between December 2010 and February 2011. Results: For 22.9% of nursing schools, there was no faculty for nursing management. The credits and subjects included in nursing management varied among the nursing schools. Lectures in subjects related to nursing management were given not only by nursing management faculty but also by faculty with other majors. There were more faculty and credits for nursing management courses in 4-year nursing schools than in 3-year schools. Conclusion: To improve the quality of education in nursing management, there is a need to standardized courses and provide nursing faculty who have majored in nursing management.

Purpose: This study was done to evaluate the adequacy of nurse staffing in integrated nursing care. Methods: Statistical data on integrated nursing care from the National Health Insurance Corporation was used in this study. We extracted hospital data and patient data related to patient needs for nursing care. We analyzed the differences in patient needs by staffing level of each type of medical institution. Results: Approximately 70% of medical institutions provided nursing care by the mid level of nurse staffing, which was 1:6, 1:10 and 1:12 in the tertiary hospital, general hospital and semi-hospital, respectively. The patients’ characteristics were significantly different by hospital type. Especially, the distribution of the main diagnosis was completely different between the tertiary hospital and semi-hospital. In the tertiary hospital, the patient needs measured by severity and activities of daily living dependency were higher at higher staffing level than at lower staffing level. However, the nurse staffing was less relevant to the patient needs in the general hospital and semi-hospital. Conclusion: To provide high-quality nursing care, accurate workload forecasting is required at the start, and then the standard nurse staffing level can established based on workload forecasting.

This study deals with modeling and flight control of quadrotor type (QRT) unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). Rigorous dynamic model of a QRT UAV is obtained both in reference and body frame coordinate systems. A disturbance observer (DOB) based controller using the derived dynamic models is also proposed for robust hovering control. The control input induced by DOB is helpful to use simple equations of motion satisfying accurate derived dynamics. The experimental results show the performance of the proposed control algorithm.

Purpose: This study explored the perceptions of cervical cancer among female defectors from North Korea. Methods: Aqualitative method using focus group interviews was employed. Thirteen participants who were older than 20 when theyleft North Korea were recruited through a church-based community in Seoul. Data were collected from 3 focus group in terviews conducted in July 2021 after obtaining written consent from each participant. Each interview lasted for 40 to 50minutes and was recorded. After verbatim transcription, the data were analyzed qualitatively using the conventional con tent analysis method. Results: The following four categories were identified, each with two to three subcategories: mis conceptions about cervical cancer, barriers to knowledge acquisition, negative emotions toward the screening test, andexpectations for cervical cancer education. Conclusion: North Korean defectors have been considered particularly vulner able to cervical cancer, a major women’s health issue. Education and healthcare services need to be integrated into theservices they receive after they enter South Korea.

The problem of the reliability on depending on the medium and large mechanical structures such as chemical plants and power generation facilitiess driving conditions become severe with time goes on are raised, in other countries, in order to solve these problems, inspection and residual life prediction for structures throughout the operation plan is prepared. The synthesis gas CO, H<SUB>2</SUB> obtained from coal gasification technology, can be used as the main ingredient in gas and liquid fuel. The steel SA387/11 and SA516/70 steel material as the material of reactor which produces synthesis gases are studied in this study. Compared to SA387/11 steel material, SA516/70s steel material hydrogen embrittlement and high-temperature oxidation are better which is the reason of SA387/11 steel material has a better durability compared to SA516/70 steel material.

In the current society, the eating out culture has been developed due to the higher living level and quality elevation. Home-delivery service is increasing the demand of the refrigerated food and the freezing conveyance becomes the essential things all over the world. The refrigerating system of commercial refrigerator truck was selected as an the test setup with frost growth. All tests were conducted using a psychrometric chamber and under frost conditions. As a result, the maximum COP of 1.42 was occurred at refrigerant charge amount of 1.3 kg and EEV opening of 75%. As the operating time passed, the frost growth increased gradually, resulting to a reduction of cooling capacity. When the time has passed about 180 minutes, the cooling capacity decreased by 30% and the frost thickness was 58% of fin pitch.

Axial type metal foam filters were investigated to determine the feasibility as DPF filters in last study. In this study, catalyzed metal foam filters with 800um pore sizes were evaluated for the characteristics such as pressure drop and gas analysis. Pressure drop tests were performed in rig test bench, others were performed in engine test bench. To investigate the effects of flow rate and temperature on catalyzed metal foam filter, we controled engine rpm and load which correspond to 2400rpm(flow rate) or 290℃(upstream temperature of filter). Filters with same mean pore diameter showed high PM reduction rates and pressure drop as the filter thickness was increasing. But pressure drop was lower than cordierite DOC. Also increasing the thickness of filter exhaust gas was lower and the level was similar to codierite DOC.

하드웨어가 급속히 발전하고 SNS와 같이 사용자가 데이터를 생성하는 서비스가 늘어나며 다양한 분야에서 대규모의 시계열 데이터가 생성되고 있고 이들의 분석에 대한 요구가 커지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 다양한 어플리케이션에서 사용되는 시계열 데이터 예측을 위해 mRBF 함수를 사용하여 K - means 클러스터링 알고리즘을 변형한 시계열 데이터 클러스터링(clustering) 기술을 적용한 K -mRBF 모델을 제안한다. 실험에서는 실제 웹 서버 데이터센터에서 수집된 데이터와 합성 데이터를 이용하여 제안한 시계열 데이터 예측 방식의 정확성을 평가하고 기존의 최신 연구 기법에 비해 나은 성능을 보임을 확인한다. There is a wide range of applications such as social network services, sensor networks and data centers which generate time series data. Thus, analysis of such time series data has attracted a lot of attention in the recent years. In this paper, we propose a model called K-mRBF which utilizes a modified K-means clustering algorithm with the multivariate radial basis functions (mRBF) to predict future values based on previously observed values. We conduct extensive experiments using synthetic as well as real-life data sets to compare our K-mRBF model to the state-of-the-art model. Experimental results confirm the accuracy of our model compared to state-of-the-art models.
