In order to better integrate ideological and political education and labor education into the teaching process of tea science courses, based on the classroom teaching and course internship content of “Tea Tree Breeding” at Jiangxi Agricultural University, a practical teaching system of “ideological and political + professional + labor” is constructed, which integrates theoretical knowledge, ideological and political elements, course characteristics, and labor education, forming a fusion education and teaching method of “morality and talent, labor glory” consciousness. On the basis of traditional curriculum evaluation methods, a comprehensive evaluation model reflecting “moral qualities + professional skills + labor literacy” is established. The teaching practice content and teaching methods formed through research are first piloted in the tea science major of our school (Jiangxi Agricultural University) to achieve the goal of collaborative education, and then gradually promoted and applied to other agricultural and forestry university. 为了将思政教育和劳动教育更好地融入茶学专业课程教学过程中,基于江西农业大学茶树育种学课堂教学和课程实习内容,构建融于理论知识、思政元素、课程特色和劳动教育的“思政+专业+劳动”的实践教学体系,形成“德才兼备、劳动光荣”意识的融合式教育教学方式。在传统课程考评方法的基础上,建立体现“道德品质+专业技能+劳动素养”综合性考评模式,研究形成的教学实践内容以及教学方法先在本校茶学专业进行试点,达到协同育人目标后然后逐步到其他开设相同专业的农林高等院校推广应用。
High Capacity Information Hiding Method Based on Pixel-value Adjustment with Modulus Operation

Through information hiding technique, secret message can be hidden in pictures. Stego-image quality and hiding capacity are two important metrics for information hiding. To enhance these metrics, many schemes were proposed by scholars in recent years. Some of them are effective and successful, but there is still a room for further improvement. A high capacity information hiding scheme (PAMO, Pixel-value Adjustment with Modulus Operation Algorithm) is introduced in this paper. PAMO scheme uses pixel value adjustment with modulus operation to hide confidential data in cover-image. PAMO scheme and some referenced schemes are implemented in Python and experiments are carried out to evaluate their performance. In the experiments, PAMO scheme shows better performance than other methods do. When secret message length is less than 72000 bits, the highest hiding capacity of PAMO can reach 7 bits per pixel, at the same time the PSNR of stego-images is greater than 30 dB.
Evaluation of the YOLO models for discrimination of the alfalfa pollinating bee species

Identifying insect pollinators and their roles in mediating pollen flow is critical to understand the potential gene flow risks of insect pollination-dependent crop species, such as alfalfa. This study was conducted to evaluate and compare the feasibility of You Only Look Once (YOLO) version 3 (YOLOv3), YOLOv5, YOLOv7, and YOLO Representation (YOLOR) to discriminate the three most common alfalfa pollinating bee species, including honeybee, bumblebee, and leafcutting bee. The metrics comparison results showed YOLOv3 and YOLOv5 out performed YOLOv7 and YOLOR regarding model precision, recall, F 1 score, and mAP50 values. YOLOv3 and YOLOv5 could successfully discriminate the three different bee species with an accuracy of almost 100% (99.9%, 99.8%, and 100% accuracy for honeybee, bumblebee, and leafcutting bee for the two models, respectively). Comparatively, YOLOv7 could discriminate honeybee with an accuracy of 95% but was more likely to mistakenly discriminate bumblebee and leafcutting bee due to the relatively lower discriminating accuracy (87.3% and 66.2%, respectively). While the values of determined parameters for YOLOR were lower than YOLOv3 and YOLOv5, the higher precision (0.99680) along with recall (0.98721), F 1 (0.99198), mAP50 (0.99323), and mAP50-100 (0.89076) values indicate that this model could be able to obtain a favorable performance in discriminating the three bee species. In summary, the proposed method in this study has the potential for identifying the alfalfa pollinating bee species, studying the bees’ flower-visiting behaviors, evaluating the risks of insect-mediated pollen flow, and thus contributing to the management of genetically engineered (GE) alfalfa transgene flow.
End-to-end Service Assurance in 5G Crosshaul Networks

More and more telecom operators around the world began to build and to deploy fifth-generation (5G) mobile networks. With the advent of 5G service scenarios, it brings new challenges and increases the complexity of management. To deliver good quality of experience of these 5G applications for customers, service assurance is important. In this paper, we propose an end-to-end service assurance solution for 5G crosshaul networks. The 5G crosshaul network architecture consists of fronthaul, midhaul, and backhaul networks. Our solution deployed in 5G trial network in Chunghwa Telecom in Taiwan. The solution focus on slicing service assurance and synchronization monitoring. Besides, our solution adjusts most of network management in the operation support system (OSS) to apply to 5G crosshaul network. Our goal is to provide stable 5G transport network and to assure quality of experience for customers.

2-methyl-9,10-bis(naphthalen-2-yl)anthracene (MADN) based fluorescent blue organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) are demonstrated. With MADN as emitting layer, experiments indicate that thick MADN (40e60 nm) is preferable for constructing efficient blue OLED. With MADN as hole-transport and emitting layer and tris(8-hydroxy-quinolinato)aluminium (Alq3) as electron-transport layer, the OLED electroluminescent characteristics show a mixture emission of MADN and Alq3 with Commission Internationale d'Eclairage (CIE) color coordinates of (0.25, 0.34), indicating feasible hole transporting in MADN. Using 4,7-diphenyl-1,10-phenanthroline (BPhen) replacing Alq3 as electron-transport layer, the OLED shows deep blue emission with a maximum luminous efficiency of 4.8 cd/A and CIE color coordinates of (0.16, 0.09). The hole transport characteristics of MADN are further clarified by constructing hole-only device and performing impedance spectroscopy analysis. The results indicate that MADN shows superior hole-transport ability which is almost comparable to typical hole-transport material of N,N0-bis(naphthalen-1-yl)-N,N0-bis(phenyl)-benzidine (NPB), suggesting a promising application for constructing efficient blue OLED with integrated hole-transport layer and emitting layer.

A continuously cast Al–Mg–Si–Cu alloy was processed by repetitive continuous extrusion forming (R-Conform) and thecorresponding deformation behaviors, microstructural evolution and mechanical properties were investigated systematicallyby combining uniaxial compression deformation, finite element simulation, microstructural observation and mechanicaltest. The results showed that the grain size of Al–Mg–Si–Cu alloy bar was gradually refined and became more uniformafter R-Conform processing with the increase of pass as a result of continuous dynamic recrystallization. The evolution ofmicrostructure was related to the complex thermomechanical conditions of temperature, shear rate and the distribution ofaccumulated strain during R-Conform process. Then the improvement of properties was obtained by the refined grains afterR-Conform processing. Further, the dense and fine precipitates formed after solution treatment and aging led to optimizedmechanical properties with tensile strength approximate 400 MPa and elongation about 17.8%.

The structural, half-metallic (HM) and magnetic properties of the imperfect Pb₂FeReO6 containing eight different inherent defects of the FeRe or ReFe antisites, Fe1-Re1 or Fe1-Re4 interchanges, VFe, VRe, VO or VPb vacancies have been studied by first-principles calculations. No obvious structural changes are observed for FeRe or ReFe antisites, Fe1-Re1 or Fe1-Re4 interchanges and VPb vacancy defects, however, the six (two) nearest neighbors O (Fe or Re) of the vacancy move away from (close to) VFe or VRe (VO) vacancies. The HM character is maintained for FeRe or ReFe antisites, far Fe1-Re4 interchange, VFe, VO or VPb vacancies, while vanished for near Fe1-Re1 interchange or VRe vacancy. So the near Fe1-Re1 interchange or VRe vacancy defects should be avoided to preserve the HM character of the Pb₂FeReO6 and thus usable in spintronics devices. Except for the FeRe antisite case with a slightly higher total moment, the total moments μtot of the imperfect Pb₂FeReO6 with the other seven inherent defects are smaller than 3.96 μB/f.u. of the perfect Pb₂FeReO6.
