        족과관절염좌 환자에 대한 동씨침법과 일반침법의 효과에 대한 비교 연구

        Objective: The purpose of this study is to compare the effects of Dong-si acupuncture therapy and General acupuncture therapy for the patients with acute ankle sprain. Methods : This study has been carried out for 60 cases of ankle sprain patients who have visited Dong-Seo Oriental medical Hospital from May 1, 2002 to September 30, 2002. We have treated 30 cases of them by Dong-si acupuncture therapy and the other 30 cases by General acupuncture therapy. And we have compared those two group. Results : 1. There was no significant difference at the treatment period and the number of treatment times in comparing two groups. 2. The number of treatment times for good effect is that : Dong-si took $1.57{\pm}0.85$ times and General acupuncture therapy took $2.15{\pm}0.96$ times. And we have found that the effect of Dong-si acupuncture therapy is faster than the other.

      • 신경회로망을 이용한 지능형 로봇 제어 시스템 설계

        본 논문에서는 일반적으로 고정된 위치에서 검사하는 비젼 시스템이 아닌 카메라를 로봇의 말단효파부에 장착하여 렌덤하게 움직이는 물체를 추적하여 지능적으로 매니퓰레이터의 위치 및 속도를 제어하여 정확한 위치에 납땜 작업을 한 후 비젼 검사를 실시하는 로봇 비젼 시스템을 설계한다. 자동검사를 위한 비젼기술은 실시간 실현을 위해 디지털 신호 처리기를 사용한 새로운 고성능 비젼 알고리즘을 개발해서 S사의 전자부품 조립검사라인, 즉 카메라 조립검사라인에서 라인을 따라 흘러 들어오는 백커버(Back Cover)들을 정해진 위치를 따라 로봇을 이동하여 자동 인식한다. 인식된 백커버의 납땜상태를 다양한 위치 및 이동공정에서 대해서도 유연하게 검사를 자동으로 수행하고 품질기준 통과여부를 자동 판단할 수 있는, 이른바 다공정 제품의 형상인식 및 자동검사용 로봇 비젼 기술을 개발하기 위한 연구가 수행되었다. 그리고 제안된 로봇 비젼 시스템의 성능을 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션 및 실험을 통하여 S사의 조립라인중 5번 Cell의 유사공정을 모델링하여 그에 대한 유사한 실험을 통해 그 신뢰성을 입증하고자 한다. In this paper, we have proposed a new approach to the design of robot vision system to develop the technology for the automatic test and assembling of precision mechanical and electronic parts for the factory automation. In order to perform real time implementation of the automatic assembling tasks in the complex processes, we have developed an intelligent control algorithm based-on neural networks control theory to enhance the precise motion control. Implementing of the automatic test tasks has been performed by the real-time vision algorithm based-on TMS320C31 DSPs. It distinguishes correctly the difference between the acceptable and unacceptable defective item through pattern recognition of parts by the developed vision algorithm. Finally, the performance of proposed robot vision system has been illustrated by experiment for the similar model of fifth cell among the twelve cell for automatic test and assembling in S company.

        분화용 방향성 허브의 선호요인에 관한 연구

        It is to present basic information on herb utilization in the future by understanding the preference factors of pot aromatic herbs through measuring analysis approach. To find out preference factors of pot aromatic herbs, we have selected 14 commonly favored herbs based on sales volume of major domestic pot-herb dealers through interviewing. At first we have studied the perceptive characteristics of herbs such as aroma, form, color and texture. And then, we have executed Duncan test by One-way ANOVA, factor analysis, meaningful difference verification between factors, and comparative analysis between averages. We have also studied on influence of correlation between the deference according to perceptive characteristics and the comprehensive preference. To understand the factorsin detail, we have executed Multiple Regression Analysis on correlations between the characteristics and the preference. Followings are the conclusions we have got from the study. 1. According to the results of Factor Analysis, there are three factors that can be perceived from the herbs. Those three factors can explain 61.70% of perceptive characteristics. It can be represented groups of factors such as Aromatic characteristics, Repose characteristics and Appreciation of beauty. Among them, from psychological factors, aroma related variable explains the best, beauty appreciation characteristics related variable the least. 2. According to the results of correlation analysis between comprehensive preference level and the specific preference level according to each perceptive characteristics, there are big differences between preference level by aroma and that by beauty and shows the highest correlation to the comprehensive preference of pot herbs. To see how much influence the beauty of herb makes on the comprehensive preference, we have executed the Regression Analysis. From the test, we knew that color was the most influential factor from the beauty characteristics. 3. To understand the factors shown in preference analysis in detail, we have executed the Multiple Regression Analysis on the correlation between perceptive characteristics and comprehensive preference. From the test, we concluded that pot aromatic herbs preference is decided by its fragrance, beauty of color and pleasant and happy smell it has.

      • 복소 쌍선형 회귀신경망의 개발과 비선형 위성채널 등화

        Equalization of satellite communication using Complex-Bilinear Recurrent Neural Network(C-BLRNN) is proposed in this paper. Since the BLRNN is based on the bilinear polynomial it has been more effectively used in modeling highly nonlinear systems with time-series characteristics than multi-layer perceptron type neural networks(MLPNN). The BLRNN is first expanded to its complex value version(C-BLRNN) for dealing with the complex input values C-BLRNN is then applied to equalization of a digital satellite communication channel for M-PSK and QAM, which has severe nonlinearity with memory due to TWTA(Traveling Wave Tube Amplifier). The proposed C-BLRNN based equalizer for a channel model is compared with currently used Volterra filter Equalizer. DFE, and conventional Complex MLPNN Equalizer. The results show that the proposed C-BLRNN based equalizer gives very favorable results in both of MSE and BER criteria over Volterra filter Equalizer, DFE, and Complex MLPNN Equalizer.

        시가지내 산악경관의 시점 높이별 조망 특성 : 청주시 우암산을 대상으로 In a Case of Mt. Uam

        In this research, we have performed a T-test to see how the relationship between dependent variable or visual point level and independent variable or visual quantity is in order to clear up the correlation between pattern of visual point and visual quantity by the constituents of a view from a different visual point level and the results are as follows: 1) In case of the character of Mt.Uam landscape of the city, Uamsan is set as a fixed point and about a direction of view(D), the north is a datum point from which the range of direction is distributed within 180˚westwardly and the visual range(R) is also within 2000m. An elevation is an average of 7.4˚and the average story of the buildings is 3.85. Here the height of a story is about 4m so the average of the visual point difference is estimated at 15.4m. 2) The type of visual point is divided into the intersection group and the front of the highly used public buildings group. Double intersection types account for about 78.8%(52 spots) which forms a majority part of LCP. 3) The analysis of the difference of visual point level divided by eye level and that of the top of the buildings has been proved that there's a sharp difference resulted from t-test at 1% significant level. The significant difference of elevation from height difference(15.93m), however, has not been shown. 4) From the result of T-test about visual quantity by the elements of a view from a different visual point level, the visual quantity of mountain(VQM), sky(VQS). ground(VQG) is significant at about 1% each and that of building(VQB) is at about 5%. The difference in visual quantity of a mountain by the visual point level is at about 4% which can meet a marginal level of LCP necessary for evaluation of mountainscape.

      • 섬유 형상, 배열 및 계면 상이 전단계수에 미치는 영향

        The effective longitudinal shear modulus(LSM) of continuous composite is studied theoretically and numerically using 3-phase unit cell model. Circular, hexagonal and rectangular shapes of reinforced fiber are considered to predict the shear modulus as a function of elastic modulus of each modulus of each phase and volume fraction of interphase and reinforced fiber. The predicted shear moduli are compared with the experimental results that used a carbon/epoxy composite. It if found that rectangular fiber shape in low fiber volume fraction(vf<30%) and circular fiber shape in high volume fraction(vf>40%) shows the higher longitudinal shear modulus. Also, the obtained values of LSM for rectangular array and by numerical analysis are higher than those of hexagonal array and by theoretical analysis respectively. The reinforcing effects of interphase are more significant in cases of higher fiber volume fraction and circular fiber shape. Not only the spatial distribution and shape of reinforcing fiber but also the volume of interphase have a pronounced effects on the overall LSM. In general, the experimental results show better agreement with the predicted moduli with 2-phases composite than 3-phases one.

        임플랜트를 위한 하악골 측정시 전산화단층사진상의 정확도에 관한 연구: 하악 위치와 gantry각이 미치는 영향

        We used five adult dog mandibles embedded in resin block and six different cross-sectional planes for each mandible were choosen. According to the angle of mandibular occulsal plane to vertical plane(mandibular angle)and gantry angle of CT machine, we classified 4 experimental groups and 1 control group. The control group images were taken at the mandibular angel 0˚and gantry angle 0˚. The experimental images were taken at the mandibular angle 15˚and gantry angle 0˚(group 1);30˚and 0˚(group 2);15˚and 15˚(group 3);30˚and 30˚(group 4), respectively, Using the reformatted cross-sectional images, the distance from the mandibular canal to the alveolar crest and the distance from the mandibular canal to the buccal cortex and to the lingual cortex was measured and compared. The obtained results were as follows; 1. The distance from the mandibular canal to the alveolar crest of group 1 and 2 was larger than control group, but the distance of group 3 and 4 was smaller. The distance from the mandibular canal to the buccal cortex and to the lingual cortex of all experimental groups was smaller than control group. 2. The distance from the mandibular canal to the alveolar crest showed the largest difference from control group in all experimental groups, especially in group 2 and 4(p<0.05)> 3. In the distance from the mandibular canal to the alveolar crest, the number of deviation value under 1mm was 20 in group 3 and was 11 in group 2 and 4, respectively. 4. The deviation value of the distance from the mandibular canal to the buccal cortex and to the lingual cortex was under 1 mm in most cases.

      • 급성 림프구성 백혈병 환자에서 아스페르길루스 감염을 동반한 호중구감소성 소장결장염에 의한 작은창자 천공

        저자들은 급성 림프구성 백혈병 치료 도중 아스페르길루스 감염을 동반한 호중구감소성 소장결장염에 의한 작은창자 천공을 경험하였다. 급성 림프구성 백혈병의 항암화학치료 중 발생 할 수 있는 호중구감소성 소장결장염은 다양한 위장관 증상을 보일 수 있으며, 이에 대한 발생 가능성을 고려하여 적극적인 조 기진단과 이에 대한 적극적 치료가 필요하며, 면역기능의 저하로 아스페르길루스 등의 진균 감염이 발생할 수 있으므로 호중구감소성 소장결장염의 치료에 증상의 호전이 없을 때 항진균제를 포함한 광범위한 치료가 고려되어야 한다. Though advancesin imumosuppressive therapy or chemotherapy which have lead to increased survival of leukemia and transplant patient, but the risk of infectious complication has been increasing. Neutropenic enterocolitis is a life threatening complication of chemotherapy for malignancies such as leukemia or lymphoma. Symptoms of neutropenic enterocolitis are nonspecific and it may rapidly lead to intestinal peforation. Aspergilus infection could involve the gastrointestinal tract as a result of neutropenia and mucosal injury after imumosuppressive therapy, chemoetherapy, or antibiotics use, but rarely reported a small bowel perforation combined aspergillus and neutropenic enterocolitis. We present a rare case of ileal perforation caused by neutropenic enterocolitis combined with aspergillus infection during chemotherapy for acute lymphocytic leukemia with a review of the literature.

      • 음식물 발효퇴비내 염분의 용출특성

        The objectives of food waste composting are to treat the wastes and to reclaim valuable substances present in the wastes for possible reuse. In the process of food waste composting, however, the salt in the compost can be retained within the soil for extended periods of time. In this study, therefore, a series of experiments were carried out to investigate the leaching characteristics of the salts in the compost of food waste. The resalts obtained from this study can be concluded as follows: 1. The composting process reduced the amount of waste to management because the 80% of water content in the food waste was lowered to 10% of that in the compost, and organics substances in the food waste were decomposed into CO₂, NH₃, water, and various inorganic substances. 2. It was found that the amount of toxic substances such as heavy metals in the food waste were very little, therefore, the metal concentration might not cause any adverse effect on the growth of the corps. 3. The concentrations of leachable cations in the compost were 10∼20% higher than those in the food waste of around 1000 meq/kg. And, SAR of the leachates of the food waste and compost was around 3. 4. The leaching rate of the salts in the compost was decreased with increasing the composting period. Also, the electric conductivities of initial leachate were increased with increassing the mixing ratio of the compost to the soil used. 5. The threshold dose of the compost per day per unit area of the soil was estimated with the following equation: mmho 12.0meq·cm kg 1.65L Threshold dose= 5______ × ___________ × _______ × _____ cm L·mmho 1200meq d·㎡ = 0.08kg/㎡/d
