Ta 상·하부 전극을 가진 Ta₂O_(5) 박막 커패시터의 전기적 특성

The electrical characteristics of Tazodtantdum pentoxide) films sputtered on Ta/Ti/SiO₂/p-Si substrate were investigated. Ta(tantalum1 was used for the bottom and top electrode for the purpose of simplifying the manufacturing process in IPD's(integrated passive devices). Dielectric materials deposited on Ta/Ti/SiO₂/p-Si were annealed at 700 ℃ for 60 sec in vacuum. The XRD results showed that as-deposited Ta had a highly preferred orientation, but Ta₂O_(5) film possessed amorphous structure, which was transformed to crystalline by rapid thermal annealing. We compared the C-F, C-V, and 1nJ-E of both as-deposited and annealed dielectric thin films deposited on Ta bottom electrode. From this results, we concluded that the leakage current could be reduced by heat treatment and dielectric constant was high than Ta₂O_(5) deposited on Pt, Au, etc.. Therefore, Ta as electrode material is thought that is suitable as material to replace the precious metal electrodes and to simplity the fabrication process of the Ta₂O_(5) MIM capacitor.
고속 비상체 충돌에 대한 고성능 섬유보강 시멘트 복합체의 방호성능 평가

공공시설물의 대형화 및 도심지로의 인구 밀집화에 따라 충돌 또는 폭발과 같은 하중조건 하에서의 구조물 방호성능 의 중요성이 대두되고 있다. 그러나, 구조물의 방호설계 및 시공에 있어서 필수적이라 할 수 있는 구조재료 또는 자재에 대한 기술개발은 제대로 이루어지고 있지 않은 실정이다. 이에, 본 연구에서는 고성능 섬유보강 시멘트 복합재로의 기본적인 방호 성능 및 방호용 자재로서의 적용 가능성을 파악하고자 40 mm 가스건을 사용한 충격 파괴시험을 수행하였다. 실험 수행 결과, 고성능 섬유보강 시멘트 복합재료에 있어서 시멘트 매트릭스의 강도 및 보강섬유가 방호성능 향상에 도움이 됨을 확인할 수 있었다. The importance of public infrastructures’ protection against crash or blast loads has been emerging issue as structures are becoming bigger and population densities in downtown cities are growing up. However, there exists no sufficient study which considers the developments of protective building materials, that are essential for protective design and construction. To assess the protection performance and the applicability as protective materials of high performance fiber reinforced cementitious composites(HPFRCC), this study performed the impact tests with 40 mm gas-gun propelled projectile crash machine. From this study, it has observed that both high compressive strength of cement matrix and fiber reinforcement are beneficial for the improvement of impact resistance.

Background/Aims: During endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP), all efforts should be made to be aware of radiation hazards and to reduce radiation exposure. The aim of this study was to investigate the status of radiation protective equipment and the awareness of radiation exposure in health care providers performing ERCP in Korean hospitals. Methods: A survey with a total of 42 questions was sent to each respondent via mail or e-mail between October 2010 and March 2011. The survey targeted nurses and radiation technicians who participated in ERCP in secondary or tertiary referral centers. Results: A total of 78 providers from 38 hospitals responded to the surveys (response rate, 52%). The preparation and actual utilization rates of protective equipment were 55.3% and 61.9% for lead shields, 100% and 98.7% for lead aprons, 47.4% and 37.8% for lead glasses, 97.4% and 94.7% for thyroid shields, and 57.7% and 68.9% for radiation dosimeters, respectively. The common reason for not wearing protective equipment was that the equipment was bothersome, according to 45.7% of the respondents. Conclusions: More protective equipment, such as lead shields and lead glasses, should be provided to health care providers involved in ERCP. In particular, the actual utilization rate for lead glasses was very low. (Gut Liver 2013;7:100-105)
