      • 최적화 기법으로 시뮬레이티드 어닐링을 이용한 위성체 구조설계

        본 연구에서는 인공위성 구조체에 대하여 최적화를 수행하였다. 인공위성 구조체의 최적화는 발사환경을 고려하여 제한조건과 하중 조건을 설정하였다. 또한, 보편적인 최적화 프로그램에서는 다루기 힘든 제한 조건을 고려하기 위한 방법을 모색하였다. 이 방법은 유한요소 해석 프로그램과 최적화 프로그램을 연결하여 최적화를 수행하는 것이다. 이 방법에 의하여 시뮬레이티드 어닐링을 이용한 플랫폼과 추진모듈의 최적화를 수행하였고, 유용한 정보를 얻었다. 본 연구의 결과 인공위성 구조인 플랫폼과 추진모듈의 최적화에서는 응력에 의한 조건보다는 고유진동수에 의한 제한조건이 최적화 수행에 큰 영향을 미침을 알 수 있었다. Simulated annealing algorithm (SA) is applied to optimize satellite structures. In the optimization, constraints concerned with the various space environments are considered. The algorithms are merged into a finite element analysis program for the optimization of the satellite structures. Constraints are take with respect to equivalent stresses and natural frequency and so on. Numerical optimization results from the simulated annealing provide useful fact for designing the satellite structures. The results from the SA may reach close to the optimum design. Natural frequency may play major role in optimization procedures. This research can be applied to optimization of equipment module as well as payload module of satellite and so on.

      • 인공위성 본체 추진 모듈의 최적화

        본 연구에서는 인공위성 추진모듈에 대하여 최적화를 수행하였다. 추진모듈의 최적화는 발사환경을 고려하여 제한조건과 하중 조건을 설정하였다. 또한, 보편적인 최적화 프로그램에서는 다루기 힘든 제한 조건을 고려하기 위한 방법을 모색하였다. 이 방법은 유한요소 해석 프로그램과 최적화 프로그램을 연결하여 최적화를 수행하는 것이다. 이 방법에 의하여 유전자 알고리즘을 이용한 추진모듈의 최적화를 수행하였고, 유용한 정보를 얻었다. 본 연구의 결과 인공위성 구조인 추진모듈의 최적화에서는 응력에 의한 조건보다는 고유진동수에 의한 제한조건이 최적화 수행에 큰 영향을 미침을 알 수 있었다. A portion of a satellite structure is considered to optimize. The optimization approach provides a way to handle constraints under severe space environments and to combine optimization programs with commercial analysis codes. Optimization techniques, GA(genetic algorithm), is used with commercial finite element analysis far the optimization of satellite structure. Constraints are several stresses for static analysis and natural frequency for dynamic analysis. From numerical optimization results, it is found that the GA may reach the optimum design. Natural frequency are more active constraints in the optimization procedures in this study.

      • 압전가속도센서의 온도영향 보상

        본 연구에서는 사용한 압전세라믹스의 유전특성에 대한 온도의존성과 압전가속도 센서 특성과의 상관 관계를 기술하였다. 그러고 고온에서 사용가능한 압전가속도 센서를 설계하고, 정전용량의 NTC(Nagative Temperature Coefficients)특성을 갖는 세라믹을 사용하여 온도 변화에 따른 압전세라믹의 전기적특성을 안정화시킬수 있는 방법을 제안한다. we descibed the influence of elevated temperature on dielectric properties of piezoelectric ceramics and explained the characteristics between piezoceramics and piezoelectric accelerometers. And we also designd the piezoelectric accelerometer for high temperature applications. A method of impedence stabilization is suggested, where the ceramics with negative temperature coefficients is used to stabilize the electrical impedence of the piezoelectric accelerometers.

      • Actidione 투여로 인한 Golgi 장치의 형태적 변화

        저자는 Golgi장치의 퇴행성 변화를 알아보기 위하여 흰쥐에 단백합성 억제제인 actidione을 투여하고 췌장선방세포를 전자현미경으로 관찰하였으며 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 단백합성 장애로 야기되는 Golgi장치의 퇴행성 변화들은 이행소포의 소실, 층상구조의 감소, 낭포의 증가, 농축공포의 소실 및 전 구조의 낭포화 등이다. 그리고 이러한 변화들은 형성면에서 먼저 일어났으며 뒤따라 성숙면에도 일어났다. 이러한 소견들은 단백합성장애로 일어나는 Golgi장치의 퇴행성 변화가 형성면에서 시작하여 성숙면으로 진행된다는 것을 시사해 준다. Author administered 2mg of actidione per 100㎎ of body weight to rats to observe the morphologic degradation of Golgi apparatus of pancreatic acinar cells on suppression of protein synthesis. The results were as follows. Morphologic changes of Golgi apparatus in suppression of protein synthesis induced by actidione administration were loss of transport vesicles, diminution of lamellar structures, increase of saccular structure, loss of condensing vesicle, and vacuolization of entire Golgi apparatus. These changes were preceded in forming face and expanded to maturing face. Above results are very suggestive that degradation of Golgi apparatus on suppression of protein synthesis begins in forming face, and later maturing face is involved.

      • 엘리베이터용 로프 브레이크의 구조해석

        The objective of this study is structural analysis of rope brake for elevator. The finite element model was developed to compute the stress, strain and friction force for rope brake. The ANSYS code was used for this analysis. In order to structural analysis of rope brake, many variables such as internal pressure, boundary condition, load condition and constraints were considered.

      • 구강체온, 서혜부체온 및 액와체온에 관한 실험적 비교 연구

        The purposes of this study are to determine differences of body temperature between sublingual, groin and axilla areas and to determine the length of time necessary for temperature taking from 60 women who were student of nursing department, Chungnam National University School of Medicine. This experiment was conducted from May to July, 1983. The electric centigrade thermometer was utilized. Three electric centigrade thermometer probes were inserted in tern under groin, axilla and sublingual areas, and these areas were kept closed while probes were inserted. Temperature readings were taken and recorded at one minute intervals during 10-minute. The temperature was timed using a stopwatch. The data were statistically analyzed by means of the ANOVA, the 2-way ANOVA and cumulative percentage. The results obtained were as follows; 1. The average maximum body temperatures in the sublingual area, groin and axilla were 37.10℃, 36.53℃ and 36.74℃, respectively. The difference of three maximum temperatures was not significant (F=0.556, df=2.17, p=0.5745). 2. The time required for maximum body temperature of oral, groin and axillary temperature were 8.46 minutes, 9.81 minutes and 9.62 minutes. Out of these results, measuring groin temperature is a recommendable way of measuring body temperature, and the use of electric thermometer for body temperature measurement is not yet significant.

      • 거주 형태에 따른 에너지 섭취량과 소비량의 균형도 조사

        We investigated that the effects of residential type on energy balance in college students. Total sixteen college students were participated in this study, all subjects were assigned one of three groups: either school attendee students group, self-governed living students group, dormitory students group. Routine physical activity level (for 5 days including three weekday and two weekend) and food intake were surveyed. For investigation of degree of physical activity, all subjects were requested to record on their physical movements as possible as detail should be obtained. To all subjects, five-day dietary log form was given, and used for examining of calorie intake from their routine diet. There was no statistical difference in energy intake and consumption in each. However energy consumption was significantly higher than energy uptake in school attendee students group. All other groups were shown a similar energy values between energy uptake and consumption. There were no significant differences in energy intake and consumption in any of experimental groups when comparisons were made between weekdays and weekend. As far as energy uptake was concerned it was no statistical difference in any of major nutrients among groups. In conclusion, partial imbalance was found between energy intake and uptake in school attendee groups. This may be due to their more active life style than other groups'. In future studies, better controlled study should be performed not only more subjects are recruited but also minor nutrients are included for examining of energy balance.

      • 혈액투석환자의 우울에 관한 연구

        This study was conducted to assess degree of depression of hemodialysis patients, and to determine the influence of self--concept and Locus of Control on depression. The subjects were 28 adult patients being treated for hemodialysis at the artificial kidney unit of three hospitals in Seoul and Taejeon. Data was collected from Aug. 1, 1984 to Feb. 28, 1985, referencing the Beck's Inventory for depression, Jacox and Stewart's Health self-concept scale, and Walston's Health Locus of Control Scale. The analysis of data was done by use of percentage, t-test, Analysis of Variance, Pearson Correlation Coefficient, and Multiple Stepwise Regression. The findings of this study are as follows; 1. There were no signicant differences between dermographic characteristics and variables except highly significant difference between depression and occupation (t=-2.38, p=0.025). 2. There was no signicant correlation with the depression and Locus of Control(r=0.3064, p=0.056), but highly significant negative correlation with the depression and self-concept(r=-0.6445, p=0.000). 3. 41.53% of depression can be explained by self concept and 1.1% by Locus of Control.

      • 고령화 사회를 위한 노인의 영양서비스 요구도 조사

        The survey conducted by individual interviews. Subjects were adults aged 60 and over, recruited from three elderly schools in N city in Kyung-gi province(n=95). In the survey, subjects were interviewed for general characteristics, interesting nutrition topics, preferred methods of nutrition service. Subjects were interested in topics such as ‘anything about nutrition’(41%), ‘healthy eating’(31%), ‘diet with taking medicine’(17%), and ‘nutrition counseling’(12%). As methods of nutrition service, Subjects wanted primarily to use lectures in school(27%). Nutrition education program(29%), booklets(25%) were other commonly cited methods. These results provide baseline information for developing nutrition service and methods for elderly.

      • Anatomic Localization of Motor Points for the Neuromuscular Blockade of Hand Intrinsic Muscles Involved in Thumb-in-Palm

OBJECTIVE:: To determine the location of the motor points and intramuscular branches for the muscles involved in thumb-in-palm and the abductor pollicis brevis muscle, the latter of which, because of its anatomic proximity, may be inadvertently blocked. DESIGN:: Hand intrinsic muscles from 20 fresh cadavers were dissected. The point of nerve entry to the muscle belly and the points where the intramuscular endings were located most proximally and distally were defined in relation to a reference line connecting the hook of hamate and the head of the first metacarpal bone. RESULTS:: We were able to define a region, located from 66.08% ± 8.67% to 70.28% ± 10.62% of the reference line, with the hook of hamate as starting point, where intramuscular endings for the thumb-in-palm muscles were dense and farther from the intramuscular endings for the abductor pollicis brevis. The region around 40% of the reference line was the point where the intramuscular endings were most dense for the abductor pollicis brevis. CONCLUSION:: The results may provide guidelines that could help in localizing the appropriate points for the neuromuscular blockade of thumb-in-palm muscles and, at the same time, help in minimizing the inadvertent block of the abductor pollicis brevis.
