서울메트로에서는 현재 2,3호선 신형 전동차 VVVF 696량을 운용하고 있다. 특히, 열차안전운행에 매우 중요한 제동장치는 유지보수에 많은 노력을 기울이고 있는 기기로 공기압 기준값의 불일치와 센서의 노후화로 인한 불량 발생시에 전동차 안전운행에 많은 지장을 초래할 수 있어 세심한 주의와 관리가 필요하다. 열차 유지보수 시 제동압력센서 유니트(PSU)와 제동전자제어유니트(ECU)간의 제동압력 조정이 필수적인 점검사항이므로 제동스텝별 공기압력 점검 및 조정을 하여야 하는데 이와 관련한 시험 장치의 개발이 요구되고 있다. 본 논문은 중정비 및 경정비 시 에도 유용하게 사용할 수 있도록 경량화 되고 이동이 가능한 구조로 설계하여 유지보수에 유용하게 쓸 수 있는 제동시험시스템을 개발하여 유지보수 향상을 위해 노력하는 현장의 애로기술을 해결하고자 한다. Seoul Metro operates 696 new VVVF type’s cars in line 2 and 3 now. Especially, brake system is very important in safety operation of EMU and is needed a lot of efforts to maintain so when errors are occurred by the discrepancy of set pressure of air and deterioration of sensor, they may bring about failure of safety operation of EMU and therefore brake system needs extra careful attention. When EMU is maintained, adjustment of braking pressure between PSU and ECU is imperative so development of test device is needed for inspection and adjustment of pressure of air by steps of brake. In this study, enhanced brake test system for people who work in the field is designed and developed for light weight and mobility when it can be easily used in inspection and overhaul.

The basic of installing smart air cleaner in railway system is improvement of continuous real time sensing technologies. And building smart air cleaner in railway system with IT is needed. When smart air cleaner in railway system is developed the installation of sensor which is for measuring air quality in the passenger room and setting revolution cycle of filter which is for removing fine dust is very important. In order to install it in a train which is now running after making of standard test certification and verification of product's stability with enough self-test application test will be performed.
대천-원산도 해저터널 부지조사를 위한 단일채널 탄성파자료의 정밀 처리 및 분석

The Single-channel seismic survey with the source of bubble pulser and drilling survey was carried out in 2008 and 2009 for the site survey of Daecheon-Wonsando area, which was a proposed area of Korea-China subsea tunnel. The goal of this study is to analyze the depth and characteristics of acoustic basement for the stability assessment and tunnel design in this proposed area through combining drilling data with this single-channel seismic data after detailed processing. For this purpose, among the data processing schcmcs which are usually applied to multi-channel seismic data. we applied the F-K filtering to eliminate the AC(alternating current) noise and the post-stack depth migration to produce depth section. As a result, we verified that the improved depth section could bc obtained from single-channel seismic data, and the distribution and characteristics of basement could be analyzed in survey area through the combined analysis with drilling data. However, we could not interpret the detailed structures, fault and fracture zone, due to the quality of bubblc pulscr source and single-channel data. We expect that those detailed structures can be analyzed when higher resolution seismic data is provided. Therefore, we recommend some items for future seismic survey of subsea tunnel to obtain the high resolution seismic data.
