      • Hopfield 모델의 고속화에 관한 연구

        A study on implementation of digital neural networks can be the high speed operation. In this paper, the arithmetic processing of Hopfield is able to matrixvctor operation which it is adapt for design to array processor because it has recursive and iterative operation. Also, we have designed to floating point arithmetic of nonlinear function using look up table with very high speed operation. The proposed method, in this paper, is expect to applicative field of real world neural networks because of the realizationable to developed VLSI technique, up to date.

      • 장구균의 동정에 대한 PCR 방법의 유용성

        Background : Enterococci are important cause of nosocomial infections. Recently, vancomycin-resistant enterococci (VRE) has been increasingly reported as significant nosocomial pathogens. Therefore, accurate identification of enterococcal species is a prerequisite step for the appropriate antibiotic treatment and epidemiologic surveillance. We wanted to know the usefulness of PCR method compared with Vitek automatic identification system. Methods : Totally 105 isolates were identified on the species level by Vitek (GPI card and software version R06.1), methyl-α -D-glucopyranoside test, and PCR methods. Results : Among 105 enterococcal isolates, 59 were identified as E. faecium, 11 E. faecalis, 6 E. gallinarum by Vitek. But 29 isolates (28%) were unidentified. Subsequently all of these isolates were analyzed by PCR, the results of which were as follows : 17 E. faecium, 5 E. casseliflavus, 7 E. gallinarum. Two isolates identified as E. gallinarum by Vitek were reidentified as E. casseliflavus by PCR and other methods far phenotypic characterization. Conclusoin : PCR method was more accurate and sensitive than Vitek for the identification of enterococci species. (Korean J Infect Dis 33:123∼127, 2001)

        조선조 베갯모의 함의성과 현시성이 지닌 융복합적 공리체계

        본 연구는 베갯모가 지닌 융복합적 가치성을 규명하기 위한 유의미적 공리체계의 논리적 정합성을 탐구하는데 있다. 존재론적 관점에서의 사의적 항상성은 개념, 공리, 속성, 본성의 형이상학적 의미구조에 대한 인식소(episteme)에 해당된다. 또한 명제가 지닌 논점의 정당화를 위한 가치 확보는 창의적 신념과 이념적 자아성 및 내면적 동인이 지닌 의미소를 이해하는 것이다. 연구방법은 의미추구에 대한 형식논리학적 접근과 관념론에 근거한 관념론적 변증법을 적용하였으며 엘리토 기법(Elito method)을 통해 체화적 속성과 변인을 추출, 해명하였다. 아울러 논구의 중심축이 되는 공리는 융복합적 가치를 논증하는데 전제가 되는 규준이 되므로 연구명제의 정당성 해명은 암시적, 교호적, 구현적 공리체계가 지닌 정합성을 통해 베갯모의 미적 규범을 논변하였다. 연구의 발견점은, 의미구조가 체화된 암시적 공리는 관념적, 기원적, 고유적인 내면적 동인으로 민예적, 고유적 얼(我)과 맥(脈)의 함의성을 확인하였다. 그리고 몰(沒)형식적, 비격률적 표상의 본물성과 베갯모가 지닌 융복합적 미적 규범인 시정(詩情)미, 다변적 중의미, 화애(花愛)미로 교호적, 차원적 품성가치의 부화성을 규명하였다. 따라서 이는, 이념과 의식이 지닌 표상적 가치 논리와 사유의 정체성에 대한 융복합적 공리체계의 아키플래즘(archiplasm)해석의 의미를 지닌다. This study aimed to examine the logical coherence of the axiom architecture to identify the convergent value of embroidered pillow ends. The homeostasis of the mind from an perspective corresponds to the episteme of the metaphysical semantic structure of concepts, axioms, attributes, and nature. Moreover, to ensure the justification of the point of the thesis is valued, it is important to understand the semantic elements of creative beliefs, ideological self-reflection, and inner motives. This study applied an approach of mathematical logic to the semantic pursuit and idealistic dialectics based on idealism and extracted and identified somatic attributes and variables using the Elito method. In addition, as the axiom, the main pivot of our discussion, is the underlying criterion for proving the convergent value, the validity of the research thesis was clarified by discussing the aesthetic standard of embroidered pillow ends through the consistency of the implied, reciprocal, implemental axiom architecture. The findings of this study confirm the implications of folk and legacy as the idealistic, original, and inherent motives for the implied axioms with an embodied semantic structure. Moreover, the study identified the nature of non-formal and non-committal representation and the compatibility of reciprocal and dimensional character values as well as convergent aesthetic standards such as the beauty of a poetic mind, multilateral heavy meaning, and the love of flowers contained in embroidered pillow ends. Therefore, this study is significant in terms of its archiplasmic interpretation of convergent axiom architecture regarding the ideological and conscious logic of ideational value and the identity of reason.

      • 영상 빅데이터의 품질측정 알고리즘에 대한 연구

        본 논문에서 영상 빅 데이터의 품질측정을 위해 개발된 영상품질알고리즘(V-value)은 IPTV 서비스 이용자의 권익을 보호하고, 고품격의 서비스 품질을 관리하기 위한 영상품질측정 알고리즘을 제안하였다. Bit-stream 방법으로 개발된 영상품질측정 알고리즘인 V-value는 정확도가 약 0.745정도이며, Human video perceptual model에서 PSNR 방법에 의한 FR 품질측정 알고리즘보다 높으며, PSNR 방법에 의한 RR 품질 측정 알고리즘보다도 높다. 또한, NR model 방법에 의하여 개발된 Psytechnics사의 알고리즘과 SwissCom사의 알고리즘보다 높은 결과가 나왔다. IPTV service users and protect the interests of video quality algorithm (V-value) in this paper was developed for measuring the quality of images of Big Data, high-quality of service management for video quality measurement algorithm is proposed. Developed Bit-stream video quality measurement algorithm V-value is approximately 0.745 degree accuracy and PSNR by the Human video perceptual model FR-quality measurement algorithms, higher than the PSNR by RR is higher than the quality measurement algorithms. Psytechnics"s algorithm and developed by NR model, results were higher than the algorithm"s SwissCom.

        Analysis and Quantification of Ammonia-Oxidizing Bacteria Community with amoA Gene in Sewage Treatment Plants

        The analysis and quantification of ammonia-oxidizing bacteria (AOB) is crucial, as they initiate the biological removal of ammonia-nitrogen from sewage. Previous methods for analyzing the microbial community structure, which involve the plating of samples or culture media over agar plates, have been inadequate because many microorganisms found in a sewage plant are unculturable. In this study, to exclusively detect AOB, the analysis was carried out via denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis using a primer specific to the amoA gene, which is one of the functional genes known as ammonia monooxygenase. An AOB consortium (S1 sample) that could oxidize an unprecedented 100% of ammonia in 24 h was obtained from sewage sludge. In addition, real-time PCR was used to quantify the AOB. Results of the microbial community analysis in terms of carbon utilization ability of samples showed that the aeration tank water sample (S2), influent water sample (S3), and effluent water sample (S4) used all the 31 substrates considered, whereas the AOB consortium (S1) used only Tween 80, D-galacturonic acid, itaconic acid, D-malic acid, and L-serine after 192 h. The largest concentration of AOB was detected in S1 (7.6 × 106 copies/ul), followed by S2 (3.2 × 106 copies/ul), S4 (2.8 × 106 copies/ul), and S3 (2.4 × 106 copies/ul).
