<P>To understand the intrinsic effect of a hot-carrier injection on high-kappa dielectrics free from concurrent cold-carrier trapping, the authors have investigated a hot-carrier-induced damage with channel hot-carrier stresses and substrate hot-carrier stress. Compared to substrate hot-carrier stress, the channel hot-carrier stress shows a more significant cold-carrier-injection effect. By using a detrapping bias, they were able to decouple the effect of cold-carrier trapping from the permanent trap generation induced by the hot-carrier injection. As channel hot-carrier stress bias was reduced, a portion of cold-carrier trapping increased and a portion of interface trap generation decreased</P>
Investigation on Beam-Blocker-Based Scatter Correction Method for Improving CT Number Accuracy

<P>Cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT) is gaining widespread use in various medical and industrial applications but suffers from substantially larger amount of scatter than that in the conventional diagnostic CT resulting in relatively poor image quality. Various methods that can reduce and/or correct for the scatter in the CBCT have therefore been developed. Scatter correction method that uses a beam-blocker has been considered a direct measurement-based approach providing accurate scatter estimation from the data in the shadows of the beam-blocker. To the best of our knowledge, there has been no record reporting the significance of the scatter from the beam-blocker itself in such correction methods. In this paper, we identified the scatter from the beam-blocker that is detected in the object-free projection data investigated its influence on the image accuracy of CBCT reconstructed images, and developed a scatter correction scheme that takes care of this scatter as well as the scatter from the scanned object.</P>
친사회적인 동화를 통한 소집단토의 활동이 유아의 대인문제 해결사고에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 만5세의 유아들을 대상으로 친사회적인 동화를 통한 소집단토의 활동이 대인문제 해결사고에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 알아보는 것이다. 8주간에 걸쳐 실험집단은 친사회적인 동화를 통해 소집단토의 활동을 하였고 비교집단은 동화 듣기 활동을 하였다. 아울러 사전검사와 사후검사를 하였고 그 결과를 분석하였다. 실험집단이 비교집단보다 대인문제 해결사고와 대안적 해결사고에서 그 효과가 높게 나타났다. 이 결과는 친사회적인 동화를 통한 소집단토의 활동방법이 유아들의 대인 문제 해결사고와 대안적 해결사고를 향상시키는데 효과적인 방법으로 적용 가능함을 의미한다. The purpose of this study was to research the effect of small group discussion activity using pro-social fairy tales on children's ability to solve interpersonal problems. For this study, twenty five year old children from a kindergarten in Daegu participared as the experimental group and twenty five year old children from another kindergarten in Daegu participated as the comparison group. The former group had small group discussion activity using pro-social fairy tales for eight weeks while the latter group had only small group activity focused on listening to the same pro-social fairy tales for the same period. Both groups were given a pre-test and a post-test to check the development of their ability. Data were analyzed by ANCOVA. As the result, the experimental group showed higher scores in alternative and positive thinkings to solve interpersonal problems than the comparison group. These results suggest that the activity of the experimental group can be applied to develop children's ability in solving interpersonal problems.
전착된 Fe-52%Ni 합금의 결정립 성장과 경도 특성 연구

Nanocrystalline Fe-52wt%Ni alloy for a metal substrate of flexible solar cell was fabricated by electroforming. For metal substrate of flexible solar cell, it is required the behavior of thermal expansion which is closed to that of semiconductor layer and outstanding mechanical characteristic. Heat treatment temperature was varied to study the influence of grain size on hardness. From this, we intended to optimize the mechanical properties. Nanocrystalline Fe-Ni alloy was analyzed through XRD and grain size was calculated by Scherrer equation. The grain size of alloys after heat treatment at 400℃, 600℃ and 800℃ was measured by SEM and optical microscope. The grain size of electrodeposited Fe-52wt% Ni alloy was increased from 10㎚ to 5㎛ according to hear treatment. The hardness and grain size relationship in heated microcrystalline Fe-52wt%Ni alloy corresponds to Hall-petch equation.
