The numbers of synthetic greases have been developed with synthetic oils because of their excellent performance factors including thermal/oxidation stability, low-temperature fluidity and plastic compatibility. Long life under high-temperature condition and excellent low-temperature fluidity are required to serve as grease for bearings of engine room electrical component. As many plastics are used in place of metals for the purpose of weight saving, synthetic hydrocarbon grease is in use to avoid adverse effect on plastics. Other various special synthetic greases are also in use depending on specific, requirements like conductivity and vacuum condition.

"환기"는 생활용품 등으로부터의 오염물질 및 불특정 물질의 농도 저감이 가능하기 때문에 Sick House 대책으로서의 중요한 대책기술이다. 본 고에서는 집합주택을 대상으로 한 중앙공조 환기방식 및 배기 중앙 환기방식의 사례를 보여주고, 시스템의 구성기술과 오염물질의 농도 저감효과에 대해서 기술한다. 또한, 대표적인 오염물질인 포름알데히드의 건자재로 부터의 발산량은 온습도, 환기량 및 건자재의 표면적 비율 등의 영향인자에 따라 변화하므로, 필요 환기량은 이들의 영향요인을 고려하여야 한다는 것을 기술한다.

Dopamine supersensitivity psychosis (DSP) is an unstable clinical condition observed in individuals with schizophrenia who have been treated with an antipsychotic medication at a high dosage and/or for a long period. An up-regulation of dopamine D2 receptors (DRD2) is thought to be involved in the essential pathology of DSP. An antipsychotic agent with both tight binding to DRD2 and a long half-life is generally effective for treating DSP, but a patient who meets the criteria of treatment-resistant schizophrenia sometimes needs treatment with clozapine. We report the case details of two patients whose DSP was not controlled with several antipsychotics but was successfully controlled with asenapine. Asenapine binds to a broad range of dopamine receptors and serotonin receptors, and it is thus distinct from other atypical antipsychotics. The unique profile of asenapine may contribute to the control of severe DSP symptoms in individuals with schizophrenia.
Survey on Usage of Medical Referral Information in Japanese Physicians

Objectives: The purpose of this survey was to explore physicians’ opinions to identify an adequate time range for clinical information to be provided with a referral that would help minimize wasteful retesting. Methods: In 2011, we conducted a questionnaire survey of 193 physicians. Examining the degree of utilization of provided medical information, we determined the range of clinical information of referral documents. Results: Less than three months of prescription history and blood sample test results in patient referral was most frequent. Less than one year of image information was most frequent. Most doctors answered there is no need to repeat the same type of blood test in their institute when they had information less than half a month old. Less than half to one month of image information was most frequent. Also, it appeared many doctors think “fundamentally they do not change their mind from their own medical department standpoint.” At the actual site, those who would even review referral clinical notes accounted for about 30% of all participants. Conclusions: Medical referral eventually takes place after the establishment of mutual communication and should consider the workflow and system environment of the receiver of the information.

In the present study, a human mammary epithelial cell (HMEC) culture model was developed to evaluate the potential involvement of carrier-mediated transport systems in drug transfer into milk. Trypsin-resistant HMECs were seeded on $Matrigel^{circledR}-coated$ filters to develop monolayers of functionally differentiated HMEC. Expression of the specific function of HMEC monolayers was dependent of the number of trypsin treatments. Among the monolayers with different numbers of treatment (treated 1 to 3 times), the monolayer treated 3 times (3-t-HMEC monolayer) showed the highest maximal transepithelial resistance and expression of $\beta-casein$ mRNA as an index of differentiation. Transport of tetraethylammonium (TEA) across the 3-t-HMEC monolayer in the basolateral-to-apical direction was significantly higher than that in the apical-to-basolateral direction (p<0.05), whereas such directionality was not observed for p-aminohippurate, suggesting the existence of organic cation transporters, but not organic anion transporters. In fact, expression of mRNAs of human organic cation transporter (OCT) 1 and 3 were detected in the 3-t-HMEC monolayer. These results indicate that the 3-t-HMEC monolayer is potentially useful for the evaluation of carrier-mediated secretion of drugs including organic cations into human milk.
Design of Virtual Platoon Control System using Augmented Reality to AssistWelfare Vehicle Users

Recently, welfare vehicles are widely used among the elderly and the aged. However, it is not easy for inexperienced aged to control the welfare vehicle in narrow places such as elevators and narrow corridors. In this paper, driving assistance system for the welfare vehicle which is maneuverable by Augmented Reality (AR) is proposed. In addition, the proposed control system is assessed by trial runs. In the system, the cognitive ability from the objective view point is enhanced by AR. First, the virtual platoon control is outlined with a virtual preceding vehicle and a real following vehicle. The driver rides on the following vehicle and controls using the virtual preceding vehicle on Head Mounted Display(HMD) . The virtual preceding vehicle projected on a HMD steered virtually with an objective viewpoint, and the real vehicle is robust controlled so as to follow the virtual preceding vehicle. Finally, the experimental driving in narrow space using proposed assistance system with AR is evaluated by beginners and a expert user.

Behcet`s disease (BD) is a systemic vasculitis, while myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) is a heterogeneous group of clonal hematologic disorders characterized by ineffective hematopoiesis. Some studies suggest a relationship between MDS and BD, especially intestinal BD, and trisomy 8 seems to play an important role in both diseases. There are several reports on patients with BD comorbid with MDS involving trisomy 8 that frequently have intestinal lesions refractory to conventional medical therapies. Tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-αis strongly involved in the pathophysiology of several autoimmune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, inflammatory bowel disease, and BD. In addition, TNF-α plays an important role in the pathophysiology of MDS by inhibiting normal hematopoiesis and inducing the programmed cell death of normal total bone marrow cells and normal CD34+ cells. Recent clinical reports demonstrate the favorable effect of TNF-α antagonists in patients with refractory intestinal BD and in those with MDS. We present the case of a patient with intestinal BD and MDS involving trisomy 8 who was successfully treated with adalimumab. (Intest Res 2015;13:166-169)
