국내외적으로 저수지의 사고와 붕괴가 집중호우, 지진, 내부침식 등의 사유로 빈번해지고 있다. 이러한 외적인 하중 외에도 저수지 자체의 노후화로 인하여 그 파괴가능성(probability of failure)이 증가하는 실정이며 이러한 사고와 붕괴는 반복적으로 발생하고 있다. 또한 저수지 하류부의 개발 및 도시화로 저수의 붕괴로 인한 잠재적인 피해(consequences) 역시 증가하고 있다. 이에 시설물의 피해 원인 분석 및 대책수립 프로세스를 강화하고 피해 조사 결과를 DB화하여 체계적으로 관리할 필요가 있다. 더불어 기존 시설물을 위험도(risk) 감소를 위한 유지(안전)관리 기술의 개발도 시급한 실정이다.

This study was designed to inverstigate the effects of resting methods - active rest and inactive rest-after exercise of maximum of gradual load, on energy metabolism and Blood Lipids. I surveyed 6 male basketball players in a high school in order to investigate the effects on exercise spot and analysed the relations of blood variations before and after exercise of maximum of gradual load with a treadmill and 3, 6, l0minutes after recovery step. the results was as follows; In the difference between active and inactive resting method, to make a comparatived of Albumin, Glucose and Total-Protein appeared respectively 6minutes after the recovery step. Albumin and Total-Protein were significant differences (P<.05) in group and time, glucose was significant differences(P<.05) in time and method x time. In the difference between active and inactive resting method, to make a comparatived of Total-Cholesterol and Triglyceride appeared respectively each group. Total-Cholesterol was significant differences(P<.05) in group and time, Triglyceride was significant differences(P<.05) in method.
한국 스포츠관광(sports tourism)의 현황과 향후과제

This study aims at analyzing the actual status and conditions of sports tourism in Korea and suggesting its future development tasks. For this, it analyzes events, tours and resorts which are the major areas of sports tourism based on the conceptual understanding of sports tourism and as a result of discussing development tasks of sports tourism, the following conclusions are obtained. First, tourism policies are not developed in Korea due to the lack of tourism policymakers’ recognition of sports tourism, but as five-day work system a week has been executed and national leisure pattern has been diversified, concerns of governmental agencies and private enterprises have been increased. Second, Korea’s capacity to hold sports events is in the world-wide level, but efficiency of tourism industry doesn’t reach expectation due to the lack of its connection with tourism. Accordingly, more effective policies should be developed by organizing joint conference with tourism bureau, sports bureau, youth bureau and Korea Sports Association within the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. Third, sports tour environment in Korea is very poor. In particular, the lack of golf course, ski-slope and marine sports facilities resulted in the absence of competitiveness due to users’ excessive burden. Therefore, government’s bold policy supports including simplification of administrative procedures, deregulation and tax cut for extension of sports facilities should be sought. Fourth, sports resorts in Korea cannot satisfy the requirements of modern tourists who pursue moving and experiencing tour because of poor sports facilities. In addition, as most of resorts are located in inland and mountain regions, they cannot utilize its geographical characteristics. So, marine resort construction which is the core facility of marine tourism at coast or island is the preferential task to promote international tourism in the age of ocean. Fifth, the South-North relationship having the ideological conflict in global village receives the world people’s attention. Therefore, discussion of sports tourism development policy using demilitarized zone (DMZ) with construction of leisure town at Mt. Gumgang will be effective alternative of unification policy.
학령전기 아동의 글씨 쓰기에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구

목적 : 학령전기 아동의 글씨 쓰기 명료도 및 속도와 지각-운동 기술의 상관관계를 확인하고, 글씨 쓰기에 가장 영 향을 주는 요인을 알아보고자 하였다. 연구방법 : 덴버 발달 선별 검사를 통하여 정상 발달로 선별된 23명의 학령 전기 아동(평균 연령=68.61개월, SD=2.04)을 대상으로 글씨 쓰기 명료도 및 속도 측정을 위하여 한글 자모 쓰기 검사지를 사용하여 자음과 모음을 쓰도록 하였다. 시지각과 시각-운동 통합 수행 능력 측정을 위하여 시지각 발달 검사를 사용하였고, 소운동 협응 수행 능력 측정을 위하여 Grooved pegboard test를 사용하였다. 결과 : 글씨 쓰기 명료도와 전반적인 시지각, 비운동성 시지각, 시각-운동 통합, 우세손 소동작 협응의 상관관계는 없었으며, 글씨 쓰기의 속도는 전반적 시지각과 우세손 소동작 협응 항목에서 유의한 상관관계를 보였다. 회귀 분 석 결과 글씨 쓰기 속도에 가장 큰 영향을 주는 요인은 전반적 시지각 항목이었다. 결론 : 만 5~6세 학령 전기 아동의 전반적 시지각 능력의 발달을 향상시키기 위한 중재를 제공하는 것이 글씨 쓰기 의 속도 능력을 향상 시킬 수 있다는 것을 알 수 있다. Objective : This study investigated the relationships of handwriting legibility and perceptual-motor skills, and handwriting speed and perceptual-motor skills. And identified the predictors that most affect the handwriting of preschool children. Methods : Twenty-three typically developing preschool aged children (mean age: 68.61 months, SD=2.04) were selected through the Korean-Denver Developmental Screening Test-2(K-DDST-2). The children were tested with regard to handwriting legibility, visual perception, visual-motor integration and fine-motor coordination. Results : First, a significant relationship was not found among handwriting legibility, visual perception, visualmotor integration and fine-motor coordination. Second, a significant relationship was found among handwriting speed, visual perception and fine-motor coordination. Third, stepwise multiple regression analyses showed that general visual perception were significant predictors for handwriting speed. Conclusion : Occupational therapists should evaluate children's visual perception levels utilizing a standardized test, and focus on general visual perception in order to improve handwriting skill(speed). Also, occupational therapists are expected to play an important role in the management and treatment of children's handwriting skills.

<P>In this study, a marine microalga <I>Spirulina</I> sp.-derived protein was hydrolyzed using gastrointestinal enzymes to produce an angiotensin I (Ang I)-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitory peptide. Following consecutive purification, the potent ACE inhibitory peptide was composed of 7 amino acids, Thr-Met-Glu-Pro-Gly-Lys-Pro (molecular weight, 759 Da). Analysis using the Lineweaver-Burk plot and molecular modeling suggested that the purified peptide acted as a mixed non-competitive inhibitor of ACE. The inhibitory effects of the peptide against the cellular production of vascular dysfunction-related factors induced by Ang II were also investigated. In human endothelial cells, the Ang II-induced production of nitric oxide and reactive oxygen species was inhibited, and the expression of inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) and endothelin-1 (ET-1) was downregulated when the cells were cultured with the purified peptide. Moreover, the peptide blocked the activation of p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase. These results indicated that this <I>Spirulina</I> sp.-derived peptide warrants further investigation as a potential pharmacological inhibitor of ACE and vascular dysfunction.</P>
Thermal Insulation Properties of Epoxy/Mesoporous Carbon Composites

This study aimed to investigate the influence of mesoporous carbons on the thermal insulation properties of epoxy/mesoporous carbon composites. The mesoporous carbon (CMK-3) was prepared by conventional templating method using SBA-15. The epoxy/mesoporous carbon composites were prepared by mixing the synthesized CMK-3 with diglycidylether of bisphenol A (DGEBA). As experimental results, the curing reactivities of the DGEBA/CMK-3 composites were found to decrease with the addition of the CMK-3. Also, the thermal conductivities of DGEBA/CMK-3 composites were found to decrease with increasing CMK-3 content. This could be interpreted in terms of the slow thermal diffusion rate resulting in pore volume existing in the gaps in the interfaces between the mesoporous carbon and the DGEBA matrix.

Fiber-reinforced composite resin bridges are a conservative alternative to conventional fixed dental prostheses or implants. It is a minimally invasive, reversible technique that can be completed in a single visit. The two cases presented herein exemplify the treatment of root-fractured anterior teeth with a natural pontic immediately after extraction.
