Diphenylhydantoin이 백서뇌신경세포막의 Na^+, K^+ -ATPase에 미치는 영향
황인방,허강민,이재흔,석정호 충남대학교 의과대학 지역사회의학연구소 1990 충남의대잡지 Vol.17 No.1
To study the effect of diphenylhydantoin on the synaptosomal Na^+ K^+ -ATPase in the rat with Goldblatt kidney, one kidney was removed and renal artery on the other side was partially ligated (external diameter=0.38mm). One kidney was removed in the control group. Synaptosome was prepared from the control and hypertensive rat and ATPase activity (total, EGTA, Azide and ouabain sensitive) was measured in the presence or absence of saponin. The effect of diphenylhydantoin on the synaptosomal ATPase was observed in the presence of diphenylhydantoin and/or ouabain. To investigate the maximal binding of ouabain to synaptosome, ouabain binding study was also carried out. Results as follows: 1. Blood pressure was significantly increased in 1-kidney, 1-clip hypertensive rat. 2. ATPase activity(Total, EGTA and ouabain sensitive) was increased to 2 times in the presence of saponin in the hypertensive and control group. 3. Na^+, K^+ -ATPase activity in hypertensive group was significantly decreased, compared with the control group. 4. Diphenylhydantoin slightly increased the ATPase activity in the control and hypertensive group, but it was not significant. 5. Total activity of ATPase was significantly decreased in the case with dephenylhydantoin and ouabain, but there was not difference between ouabain and ouabain with diphenylhydantoin treated case. 6. In the experiment of oubain binding, diphenylhydantoin did not alter Bmax and Kd of hypertensive and control group. From the above results, it is suggested that diphenylhydantoin will decrease the intracellular sodium without dependence on the stimulation of Na^+, K^+ -ATPase-in hypertensive rat.

Gang Yuan,Rui-zhi Sun,Yong Xiang,Yin-xue Shi 보안공학연구지원센터 2015 International Journal of Multimedia and Ubiquitous Vol.10 No.2
In order to achieve the interconnection between different workflow management systems, it was proposed that all the distributed workflow systems would be encapsulated as web services to perform the entire business process collaboratively by the way of processes’ composition in this paper. By analyzing the comparison between the composition of processes and ordinary Web service, we studied interactive control, the parameters required to be passed through the distributed workflow systems, the workflow system service’s interfaces and its packaging. Furthermore we put forward a general method of the workflow systems interactive interfaces’ extension and the way of the workflow service’s encapsulating and invoking. By this approach, it can easily combine the processes or process fragments which deployed on different workflow systems without other agents and components. It also provides support for the interconnection of the workflow systems in distributed environment, and ultimately achieves a coordinated operation between different workflow engines.
Theoretical Calculation of the Optical Properties of Gold Nanoparticles
Gang Yin,Songyou Wang,Liangyao Chen,Ming Xu 한국물리학회 2006 THE JOURNAL OF THE KOREAN PHYSICAL SOCIETY Vol.49 No.5I
The properties of metal nanoparticles have received considerable attention due to their wide range of applications extending from surface-sensitive spectroscopic analysis to catalysis and microwave polarizers. Various methods for synthesizing these nanoparticles, both spheres and rods, have been described. In this paper, the simulated optical properties of Au nanoparticles are presented. The extinction e±ciencies are calculated using the discrete dipole approximation (DDA). The in°uence of the nanoparticle size and shape on the plasmon resonance bands is investigated. For spherical particles with R · 10 nm, the intensity of extinction increases with increasing radius, but the position of maximum in the spectrum, which is associated with plasmon resonance, does not change. For particles with 10 < R · 50 nm, the extinction spectrum also increases with increasing radius, and the plasmon resonance shifts to red. For particles with R > 50 nm, the extinction spectrum decreases with increasing radius and becomes irregular. For spheroidal and rod-like nanoparticle, there are two peaks in the extinction spectra corresponding to the transverse and the longitudinal resonances. With increasing aspect ratio, the extinction spectral peak of the transverse mode shifts to shorter wavelength while that of the longitudinal mode shifts to longer wavelength. Our theoretical results explain the experimental data well.淺

To gain insight on the role of pro-inflammatory cytokines in the pathogenesis and treatment of rheumatoid arthritis (RA), the phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetate (PMA)-induced IL-6 gene expression and the effect of caffeic acid phenethyl ester (CAPE) on the PMA-induced IL-6 gene expression were investigated in human fibroblast-like synoviocytes (FLSs). Synovial tissue samples were obtained from rheumatoid arthritis patients, and FLSs were isolated. The cells were stimulated with PMA (100 nM) for 6 hrs to induce IL-6 gene. The cells were pretreated with CAPE (20, 50, 100<FONT FACE= 바탕 >μM) prior to PMA treatment. PMA increased IL-6 RNA expression, binding activities of transcription factors (NF-<FONT FACE= 바탕 >κB, AP-1) to IL-6 promoter, and IL-6 promoter activity. However, CAPE inhibited PMA-induced IL-6 mRNA expression in dose-dependent manner, and also inhibited the increased binding activities of transcription factors to IL-6 promoter and IL-6 promoter activity. These results suggest that CAPE might regulate PKC-mediated IL-6 expression and inflammatory reactions in RA.
Towards Reliable Trust Management based on Structural Trust Scopes of Distributed Roles
Gang Yin,Huaimin Wang,Ning Zhou 보안공학연구지원센터 2009 International Journal of Security and Its Applicat Vol.3 No.1
Role based trust management uses distributed role hierarchies (DRH) to provide flexible and scalable authorization in multi-domain environments, but DRH are inherently transitive and may easily lead to unexpected or even illegal authorization. In this paper, we propose TS-DRH, a generalized extension of DRH based on a novel trust scope model of distributed roles. TS-DRH introduces the notion of scoped roles with four kinds of structural trust scopes, and uses scoped roles to control the member scopes of senior roles and the permission scopes of junior roles, and thus helps to control the propagation of role memberships and permissions in DRH. This paper also designs rule based semantics and a compliance checking algorithm to compute authorization decisions for TS-DRH.

GUI Reliability Assessment based on Bayesian Network and Structural Profile
Zhi-Fang Yang,Zhong-Xing Yu,Bei-Bei Yin,Cheng-Gang Bai 보안공학연구지원센터(IJSIP) 2015 International Journal of Signal Processing, Image Vol.8 No.1
Graphical User Interfaces (GUI) is becoming increasingly important in the software field as it builds a friendly way between users and software through continuous interactions. A well-developed GUI is therefore an important factor of software quality. In particular, the reliability of GUIs is still on the way of development. Existing software reliability assessment techniques attempt to statistically describe the software testing process and predict the reliability of the system. However, those techniques are not suitable for GUI as quality of GUI is challenged by immense number of event interactions and complex structural profile etc. Furthermore, GUI has a wealth of information about GUI architecture, components, windows and their interactions with each other, which can be adopted to guide the testing process and establish confidence assessment of GUI. In this paper, a Bayesian network model of GUI reliability is introduced to discuss the reliability model topology and its issues encountered in the modeling process. A case is also presented to verify the validity of the model during the GUI reliability assessment process.
