고성능 모바일 저장장치 맵 캐시 설계를 위한 어플리케이션의 저장장치 접근 특성 분석

낸드 플래시 메모리는 기존의 하드 디스크에 비해 저전력, 고성능 등의 장점을 가지고 있지만, 데이터를 쓰기 전에는 삭제를 해야 한다는 단점을 지니고 있다. 이러한 문제 때문에, Flash Translation Layer 이라는 시스템 소프트웨어를 적용하여 논리주소와 물리주소를 매핑 한다. 그 방식으로 하이브리드 매핑이 많이 사용되었지만, 최근에는 빠른 속도의 페이지 매핑에 대한 요구가 증가하고 있다. 하지만 임베디드 시스템의 제한된 SRAM 크기로 인해 페이지 매핑의 사용이 어려워졌고, 이를 해결하기 위해 캐싱기법이 제시되었다. 본 논문에서는 접근 명령의 지역성을 분석하여 맵 캐시에 적용 가능한 인자들을 도출하였다. 실험을 통해 시간적 지역성을 수용할 수 있는 맵 캐시 크기를 예측하였으며, 읽기 명령과 순차적인 명령들은 교체 정책을 적용할 때에 낮은 우선순위를 두어야 하는 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한 128bytes의 좁은 지역에서 공간적 지역성이 우수한 것을 발견하였으며, 이러한 요소들이 맵 캐시의 성능을 높이는 데에 기여할 것이다. NAND flash memory has advantages including low power consumption, high performance, and etc. compared to the existing hard drive. But, it also has disadvantages in that data need to be deleted prior to writing. Because of these problems, it remaps physical address and logical address by using a system software called Flash Translation Layer. Hybrid mapping has been widely used, but the needs for page level scheme is increased as the highly demand of high-performance NAND flash memory recently. But, the use of page mapping became unavailable due to the limited size of SRAM of the embedded system and caching algorithms came out as a solution for this. In our study, we deducted the factors which is applicable for caching by analyzing the locality of access patterns. We have estimated the size of map cache which can accommodate the temporal locality by experiments to make a conclusion that lower priorities need to be placed on read and sequential requests when replacement policy is applied. Also, superior spatial locality was found in the narrow range of 128bytes which is expected to contribute to the enhancement of the performance of map cache.

Objectives: The basis research of aged people's healthcare technology is very important, because our nation goes into an aged society rapidly. Especially in traditional medicine, pulse shapes of aged people were supposed to weak and empty pulse until now, but any objective measurement and compare research do not taken. Methods and Results: Therefore in this study we design observation study to find characteristic of pulse between younger group (age $20{\sim}30$) and elder group (age $43{\sim}80$) in Busan area. We used 3-dimensional pulse analyzer '3-D MAC' (Daeyomedi Co., Ltd.). And major parameters for comparison are 1) pulse height (h1), 2) applied pressure, 3) pulse power (energy), 4) high pressure duration (w) and 5) R-AI. Conclusions: According to analysis result, elder people's pulse has more large value in pulse height, applied pressure and pulse power than younger's that. It reveals that elder people in modernized lifestyle has Yang symptoms as well Yin symptoms. Consequently we need new method to care elder people's health, and this means more important direction than old text book. From now on verification research with objective diagnosis device like 3-D MAC, must be activated to build of evidence in traditional medicine. Cause traditional medicine's spirit of care and prevention is suitable to care elder people's cardiac and cerebral vascular disease those are have close relation with elder people.
급성신우신염에서 99mTc - DMSA 신장스캔의 임상적 의의

N/A Patients with acute pyleonephritis may present with a spectrum of clinical symptoms and signs. There are few noninvasive diagnostic studies, however to confirm or exclude this diagnosis. To evaluate the clinical utility of 99mTc-DMSA renal scan in diagnosis of acute pyelonephritis, we performed 99mTc-DMSA renal scan in 37 patients suspected with urinary truct infection. Simultaneously kidney ultrasonography was done in 21 patients diagnosed with acute pyelonephritis, clinically. And we performed the followup scan after treatment in two to six weeks. The results were as follows. 1) 99mTc-DMSA renal scan disclosed single of multiple cortical defects and decreased radiouptake ratio of affected kidney in 23 patients among 25 patients diagnosed with acute pyleonephritis. 2) In the 21 patients with acute pyelonephritis, kidney ultrasonography showed abnormal findings in the 7 patients. And 99mTc-DMSA renal scan disclosed abnormal cortical defects in this 7 patients also. 3) Between the patients with acute pyelonephritis and those with lower urinary tract infection, asymptomatic bacteriuria or pyuria, right-to-left radiouptake ratios (R/L ratio ) were significantly different(p<0.001). 4) In two to six weeks after antibiotic therapy, we performed followup 99mTc-DMSA renal scan for 5 patients among 25 acute pyelonephritis patients. And we have found the improvement of cortical defects and the right-to-left radiouptake ratio. In conclusion, we thought that 99mTc-DMSA renal scan should be useful in diagnosis of acute pyelonephritis and follow up examination.
