        렌티큘러 렌즈시트를 이용한 모션그래픽 표현에 관한 연구

        산업기술의 발달은 새로운 영상매체를 통한 그래픽의 출현을 가속화시켰고 다양한 영상매체의 등장은 메시지를 전달하는 수단에 다양성을 부여하였다. 인간은 영상매체의 움직임 속에서 감성을 자극받아 더 많은 정보를 얻게 되었고 이에 모션그래픽은 효과적인 시각전달 방법으로 활용되며 대중적 관심을 이끌었다. 여러 컨텐츠 장르 중 모션그래픽은 인간의 감각기관(시 청각)을 통해 커뮤니케이션 활동의 보조적인 역할을 수행하며 설득력 있는 매체로 자리 잡고 있다. 이와 함께 렌티큘러 렌즈시트를 이용한 모션그래픽이 제한적으로 사용되면서 기존 2D 이미지만으로 영상의 부분적 표현인 모션과 3D 이미지로의 표현이 가능해졌다. 영상매체의 한계를 렌티큘러 렌즈시트를 이용한 모션그래픽에서 실현되었고 인쇄매체에서도 움직임과 3D 이미지의 표현이 가능해지면서 디지털 기반의 보완적 매체로써 고려할 수 있게 되었다. 이에 기존 그래픽 분야에서 주목받아 왔던 모션그래픽과 새롭게 관심이 집중되고 있는 렌티큘러 렌즈시트를 이용한 모션그래픽을 이론적 배경과 함께 분석하여 다양한 그래픽 효과와 표현을 통해 효과적인 메시지 전달 방법을 공유하며 향후 광고전략 수립 시 다양한 접근과 접목의 가능성을 제시하고자 한다. The development of industrial technology let the new video media to appear with increasing speed and the appearance of various video media provided the means of communication with diversity. Man has received more information with the stimulation of sensibility in the action of video media and then the motion has interested the masses while being applied for an effective visual communicator. Above all the genres of contents the motiongraphic is establishing itself as an appealing medium carrying out the supporting part of communicating activities through the human sense organs(visual and auditory). And with the popular appearance of the graphic applying lenticular lens sheets it has become possible to express the formerly existing 2D images into 3D images and motion which is the partial expression of video. With the realization of the passing the limit of video media and with the using of the expression of 3D image and motion in printing media popular interest for motion-graphic is growing. By the comparison and the analysis of motiongraphic that has been noticed in existing field of graphic and the graphic using lenticular lens sheets that is newly focused the method of effective message communication through various expressions and effects of graphic would be shared and the possibility of approach and integration in mapping future advertising strategy would be presented.

      • Mutations in gyrA and gyrB among Drug Resistant Mycobacterium Tuberculosis in Korea

        Purpose In 2020 KATRD, we analyzed 65 isolates to see how gyrA and gyrB are associated with 7H9 broth microdilution method (BMD) and Lowenstein-Jensen (L-J) drug susceptibility test (DST) because fluoroquinolones (FLQ) have been recognized as important anti-TB agents. In this study, the aim is to evaluate the correlation between gyrA and gyrB mutations and resistance to FLQ with BMD and L-J DST as a follow up of the previous study. Method Since 2020, we have analyzed 304 INH or RIF mono resistant cases by molecular DST using sequencing for gyrA and gyrB genes of FLQ. MICs were measured by BMD for moxifloxacin (MFX, 0.0625~8.0 μg/mL) and levofloxacin (LFX, 0.0625~8.0 μg/ mL). In L-J DST, concentration of MFX was 1.0 μg/mL, 2.0 μg/mL and LFX was 2.0 μg/mL. Results In gyrA and gyrB sequencing, 270 strains (88.81%) were wild type (WT), 34 strains (11.18%) were mutant type (MT). Among 29 gyrA MT strains, 13 isolates (44.82%) had mutation at D94G, 7 isolates (24.14%) at A90V and 5 isolates (17.24%) at D94A. Among 5 gyrB MT strains, 2 isolates (40%) had D500N mutation. In L-J DST, 100% of gyrA MT strains were resistant to MFX. On the other hand gyrB MT strains, 60% to MFX and 40% to LFX were resistant. In BMD, 93.10% of gyrA MT strains ranged 0.5 ~ 4.0 μg/mL and 60% of gyrB MT strains ranged 0.5 ~ 4.0 μg/mL to MFX. Meanwhile 96.55% of gyrA MT strains ranged 1.0 ~ 8.0 μg/mL and 80% of gyrB MT strains ranged 1.0 ~ 8.0 μg/mL to LFX. Conclusions Most of the mutant isolates had mutations in gyrA and most of mutant type (38.23%) was gyrA_D94G (GAC/GGC). In this study we observed gyrA genes were associated with higher MICs based on 7H9 and L-J DST than gyrB genes. # No.2021R1F1A1061358

        Effects of Different Mineral Supplements on Fertilization of Phenol-contaminated Soils by Corynebacterium glutamicum

        This study focused on the effects of different mineral supplements on the ability of Corynebacterium glutamicum to degrade phenol in contaminated soil and convert the phenol into useful amino acids. Three types of minerals including $FeSO_4$, $MgSO_4$, and $MnSO_4$ were added at several concentrations to C. glutamicum culture media containing 1% yeast extract prior to treating the soil samples with 4.24 mM phenol. The reactor was incubated at $30^{\circ}C$ and 150 rpm for 3 days, and the treated soil was sampled daily and analyzed using gas chromatography for residual phenol and the amino acids produced. Additionally, a plant toxicity assay was employed to examine the fertilization of the phenol-contaminated soil after C. glutamicum treatment supplemented with the three minerals. Our results suggested that among various tested concentrations, $72{\mu}M$ of iron showed a significant effect on the utilization of phenol by C. glutamicum for conversion to amino acids, therefore enhancing fertilization of the phenol-contaminated soil.

      • Adsorption of selected micropollutants on powdered activated carbon and biochar in the presence of kaolinite

        <P>Commercially available powdered activated carbon (PAC) and activated biochar (produced in the laboratory), combined with kaolinite, were used to determine the adsorption of a beta-blocker (atenolol, ATN) and sunscreen compounds (benzophenone, BZP; and benzotriazole, BZT); a hypothesis was made that the presence of kaolinite would increase the adsorption of those target compounds. Various synthetic solutions were prepared by altering the pH, background ions, ionic strength, and glucose/humic acid content to mimic various natural water conditions. The removal efficiency of biochar-kaolinite was higher than that of PAC-kaolinite, presumably because the relatively high surface area and pore volume of biochar resulted in a higher adsorption capacity for the target compounds. Removal of the compounds in the absence of kaolinite followed the order BZP>ATN>BZT (a (mg/g); Langmuir maximum adsorption capacities were as follows: 85.0, 20.6, and 15.6 for PAC, and 125, 37.5, and 25.9 for biochar, respectively). An increase in the pH from 3.5 to 10.5 decreased the adsorption of ATN, BZP, and BZT by 14.5, 2.1, and 14.4%, respectively, by biochar-kaolinite. Additionally, an increase in background ions and their ionic strength, using NaCl, Na2SO4, and CaCl2, increased the adsorption of the target compounds slightly, by 2.0-6.6%, depending on the target compound. Overall, biochar had a higher adsorption capacity for all chemicals tested compared with PAC, suggesting that biochar derived from loblolly pine chip may be a promising sorbent for water/wastewater treatment and environmental applications.</P>

        시각이미지를 통한 한국의 국가이미지 평가 측정

        다수의 대중은 외국에 대한 정보를 얻기 위하여 매스미디어에 의존하며 그 결과 미디어는 다른 국가를 평가하는데 중요한 역할을 하게 된다. 구어적 커뮤니케이션과 같이 시각이미지 또한 프레이밍(framing)되어 대상과 사회적 이슈에 대한 해석과 평가에 영향을 미친다. 이에 본 논문은 시각이미지를 통한 한국의 국가이미지 연구의 네 번째 과정으로 시각 프레이밍 된 이미지가 기존에 형성된 인지를 활성화시켜 대상을 평가하는 태도에 영향을 미치는지를 연구하고자 한다. 선행연구에서 수집한 시각이미지를 바탕으로 형용사 어휘를 추출한 후 이미지 평가를 위한 측정 항목을 도출하고 일본인을 대상으로 설문 분석 방식으로 진행하였다. 직접적인 경험을 통해 형성될 가능성이 높은 문화 분야와 한국인에 대한 이미지 평가는 태도 변화가 적은 것으로 나타났으나 경제 스포츠 분야에는 두드러진 변화가 나타나고 있다. 특히 스포츠 분야와 같이 현장성과 사실성의 비중이 높은 시각이미지가 태도변화에 영향을 주는 것으로 보인다. 이는 언론을 통해 제공된 시각정보가 사실에 입각하여 신뢰할 수 있다는 인식에서 비롯된 반응으로 언론에 보도되는 시각이미지가 대상을 평가하는 태도변화에 유용한 수단이 될 수 있음을 시사하고 있다. Many of the public to obtain information about a foreign country depends on the mass media and evaluate the results of other media will play an important role. Spoken communication and visual images as is also the target and the framing of social issues affect the interpretation and evaluation. In this paper through the visual image of Korea's national image as a fourth process of framing a visual image formed on the existing target to assess whether the activating influence the attitudes were analyzed. Collected in the previous study based on visual images extracted adjectives to derive metrics for evaluation of the image and to target the Japanese survey analysis was conducted in a way. Formed through direct experience with the Korean cultural sector are likely to evaluate the image was shown to be less a change of attitude economy a noticeable change in the field of sports are appearing. In fact such as sports fields especially the scene and a high proportion of visual images to affect change in the attitude seems to be. This is provided through the media on the basis of visual information that is reliable stems from the perception of the press in response to a visual image of the target to assess the change in attitude can be a useful tool in the world.

        USA TODAY지(紙)의 시각이미지를 통한 한국의 국가이미지 변화에 관한 연구

        국가는 다양한 교류를 통해 이해관계를 넓혀가고 기술을 공유하게 되면서 기술의 성장과 보유만으로 국가경쟁력을 향상 시킬 수 없게 되었다. 이러한 변화 속에서 선진국들은 국가경쟁력을 평가하는 다양한 요인 중 이미지와 같은 상징적 요인이 자국의 경쟁력 향상에 중요한 요인임을 인식하고 긍정적인 국가이미지 창출을 위해 많은 관심과 노력을 기울이고 있다. 그 중 언론매체의 기능과 역할 강력한 영향력을 인지하고 적극 활용하고 있다. 많은 대중은 언론매체를 통해 전달된 국제뉴스를 통해 다른 국가에 대한 정보를 얻게 되며 이는 특정한 이미지로 발전시켜 새로운 이미지를 형성하게 된다. 때문에 언론을 통한 국제뉴스보도는 다른 어떤 메시지보다 정보의 신뢰성과 함께 국가이미지 형성에 많은 영향을 미친다고 할 수 있다. 이에 신문은 여전히 국제적 명성으로 대중의 신뢰를 얻으며 세계 언론을 선도하고 있는 매체이다. 미국 USA TODAY지(紙)의 한국관련 시각이미지를 통해 한국의 국가이미지를 파악하고자 한다. 2002년 한일월드컵대회의 성공적 개최와 성과로 축구에 대한 관심과 LPGA에서의 한국 선수들의 선전 등에 따라 스포츠 분야가 긍정적인 국가이미지 형성에 기여하고 있으며 인물 중심 보도가 높아지면서 개인의 능력과 업적 또한 긍정적인 국가이미지 형성에 영향을 주고 있음을 알 수 있다. 한국의 국가이미지 변화와 국가경쟁력 강화를 위한 긍정적인 국가이미지 창출을 위한 방향을 모색하고 왜곡과 오보에 대한 빠른 대응과 관리가 우선되어야 하며 장기적 안목에 따른 실질적인 국가이미지 향상을 위한 방법을 모색해야 할 것이다. It has become that a nation can not own its national competitiveness with the help of improvements in industrial techniques since international trading of goods and sharing of techniques are wide-open in recent worlds. Along with this international mood leading countries has recognized that an image of a nation is one of the important factors of judging a nation's power along with economy society politics culture art and sports. They are now focusing on the Imagemaking. One of the effective ways to make its image better is to utilize mass media. Majority of people read and watch international news delivered via. the mass media to earn national-wide information and what happens overseas. These information and news affect and form a nation's image whether people recognize or not. Among the mass media methods newspaper is still powerful and leading one. Here I will search the status of the image of Korea through a world-wide newspaper USA TODAY. Korea has brought aggressive and positive images in sports due to Korea-Japan World Cup Soccer Game in 2002 and Asian golf stars in LPGA. The news on individual issues also made the image even better. Now It is time for Korean government and people to establish a way to manage misrepresentations or false reports to maintain and improve the current image and in perspective the image formation will lead it to the international competitiveness.

        요미우리지(讀賣新聞)의 시각이미지를 통한 한국의 국가이미지

        국제 사회는 상호간 긴밀한 협력관계를 형성하게 되면서 국제 커뮤니케이션의 전략적 측면에서 국가이미지는 중요한 과제로 떠오르게 되었다. 실제로 많은 나라들이 자국의 우호적인 이미지 개선을 위해 다양한 방법을 모색하며 전략을 제시하고 있다. 언론매체 중 신문은 다양한 매체의 등장과 텔레비전의 대중화에도 불구하여 여전히 세계 여론을 선도하고 있는 매체이다. 이에 본 연구는 일본의 대표적인 고급지인 요미우리신문의 시각이미지를 통해 일 본 언론에 나타난 한국의 국가이미지를 분석하고자 한다. 한국과 일본은 다른 어느 나라보다도 가까운 지리적 요건에도 불구하고 심리적 관계에 있어서는 비우호적 관계를 유지하고 있다. 그로 인하여 얼마만큼 상대를 올바르게 이해하고 있는가는 중요한 관건이라 할 수 있다. 요미우리신문은 보수적인 보도성향에도 불구하고 한국의 대중문화와 스포츠 관련 분야의 보도 비율이 높으며 대중예술 또한 국가이미지 형성에 기여하고 있음을 알 수 있다. 대 상이미지의 시의성 저명성 연관성 색채분석 등을 통해 한국의 심리적 감성을 연상시켜 시각이미지 또한 신문의 내용구성에서 중요한 요소이며 우호적인 국가이미지 형성에 기여하고 있음을 알 수 있다. The image of a nation has become a hot issue nowadays in a sense of strategy of international communication due to the closer cooperative relationship among nations. In deed many countries are providing such strategies and seeking for various methods to enhance their own images friendlier. Among the mass media newspaper is still leading global opinions in spite of the introduction of other novel media and popularization of television. Therefore this research is focused on the analysis of the image of Korea through a study of representative Japanese newspaper Yomiuri Shimbun to understand the visual image of Korea which is reflected on Japanese medium. Korea and Japan are still not comfortable each other because of their historical matters although they are the closest neighbors. Thus it becomes very important for themselves how much they understand each other. Yomiuri Shimbun is one of the conservative press media in Japan. But it frequently shares articles about Korean popular culture sports & arts contributing to form friendly image of Korea. And they also remind people of Korean-oriented emotion through the analysis of target image in the ways of color themes interrelationship prominence a point of time. Here we can learn that visual image is an important factor of newspaper contents and it also affects people to take geographical neighbors into emotional neighbors while they recognize or not.

        Does the father’s job matter? Parental occupation and preterm birth in Korea

        OBJECTIVES: Limited evidence is available regarding the impact of paternal occupation and its combined effect with maternal occupation on preterm birth. Therefore, we assessed the association of maternal and paternal occupations with preterm birth. METHODS: We used the national birth data of Korea between 2010 and 2020. Parental occupations were divided into 5 categories: (1) managers; (2) professionals, technicians, and related workers; (3) clerks and support workers; (4) service and sales workers; and (5) manual workers. A multinomial logistic regression model was used to calculate the adjusted odds ratios (aORs) of extremely, very, and moderate-to-late preterm births per occupational category considering individual risk factors. RESULTS: For the 4,004,976 singleton births, 40.2% of mothers and 95.5% of fathers were employed. Compared to non-employment, employment was associated with a lower risk of preterm birth. Among employed mothers, service and sales occupations were associated with a higher risk of preterm birth than managerial occupations (aOR, 1.06; 95% confidence interval [CI], 1.01 to 1.10 for moderate-to-late preterm births). The father’s manual occupation was associated with a higher risk of preterm birth (aOR, 1.09; 95% CI, 1.05 to 1.13 for moderate-to-late preterm) than managerial occupations. When both parents had high-risk occupations, the risk of preterm birth was higher than in cases where only the mother or neither of the parents had a high-risk occupation. CONCLUSIONS: Paternal occupation was associated with preterm birth regardless of maternal employment and occupation and modified the effect of maternal occupation. Detailed occupational environment data are needed to identify the paternal exposures that increase the risk.
