3-Amidino-3-Aza-A-home-5-α-cholestane의 합성

The intermediate, 3-Aza-A-homo-5α-cholestane required for the synthesis of 3-Amidino-3-Aza-A-homo-5α-cholestane was obtained through a reaction of 3-Aza-A-homo-5α-chlestane-4-one with Lithium aluminium hydride. The reaction of 3-Aza-A-homo-5α-cholestane with 2-methy-2-pseudothioureasulfate provided the title compound at ca. 150∼180℃ under slightly reduced prossure for 75 min. without any solvents. The Aza-steroid containing an amidine moiety was prepared in this study. The amidine group is active species of antihypertensive thus the title compound is expected antihypertensive activity.

These grafting seeding "Torobambica", rootstock "Jang Ja" and "Chuk Yang" were tested to investigate the differences between the growth of eggplants and the number of eggplants which can be influenced by the growth retardant aerosol. For the test of the growth retardant aerosol, the flower clusters were sprayed with one hundred units of Tomatotone liquid and with three hundred units of GA3 on the day they flowered and sprayed two or three days before flowering. The results were as follows: 1.According to the growth retardant aerosol of Tomatotone, the plant height was the tallest at 226.21 cm with foliar spray and the high Marketable fruit was good at the percent of 77.38 with a flowering spray and Tomatotone on the day they flowered. 2.According to the growth retardant aerosol of GA3, the plant's height was the tallest at 229.27cm with foliage which was sprayed every week. The high quality fruit was good at the percent of 69.11 with a flowering spray and GA3 on the day they flowered. 3.According to Tomatotone and GA3 treatments of the plant growth regulators, the plant's height was the tallest sprayed every week and the high Marketable fruit was good at the flowering spray and Tomatotone on the day they flowered. and Yield per 10a was good at the flowering spray and Tomatotone on the day they flowered.

방사선조사가 설의 개방성창상치유에서 섬유아세포의 재형성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

Radiation-impaired wound healing in animal experiments was believed to be an another logical experimental model to understand the wound healing mechanism in patients. The purpose of this study was to reveal the block point which would result in impaired healing. Twenty four rats(Sprague-Dawley strains) were divided into two groups according to the time interval between irradiation and wounding. Group I, observing the healing effect on the lst day and GroupⅡ are the healing effects on the 7th days after irradiation to the wound of the rat tongue. Experimental animals were sacrificed 3, 6, 12, and 24 hours after wounding. The specimens were examined by the light microscope and transmission electron microscope. The following results were obtained 1. Fibroblasts in both groups showed degenerative changes which were dilated mitochondria and rER, reduced microorganelle, vacuoles and little cytoplasmic process. 2. Average length between bands and quantity of the newly produced collagen fibers around fibroblasts remained unchanged against control group. 3. The severity of degenerative change of the fibroblast and impairment of wound healing including shortening of the thickness of collagen fibers were more severe in the group Ⅱ than in the group I.

The authors diagnosed a 33 years old female as benign lymphoepithelial lesion after undergoing clinical, radiological and histopathological examinations and the characteristics were as follows: 1. Clinically, the patient complained of painless bilateral swelling of the parotid glands and dryness of the palate. Rheumatoid factor was detected in her serum. 2. Sialograms showed punctate or globular collections of contrast media distributed evenly throughout the parotid glands in so-called "cherry blossom"or "leafless fruit-laden tree" appearance. 3. A salivary gland scan showed no uptake of radioisotopes by the parotid glands. 4. At Tl-weighted imaging of PNS MRI, the lesions had the same signal intensity as the rest of the gland. At t2-weighted imaging, the lesions could be seen as high signal intensity 1.3 cm and 2.1 cm in diameter in the left and the right parotid gland respectively. 5. Ultrasonogram showed sonolucent lesions 20×15mm and 17×14mm in size in the lower part of the left parotid gland and another 18×11mm in size in the lower part of the parotid gland as well as many other small sonolucent lesions. 6. Histopathologically, lymphocytic infiltration replacing the normal acini and lymphoid follicles containing germinal centers could be seen. Epimyoepithelial islands were scattered throughout the lesion and benign lymphoepithelial cysts were also observed.

경부에 발생한 새열낭(branchial cleft cyst)의 증례보고

Branchial cleft cyst is the most common lateral neck cyst ; the vast majority are of the second branchial cleft origin. This presumably reflects the greater depth and longer persistence of the second cleft, compared with the first, third, and fourth clefts. We experienced a 49-year-old male whose chief complaint was a abnormal mass of the left parotid gland area and neck. As a result of careful analysis of clinical, radiological, and histopathological findings, we diagnosed it as a second branchial cleft cyst in the neck and obtained results as follows: 1. In clinical examination, there was a 10×15㎝ sized. fluctuant painful mass in the left neck and parotid area. 2. In radiographic examination, a low echogenic mass with internal cystic change in the inferior parotid gland area was noted sonographically. Computed tomograph showed a 3×4㎝ sized, well-defined cystic mass with heterogenous solid component in the anterior border of sternocleidomastoid muscle. MRI revealed 5×6㎝ sized, well-marginated multiseparated mass in the same area. 3. In histopathological examination, lining of cyst was stratified squamous epithelium with typical lymph node pattern and inflammatory cell infiltration.

프로축구팀에 대한 지역주민들의 사회문화적 인식

This study is on sociocultural recognition of regional residents for professional football dub, Daejeon Citizen FC. For this 348 persons were participated in survey. Two Analyses were performed : 1) One-way analysis of varience that investigates the significant differences of sociocultural recognition among sex, age, school career, income, and social class, participation degree for soccer activities and interest degree for soccer; 2) multiple regression analysis that investigates the sociocultural cognitions(regional identity, social interaction, cultural life) of regional residents for Daejeon Citizen FC(existence, game, relevance with residents). The result of above analyses gained following conclusions : 1) There are significant differences on sociocultural recognition among sex, social class, participation degree for soccer activities and interest degree for soccer. 2) Game, relevance between residents and Daejeon Citizen FC contribute to reinforcement of regional identity, social interaction and cultural life of residents; existence of Daejeon Citizen FC do not contribute to them instead.
