In this paper, a lightweight printed dipole antenna array with 3×2 beamforming network for wide unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) communication coverage is presented. The proposed antenna consists of an upper substrate, a lower substrate, and two supports with a microstrip feeding. The upper substrate has a two-element printed dipole antenna array, and the lower substrate includes a beamforming feeding circuit and a ground plane as a refector of the proposed antenna array for gain improvement. For wide beam coverage, the proposed feeding network consists of three RF switches, one Wilkinson power divider, and one 90° hybrid coupler, and generates the wide beam using one broadside beam and two end-fre beams. Measured impedance bandwidth, peak gain, and half-power beamwidth (HPBW) of the proposed array operated from 5.03 to 5.15 GHz are approximately 2 GHz, 4.3 dBi, and 155°, respectively.

Objective : The main purpose of this research is to make a survey of the effective way of the Korean traditional medical care about Traffic accidental patients. Methods : In following research, 27 patients of Traffic accident and 33 patients of Non-Traffic accident to be diagnosied as Lumbar spine Sprain who hospitalized in the Dong-shin Korean Traditional Medicine Hospital from January 1, 2003 to November 31, 2003 were surveyed. Result : 1. In distribution of sex and age, the female ratio was higher and twenties was the most distribution of age in Traffic accidental patients, the male ratio was higher and tirties was the most distribution of age in Non-Traffic accidental patients. 2. the number of patients via other hospital was much than that of the first visitor to our hospital in Traffic accidental patients, but the case of Non-Traffic accidental patients was contray results. 3. In medical Treatment, acupunture theraphy(100.0%), negative theraphy(100.0%), moxibustion theraphy(74.07%) et. was used in Traffic accidental patients, acupunture theraphy(100.0%), negative theraphy(100.0%), moxibust ion theraphy(84.84%), herbal acupunture theraphy(54.54%) et. was used in Non-Traffic accidental patients.
Common-Mode Noise Reduction Technique for Back-to-back Bridgeless PFC

In this paper, based on the pulsating voltage analysis, a CM noise reduction method of the back-to-back BPFC is introduced. In this method, two types of pulsating voltage, a pulsating voltage in the switching cycle and a pulsating voltage in the line input voltage, are considered. Based on the analysis, a proper design method of selecting the external large capacitors of inrush diodes is presented. The feasibility of the proposed analysis and method is verified by the experiments with 800W/400V prototype. From the experiments, the validity of the presented design method about CM noise reduction is validated. Therefore, the proposed analysis and method is adaptable to reduce the CM noise of back-to-back BPFC by supporting proper selecting guide for the external capacitors of inrush diodes.

N/A Background : Infection is still a frequent cause of morbidity and mortality in acute myelogenous leukemia (AML) patients receiving chemotherapy. Recently the main cause of infection has changed from gram-negative to gram-positive bacteria and the resistance to antibiotics has increased. This study aimed to access the effectiveness of antimicrobial prophylaxis (AP) with orally absorbable antibiotics. Methods : Ninety-five AML patients receiving chemotherapy at Catholic Hemopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation Center from March 1999 to July 1999 were randomly divided into the AP group (250 mg ciprofloxacin twice a day, 150 mg roxithromycin twice a day, 50 mg fluconazole once a day) and the control group for a prospective analysis. Results : The incidence of fever was 82.6% in the AP group and 91.6% in the control group (p=0.15). Though classification and sites of infections showed no difference between the two groups, the catheter associated infection occurred more frequently in the AP group in significance. The time interval between initiation of chemotherapy and onset of fever, white blood cell (WBC) count at the onset of fever, duration of leukopenia (WBC <1,000/mm3), duration of systemic antibiotic therapy, mortality due to infection and hospitalization period from the data starting chemotherapy showed no differences between the two groups. Infections due to gram negative bacteria decreased to 33.3% in the AP group (vs. 92% in the control group), but infections due to gram positive bacteria increased to 66.7% (vs. 8% in the control group). Gram negative bacteria showed 100% resistance to ciprofloxacin in the AP group and gram-positive bacteria showed 90-100% resistance to erythromycin, regardless of the presence of AP. Conclusion : The AP could not reduce the occurrence of infection or infection associated death in AML patients receiving chemotherapy. On considering increased gram-positive infection and resistance to fluoroquinolone and macrolide, routine prescription of AP should be reconsidered. Further studi8S that assess the effectiveness of AP in other malignancies, aplastic anemia and bone marrow transplantation are required.
Systematic Review of Bug Report Processing Techniques to Improve Software Management Performance

Bug report processing is a key element of bug fixing in modern software maintenance. Bug reports are not processed immediately after submission and involve several processes such as bug report deduplication and bug report triage before bug fixing is initiated; however, this method of bug fixing is very inefficient because all these processes are performed manually. Software engineers have persistently highlighted the need to automate these processes, and as a result, many automation techniques have been proposed for bug report processing; however, the accuracy of the existing methods is not satisfactory. Therefore, this study focuses on surveying to improve the accuracy of existing techniques for bug report processing. Reviews of each method proposed in this study consist of a description, used techniques, experiments, and comparison results. The results of this study indicate that research in the field of bug deduplication still lacks and therefore requires numerous studies that integrate clustering and natural language processing. This study further indicates that although all studies in the field of triage are based on machine learning, results of studies on deep learning are still insufficient.
