It is progressing as new advents and remarkable developments of mobile device every year. On the upper line reason, NAND FLASH large density memory demands which can be stored into portable devices have been dramatically increasing. Therefore, the cell size of the NAND Flash memory has been scaled down by merely 50% and has been doubling density each per year. [1] However, side effects have arisen the cell distribution and reliability characteristics related to coupling interference, channel disturbance, floating gate electron retention, write-erase cycling owing to shrinking around 20nm technology. Also, FLASH controller to manage shrink effect leads to speed and current issues. In this paper, It will be introduced to solve cycling, retention and fail bit problems of sub-deep micron shrink such as Virtual negative read used in moving read, randomization. The characteristics of retention, cycling and program performance have 3 K per 1 year and 12.7 MB/s respectively. And device size is 179.32 $mm^2$ (16.79 mm ${\times}$ 10.68 mm) in 3 metal 26 nm CMOS.
마이크로웨이브 가열이 황철석의 상변환과 Fe 용출에 미치는 효과

전기로와 마이크로웨이브에 노출시킨 황철석 시료에 대하여 광물학적 상변화를 파악하고 Fe최대 용출 인자들을 결정하고자 하였다. 전기로에 노출시킨 시료에서 적철석으로 구성된 가장자리 구조가 나타난 반면에 마이크로웨이브에 노출시킨 시료는 적철석과 자류철석이 가장자리 구조로 나타났다. 특히 마이크로웨이브에 노출시킨 시료는 결정 내부에 아크방전에 의하여 수많은 크랙들이 서로 연결되어 형성되었지만 전기로에 노출시킨 시료는 크랙이 형성되지 않았다. XRD 분석에서, 전기로에 노출시킨 시료는 황철석과 적철석이 나타났지만 마이크로웨이브에 노출시킨 시료는 황철석, 적철석 및 자류철석이 나타났다. 황철석 시료에 대하여 암모니아 용출실험을 수행하여 Fe 용출률이 최대로 나타나는 인자들은 -325 mesh 입도, 2.0 M의 황산, 1.5 M의 황산암모늄, 1.0 M의 과산화수소 농도에서였다. 용출률이 최대로 나타나는 인자들을 전기로에 그리고 마이크로웨이브 노출 시료에 각각 적용한 결과 전기로 보다 마이크로웨이브에 노출시킨 시료에서 Fe 용출률이 더 많이 그리고 더 빠른 시간에 나타났다. 따라서 산업광물에 포함된 Fe 제거에 혹은 금을 함유하는 황철석 분해에 마이크로웨이브 가열이 효과적일 것으로 사료된다. In order to study the phase transformation of pyrite and to determine the maximum Fe leaching factors, pyrite samples were an electric furnace and microwave oven and then ammonia leaching was carried out. The rim structure of hematite was observed in the sample exposed in an electric furnace, whereas a rim structure consisting of hematite and pyrrhotite were found in the microwave treated sample. Numerous interconnected cracks were only formed in the microwave treated sample due to the arcing effect, and these cracks were not found in the electric furnace treated sample. Under XRD analysis, pyrite and hematite were observed in the electric furnace treated sample, whereas pyrite, hematite and pyrrhotite were found in the microwave treated sample. The results of the pyrite sample leaching experiments showed that the Fe leaching was maximized with the particle size of -325 mesh, sulfuric acid of 2.0 M, ammonium sulfate of 1.0 M, and hydrogen peroxide of 1.0 M. The electric furnace and microwave treated samples were tested under the maximum leaching conditions, the Fe leaching rate was much greater in the microwave treated sample than in the electric furnace treated sample and the maximum Fe leaching time was also faster in the microwave treated sample than in the electric furnace treated sample. Accordingly, it is expected that the microwave heating can enhance (or improve) Fe leaching in industrial minerals as well as pyrite decomposition in gold ores.

Hydrofluoric acid is a colorless gas or fuming liquid with a strong, irritating odor. Hydrofluoric acid burns are uncommon; however, if severe burn occur, they caused death from systemic effects, such as fatal cardiac arrthmia. We experienced two cases of hydrofluoric acid chemical burns on digits. These patients had typical clinical features of hydrofluoric acid chemical burns, such as pulsating pain at the burn site, as well as ischemic and necrotic skin changes. The hydrofluoric acid chemical burn was confirmed by a history of exposure. Subsequently, we made a calcium gluconate gel by mixing 20% calcium gluconate, an antagonist against hydrofluoric acid, with lubricant, and we injected 10% calcium gluconate subcutaneously when they complained of pain rated at higher than 5 on the pain scale. Simultaneously, we monitored the patients` electrocardiographs and checked their serum total calcium, ionized calcium, and magnesium levels serially. Clinical presentations and the emergency management of hydrofluoric acid chemical burns were reviewed along with the current literature. These patients were discharged without any significant complications. (J Korean Soc Traumatol 2006;19:173-177)

In this paper, Building collapses in preparation for Rover was implemented in. This robot was created with the purpose to replace a human eye in hazardous areas Using a cheap price raspberry PI. It was confirmed that it is possible to transmit the high end of the image wirelessly. We use the web page transmission method for image transmission is excellent that versatility multiple communication was easy to implement video transmission. The designed robot is experimented in the field test and is satisfied with the performance of designed specification for disaster navigation robot.

Fasciola sp, a king of the liver fluke (Trematodes), is a common parasite of sheep and cattle carrying the disease known as liver rot. Its distribution is world-wide although of the rarity and the different frequency of human infestation by area: more prevalent in Europe and Latin America than in Asia. In Korea, there are some evidencs of the infestation in cattle. And there have been a few reports of human infestation so far. The authours experienced a typical case of acute fascioliasis. The patient was 54-year-old house- wife who didnit have any history of th exposure to metacercaria but had a large subcapsular hemorrhage and multiple collections of parenchymal hemorrhage in right lobe that were consisted of massive eosinophilia (81%). We could never detect eggs in stool but got strong positive result in serologic test for parasite-specific IgG antibody by micro-ELISA (0.81:positive>0.25).

It is difficult to find out penetration depth of the considerable number of domestically-used penetrable waterproof-material-spread; and in quality control, there are many difficulties such as amount of water used, drying and moistening conditions of concrete on base-screed, and curing after the application. Therefore, the study seeks to evaluate efficacy of organic-inorganic-composite -surface-protective-for-concrete which is used to reinforce structure's durability such as preventing penetration of sea wind/water on concrete crust, damage by freezing weather and neutralization by reinforcing penetrability and improving construction site's constructability; it does so by applying it to concrete; the study also seek to determine its usability in construction site.
