        Making of our country to aged progresses at a very high speed compared with other country it and an increase in the population of the aged person gives the society a lot of problems. Especially, a great expansion of the environment of physical and the recognition conversion of the society are demanded. Be as follows when the system method for the aged housing which is the result is 1. It is a presentation of the necessity of a legal definition in the aged housing for the aged household. 2. The device, by which the system maintenance and the control ability to the popularization of the aged housing are supported, is straightened. 3. To make the aged housing which various house can share, it should devise the design models such as barrier free design and universal design.

        지하철의 사상사고 및 운전장애 분석에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to analyze death injuries and operation troubles of urban transit. No difference was shown in death rates between Line 1 of Pusan urban transit and Line 5, 7, and 8 of Seoul metropolitan transit. And relief time by another train did not depend upon the number of crews. We concluded that thorough inspection and preventive maintenance of trains and facilities are necessary for safe and timely service of urban transit.

        Zn-0.3wt.% Al 합금의 초소성 변형에 따른 미세조직의 변화

        The superplastic deformation of Zn-0.3wt.%Al alloys were investigated at room temperature under various strain rate. These alloys were highly elongated up to 1400% at the initial strain rate of 2×10^(-4)/s, revealing the rate sensitivity parameter of about 0.4. In order to investigate the microstructural change during superplastic deformation, the transmission electron microscopy(TEM) studies were performed on the specimen elongated up to the 100% tensile strain at various strain rate. The microstructure was composed of zinc rich matrix phase, with 1㎛ in grain size, and Al rich second phases precipitated generally at grain boundaries and/or triple point. In region III(5×10^(-2)/s), the high density of dislocations were observed within the grains and deformation twins were also formed within the grains. In region II(2^*10^(-4)/s), however, the dislocations were highly localized along the grain boundaries and deformation twins were not observed. Observation of severe deformation along the grain boundaries and grain boundary migration(GBM) suggest that grain boundary sliding(GBS) is a dominant mechanism of superplastic deformation in this alloy.

        순 AI 과 순 Cu 의 진동 특성에 미치는 시편 크기의 영향

        The vibration properties of the pure Al plate and pure Cu plate, 12 ㎜ wide and 164∼254 ㎜ long, were investigated by cantilever beam and RFDA to get the following results. (1) The results by cantilever beam method and RFDA show that the resonance frequency decreases as the specimen length increases or the thickness decreases. (2) When measuring the vibration by the cantilever beam method, the vibration damping coefficients are stable at the specimen with 184 ㎜ or higher length. (3) When measuring the vibration damping coefficient by the cantilever beam method, the mean vibration damping ratio of Al specimen 1.6∼0.8 ㎜ thick is 3.1×10^(-2) and 4.0×10^(-2) in Cu specimen of 2.0∼1.2 ㎜ (4) When measuring the vibration damping properties by the RFDA, vibration damping coefficients are similar regardless of the length and thickness of a specimen and the mean vibration damping ratios of Al and Cu were 2.1×10^(-2) and 2.7×10^(-2), respectively. (5) As a result of (3) and (4), The relationship, between the vibration damping ratio measured by the cantilever beam method and it by the RFDA was founded as g_s=(δ_o/δ_r)×(1/1.5).

        조선업 협력업체의 안전관리 모델에 관한 연구

        Due to the work characteristics of shipyard industry, subcontractors are essential and employees of them consist of 25% of the total employee. Problems of their safety management are as follows; - obscurity of safety management responsibility - flimsiness of subcontractor's safety awareness - absence of ability to develop safety techniques and to provide safety equipments - lack of opportunity of safety education The purpose of this study is modelling safety management system of shipyard industry subcontractors to reduce industrial accidents by employees of subcontractors. A phased model contained organization and work responsibility of related departments, safety management planning and evaluation system, safe work supporting system, safety education supporting system.

        구속전단가공법 (ECAP) 에서 전단변형 특성

        The study focuses on the basic deformation mechanism of ECAP (Equal Channel Angular Pressing) which gives a large shear deformation without change in the reduction of area. A model deformation in which a plasticine is pressed through a transparent die shows a typical shear deformation in detail. ECAP was performed on a commercial pure aluminum and an Al-7%Si alloy in order to investigate the change in the microstructure after ECAP. Friction force between specimen and die acts to prevent uniform shear deformation of a specimen. ECAP significantly reduces grain size of both aluminum alloys below the order of micronmeter by giving a large shear deformation, which provides a new method for grain refinement. A drastic increase in the yield strength combined with a small increase in the strain hardening is observed in both ECA pressed aluminum alloys. The ECAP is believed to be very effective in the grain refinement.

        구속전단가공 (ECAP) 한 Al 합금의 미세조직

        The study is an attempt to understand the basic characteristics of ECAP(Equal Channel Angular Pressing) which gives large shear deformation without any change in the dimension of material. Microstructure comparison was performed between pure Al and Al-7 wt% Si alloys after the ECAP. Emphasis was put on the microstructural change of Al-Si alloys consisting of two phase (primary Al + eutectic Si) where eutectic Si appears different shape and size depending on the modification. The pressing leads to the development of subgrain bands of Al and the fracture of unmodified eutectic Si. The eutectic Si may form dislocation tangles by acting as an obstacle to movement of dislocation, which can be proved with the location of eutectic Si on recrystallized grain boundary. It is obvious that ECAP results in a fine grain structure in Al-Si alloy without decohesion between Al matrix and eutectic Si.

      • 청국장의 제조방법과 이용실태에 관한 조사연구

        The preparation method for traditional Chung-Kuk-Jang at home was surveyed by 241 housewives through the country using premade questionnaires. The 84.2% of total respondents prepared Chung-Kuk-Jang at home, mostly from October to December (95.5%), once or twice per year (71.9%). Soybean for Chung-Kuk-Jang had a relatively large grain size, and average soaking and boiling time were 5.8 hr and 3.6 hr, respectively. Only 31% of respondents used rice straw for Chung-Kuk-Jang fermentation and 90% of respondents fermented Chung-Kuk-Jang in the Korean under-door heating system for 3 days (53.2%) or 2 days (20.2%). Average subsidiary ingredients for Chung-Kuk-Jang making were salt (8.5%), garlic(2.2%), redpepper-powder (0.2%). After mixing all ingredients, Chuag-Kuk-Jang in clay pot was kept in a cool place (38.4%) or refrigerator (38.4%). The 58.5% of total respondents had experience of purchasing commercial Chung-Kuk-Jang, mostly is the market (51.1%) or supermarket (40.4%) and the respondents, who were low-aged or high - educational level or live in apartment purchased the commercial products more often than the others. The reasons for purchasing commercial products were convenience (40.4%), short of time(34%) and the criteria for purchasing were odor (34.8%) and taste by previous experience (28.4%). Respondents preferred vinyl packing (83.7%) and 300g pack (52.5%) for. single usage. The 45.4% of respondents were not satisfied with the commercial products and the reason for dissatisfaction was inferior taste (56.3%), especially without taste peculiar to the Chung-Kuk-Jang. The necessities for improving quality of Chung-Kuk-Jang were to mask off - flavour (52.3%) and to preserve deterioration (30.7%).

        Mo 함유 Zr 합금의 인장 및 크리프 특성

        One of the major reasons for utilizing Zr-base alloys in nuclear reactors is its good resistance to creep. Tension and creep deformation behaviors of Zr-1Nb-1Sn-0.1Fe alloy (0%Mo alloy) and Zr-1Nb-1Sn-0.1Fe-0.5Mo (0.5%Mo alloy) were evaluated to investigate the effect of Mo addition on mechanical properties and anisotropy. The addition of Mo increased the tensile strength through solid solution hardening. Room and high temperature tensile strength of TD(transverse direction) specimens were higher than those of RD(rolling direction) specimens. The TD specimen of 0.5Mo alloy showed higher elongation at room temperature than the RD specimen due to lattice rotation resulted from twin deformation. The stress exponent, n, obtained in creep test lied between 2.3 and 4.5 in both RD and TD specimens and the viscous glide was the predominant mechanism in creep deformation. The 0.5%Mo alloy showed higher creep resistance than the one without Mo.
