KBS는 차세대 방식인 IP전송 기술을 UHD방송에 적용하기로 결정하고 2017년 9월부터 2018년 3월까지 약 7개월에 걸쳐 ALL-IP UHD부조정실 구축을 완료했다. 이후 약3개월간의 시뮬레이션 기간을 거쳐, 현재 KBS 1TV ‘아침마당’과 ‘무엇이든 물어보세요’를 생방송으로 제작하고 있고 KBS 2TV ‘그녀들의 여유만만’을 녹화 제작하고 있다. 본 논문은 UHD비디오신호와 오디오신호를 ALL-IP로 전송하기 위해 참조한 표준기술과 각 파트별 구축 세부내용을 소개한다. 또한 향후 지속적으로 발전할 IP제작 시스템에 대해 효율적인 계획과 대응을 할 수 있도록 구축사례에 대한 경험을 결론으로 논한다.

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>Energy demand is continuously increasing, due to rapid growth accompanying the development of population and industrialization. Because of the fossil sources are not keeping pace with the spiraling consumption, the over exploitation of nature resource results more environmental deterioration, which is not only in developing countries, but in some of the developed countries. Biomass, with its economic and environmentally-friendly properties, has been widely employed in biorefineries to recuperate from the scarcity of fossil fuels. Moreover, with the development of technology, recent research has upgraded the acceleration of biomass utilization. To date, the fourth generation of biomass, organic waste, has been widely applied, and multiple target products of biomass conversion are available. The present review article aims to highlight the various biochemical processes for the conversion of organic wastes into valuable products.</P>
The Effect of Na on CIGS Module Performance

We fabricated matched pairs of Cu(In<sub>1−x</sub>,Ga<sub>x</sub>)Se<sub>2</sub> (CIGS) solar cell devices on two different substrates with different Na levels. The effect of Na from the glass substrates on the CIGS device performance was investigated. We found clear evidence of performance enhancement due to Na especially for samples grown at higher temperatures. A comparison of the secondary ion mass spectroscopy (SIMS) profiles indicated the additional presence of alkali K atoms for devices on photovoltaic (PV)-specialty glass substrates. Novel reverse-bias-induced breakdown measurements were carried out to quantitatively characterize the quality of the junction interface due to the level of Na out-diffusion at higher growth temperatures.

The modified Au film based capacitive GO/Co/chitosan mediator was developed for a film- type glucose biosensor. The Au film electrode was electrically deposited on the GO/Co/chitosan mediator while glucose oxidase (Gox) was immobilized on the GO/Co/chitosan surface covalently bonded. Electrochemical factors for the developed biosensor were investigated to identify the glucose-sensing mechanism and to measure glucose sensor performance. The voltammetric responses were increased following to the concentration of D-glucose with the range of 1~15 mM. Though the sensing response of the developed biosensor at 14 days was decreased on the half of initial response at first day the biosensor still have the capacity of D-glucose detection. In this study, the produced electrons from the film typed electrode were successfully transferred by GO/Co/chitosan mediator and results in the excellent detection of D-glucose.
