전략적 성과측정시스템의 특성이 조직태도, 조직시민행동과 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 탐색적 연구

본 연구는 PMS 특성(PMS 질적 특성, PMS 구성적정성, PMS 공정성)이 개인차원성과(조직태도 / 조직시민행동)와 조직차원성과(재무 / 비재무성과)에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 PMS 문헌을 고찰하여 PMS 특성을 개념화 하였고, 개념화한 PMS 특성과 조직차원성과의 관계에서 개인차원성과는 매개역할을 하는지를 살펴보기 위해 경로분석을 수행하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, PMS 특성은 프로세스 및 학습과 성장성과, 고객성과의 개선에도 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, PMS 특성은 조직태도, 조직시민행동의 개선에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, PMS 특성과 조직차원 비재무성과(프로세스 및 학습과 성장성과, 고객성과) 간의 관계에서 개인차원성과(조직태도, 조직시민행동)는 매개역할을 하였다. 다만, PMS 특성이 재무성과에 미치는 영향은 혼재되어 있었다. 본 연구는 다음과 같은 점을 시사하고 있다. 첫째, PMS는 경영관리 목적에 적합해야 한다. 둘째, PMS에서 사용하는 지표의 구성은 적정해야 한다. 셋째, PMS는 공정해야 한다. 그리고 이러한 PMS 특성이 확보된다면 조직태도와 조직시민행동을 경유하여 비재무성과가 개선될 수 있을 것이다. The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of PMS characteristics (PMS qualitative characteristics, compositional appropriateness of PMS, and PMS Justice) on performances of individual dimension (organizational attitude / organizational citizenship behavior) and performances of organizational dimension (financial / non-financial performances). To achieve the research objectives, We reviewed the PMS literature to conceptualize the PMS characteristics, and path analysis was conducted to examine whether individual dimension performances plays a role in the relationship between the conceptualized PMS characteristics and organizational dimension performances. The results of this study are as follows. Firstly, the PMS characteristics positively influenced performance of process & learning and growth, customer performance. Secondly, PMS characteristics positively influenced organizational attitude, organizational citizenship behavior. Thirdly, the performances of individual dimension (organizational attitude / organizational citizenship behavior) mediated the relationship PMS characteristics and nonfinancial performances of organizational dimension. However, the effects of the PMS characteristics on financial performance were mixed. This study suggests the following points. Firstly, PMS should be suitable for the business management purposes. Secondly, the composition of the indicators used in PMS characteristics should be appropriate. Thirdly, PMS should be fair. If such PMS characteristics are secured, non-financial performance can be expected to improve through the improvement of organizational attitude and organizational citizenship behavior.

Yongneup wetland protected area, the only high moor in Korea, is a core area to conserve biodiversity. Even though the Yongneup wetland protected area is relatively small, various plant species are distributed in the Yongneup wetland protected area because it includes various habitats showing different environmental gradients. Vascular plants distributed in the Yongneup wetland protected area were identified as a total of 376 taxa that is composed of 73 families, 217 genera, 322 species, 3 subspecies, 44 varieties and 7 forms. For endangered plants designated by the Ministry of Environment, 5 species including Trientalis europaea var. arctica, Lilium dauricum, Halenia corniculata, Lychnis wilfordii and Menyanthes trifoliata were found and 34 taxa were confirmed to be distributed only in the mountainous wetland habitats. Regarding naturalized plants, a total of 11 taxa were distributed, but most of them were distributed in the areas where artificial interference has occurred. And in areas inside the wetlands that are relatively well preserved, 2 species of Bidens frondosa and Erigeron annuus were observed. In this study, the occurrence and distribution of Pseudostellaria baekdusanensis M. Kim, which was recently found in Mt. Baekdu and reported as a new species, were identified in the Yongneup wetland protected area. A wetland is a very vulnerable area to drastic environmental changes and damages to its ecosystem could cause the extinction of rare plant species which are distributed only in the wetlands. Therefore, it is mandatory that current status of the Yongneup wetland protected area is evaluated and actions to prevent rapid environmental changes are taken. Fourteen separate investigations were conducted in 2013 and another four in 2014, to evaluate current status of the Yongneup wetland protected area. These investigations have provided us the basic information for future actions of conservation and restoration.
On-Line UPS 기능 내장형 ESS 설계 및 적용

본 논문에서는 ESS(Energy Storage System)의 Battery측 DC 전압을 공유하여 기본적인 ESS구성에 On-Line UPS기능을 함께 가지는 Multi-Function ESS를 설계하고, 적용한 기술을 설명 한다. 용량은 PCS 250kW, Battery 190kWh, UPS 125kW용량으로 구성하였으며, UPS는 125kWh 2Set를 이중화하는 구성으로 설계 하였다. On-Line UPS 기능 내장형 ESS 전체 제어는 PMS를 통해 이루어지며, 기본적으로 계통연계(GC), 독립운전(GI), GC와 GI가 센싱을 통해 자동으로 절체되는 Auto Mode 제어 모드를 가지며, TOU Application 운영이 가능하도록 제어기를 구현하였다. 또한 PMS는 Battery SoC를 모니터링하여, 사용자가 ESS와 UPS운영을 필요에 따라 용량을 정의하고 운영할 수 있도록 하였다. 관련기술을 기본/상세 설계 후 제작하여, 기능 및 성능에 대한 시험 검증 후 실제 부하와 연계하여 실증한 사례를 기술 한다.

Physical and structural characteristics of four local barnyardgrass flour and starch were investigated. Amylose content ranged from 6.9 to 12.5%. The BP 3563 and BP 3606 were low amylose lines, and the BP 3592 and BP 3610 showed very low amylose lines. Peak viscosities of four barnyardgrass collections BP-3563, BP-3592, BP-3606, and BP-3610 ranged 264 to 2397. All barnyard grass lines displayed an A-type X-ray diffraction pattern showing the strong diffraction peak at around 2~theta values 15~circ , 17~circ , 18~circ and 23~circ , and a small peak at 20~circ 2~theta . Scanning electron microscopy revealed that the starch granule sizes ranged 5.5-12.5~mum in diameter showing polygonal and rarely spherical in shape with round edges and some pores at the surface. Starch crystallinity of BP 3563, BP 3592, BP 3606, and BP 3610 was 23.9, 25.0, 24.7, and 25.5%, respectively.
Monolithic Metal Oxide Transistors

<P>We devised a simple transparent metal oxide thin film transistor architecture composed of only two component materials, an amorphous metal oxide and ion gel gate dielectric, which could be entirely assembled using room-temperature processes on a plastic substrate. The geometry cleverly takes advantage of the unique characteristics of the two components. An oxide layer is metallized upon exposure to plasma, leading to the formation of a monolithic source-channel-drain oxide layer, and the ion gel gate dielectric is used to gate the transistor channel effectively at low voltages through a coplanar gate. We confirmed that the method is generally applicable to a variety of sol-gel-processed amorphous metal oxides, including indium oxide, indium zinc oxide, and indium gallium zinc oxide. An inverter NOT logic device was assembled using the resulting devices as a proof of concept demonstration of the applicability of the devices to logic circuits. The favorable characteristics of these devices, including (i) the simplicity of the device structure with only two components, (ii) the benign fabrication processes at room temperature, (iii) the low-voltage operation under 2 V, and (iv) the excellent and stable electrical performances, together support the application of these devices to low-cost portable gadgets, i.e., cheap electronics.</P>
Laser-Induced Solid-Phase Doped Graphene

<P>There have been numerous efforts to improve the performance of graphene-based electronic devices by chemical doping. Most studies have focused on gas-phase doping with chemical vapor deposition. However, that requires a complicated transfer process that causes undesired doping and defects by residual polymers. Here, we report a solid-phase synthesis of doped graphene by means of silicon carbide (SiC) substrate including a dopant source driven by pulsed laser irradiation. This method provides <I>in situ</I> direct growth of doped graphene on an insulating SiC substrate without a transfer step. A numerical simulation on the temperature history of the SiC surface during laser irradiation reveals that the surface temperature of SiC can be accurately controlled to grow nitrogen-doped graphene from the thermal decomposition of nitrogen-doped SiC. HiMang: Highly Manageable Network and Service Architecture for New Generation

The Internet is a very successful modern technology and is considered to be one of the most important means of communication. Despite that success, fundamental architectural and business limitations exist in the Internet's design. Among these limitations, we focus on a specific issue, the lack of manageability, in this paper. Although it is generally understood that management is a significant and important part of network and service design, it has not been considered as an integral part in their design phase. We address this problem with our future Internet management architecture called highly manageable network and service architecture for new generation (HiMang), which is a novel architecture that aims at integrating management capabilities into network and service design. HiMang is highly manageable in the sense that it is autonomous, scalable, robust, and evolutionary while reducing the complexity of network management. Unlike any other management framework, HiMang provides management support for the revolutionary networks of the future while maintaining backward compatibility for existing networks.
