      • SOL-GEL法에 依한 LAS系 結晶化유리의 製造에 있어서 租成比유리의 特性에 미치는 影響

        The purpose of this study is to investigate into the physical properties of Li₂O-Al₂O₃-nSiO₂ (LAnS) system of crystallized glass prepared by sol-gel method according to the composition ratio of LAnS. In order to find the crystallization temperature as well as the state of crystalline, differential thermal analysis and X-ray diffraction analysis were examined. The results obtained are as follows : 1. Gelling time became longer as increasing the composition ratio of SiO₂ and also found that it became faster as increasing the additive amount of water. Also, additive amount of water required for the gellation was above four times of the theoretical amount of water required hydrolysis. 2. Surface area and mean pore size became larger as increasing the composition ratio of SiO₂ and for LA4S dried gel, surface area was 331.1m^(2)/g, mean pore size distributed about 5nm and 30-50nm. 3. The crystallization temperature is high as increasing the composition ratio of SiO₂ and for LA4S, crystallization temperature is 800℃. Also, LA4S formed at 800℃ for the crystalline phase of β-eucryptite and at 900℃ for crystalline phase of β-spodumene.

        Parathion을 경구투여(經口投與)한 Mouse의 체내(體內) Cholinesterase 활성도(活性度) 및 Glucose함량(含量) 조사(調査)

        The insecticide p-nitropheny diethyl thiophospate is alse known by the symbol E.605 and a legion of trade names including "parathion". The insecticide is widely used in agriculture, but it is highly toxic and now clear that paration behaves like a cholinergic drug by inhibiting the enzyme cholinesterase. In order to know acute toxicity and the changes of glucose concentrations and activity according to time lapsed in female mice given orally single with the half dose to LD50 of parathion, glucose contents and cholinesterase activities in serum as well as cholinesterase activities in whole brain and spinal cord were investigated, otherwise median lethal dose (LD50) of parathion given orally against female mice was determined. The results obtained were summerized as follows; 1. LD50 value of parathion given orally to female mice was 7.lmg/kg(95% confidence limits, 3.8-13.1mg/kg). 2. The inhibition rate of cholinesterase activities in serum of parathion-administrated mice according to time lapsed were peakly decreased to 61% after 30 minutes in comparison to control group, but activities were completely recovered after 48 hours. 3. The inhibition rate of cholinesterase activities in whole brain of parathion- administrated mice according to time lapsed were peakly decreased to 49% after 2 hours in completely recovered after 24 hours. 4. The inhibition rate of cholinesterase activities in spinal cord of parathion- administrated mice according to time lapsed were peakly decreased to 57% after 2 hours in comparison to control group, but activities were completely recovered after 48 hours. 5. The changes of glucose contents in serum of parathion-administrated mice according to time lapsed and in directly after death due to parathion poisoning were no significantly difference.

        Synthesis and Physical Properties Oligo(Propylene oxide-block-ethylene oxide) Allyl Methyl Ether

        Oligo(propylene oxide-block-ethylene oxide) allyl methyl ethers (Allyl oligo(PO-b-EO) Me) with varying chain lengths and EO/PO ratios were synthesized using methylation, and addition reaction. Allyl oligo(PO-b-EO) with the reactive allyl end group was prepared by adding PO and EO using allyl alcoholate initiator ionized with KOH, Metallization was applied to the other hydroxy end using t-BuOK. Allyl oligo(PO-b-EO) Me was then synthesized by reacting this metallic anion with MeOTs of a good leaving group using S_N2. These mono- and bi-substituted oligomers were identified using FT-IR, ¹H-NMR, and GPC. They were then studied for the thermal properties and aqueous solution phase behaviors.

        酢酸과 食鹽의 混合液 洗滌이 冷臧牛肉의 低溫性 細菌에 미치는 影響

        Beef plates were sanitized with 3% acetic acid and 3.5% sooium chloride before stored at 4c and 85±5% relative humidity. Organotrophic, Bacteriologic, pH and Volatile basic nitrogen analysis were followed for 9 days. The results obtained were summarized as follows; Slime was detected within 4-5 day in the control, 9 day in the sanitized samples with corresponding Psychrotrophic count of about 10⁸c.f.u/cm². Isolates from Psychrotrophic colony have the characteristics of Pseudomonas. Coliforms and Lactic acid bacteria count increased slowly but the relative population load to psychrophiles decreased with time. The pH in control showed the little changes until spoilage was detected. The pH in sanitized samples dropped to 4.7, rose to original level until about sixth day of storage. The equation of the regression between the Volutile basic nitrogen(V) and the Psychrophiles count(P) was V=-1.58+3.07 Log P with a correlation coefficient of 0.84(P<0.01). The treatment with 3% acetic acid and 3.5% sodium chloride prolonged the microbial spoilage by 4-5 days compared to the control samples, but the treated samples evolved acetic acid odors and showed the discolorization.

        체육교육학에서의 창의성 연구 동향 파악을 위한 키워드 네트워크(keyword network) 분석

        이 연구의 목적은 키워드 네트워크(keyword network) 분석 방법을 활용하여 체육교육학에서의 창의성 연구 동향을 탐색하고 향후 과제를 제시하는 것이다. 문헌 수집은 RISS(학술연구정보서비스)를 통해 ‘창의’, ‘체육’, ‘스포츠’ 키워드를 조합하여 검색된 논문(479편)중에서 2000년 이후 논문을 대상으로 하였다. 분석 대상은 중복된 논문을 제외하고 강신복(2009)이 설정한 체육교육학 연구 주제 범위와 박병기, 강현숙(2007)이 설정한 창의성 연구 주제 범위에 따라 총 113편을 최종 선정하였다. 주요 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 한국체육교육학에서 창의성 연구 논문은 2000년 이후 한해 평균 약 6.6편이 발표되었으며 빈도 추이는 꾸준히 증가하였다. 둘째, 연구 방법에 따른 빈도는 양적연구, 문헌연구, 질적연구, 혼합연구 순으로 많이 나타났다. 셋째, 키워드 빈도는 ‘창의성’, ‘학교스포츠클럽’, ‘창의․인성’, ‘창의적체험 활동’, ‘창의․인성교육’, ‘독창성’, ‘인성’, ‘창의경영학교’, ‘표현활동’ 순으로 나타났다. 넷째, 출현빈도가 높은 22개 키워드를 선정하여 네트워크 분석을 실시한 결과를 살펴보면 ‘창의성~체육’, ‘창의․인성~창의․인성교육~인성~창의적인성’, ‘학교스포 츠클럽~창의적체험활동~창의경영학교~체육교육혁신형’, ‘무용교육~창작무용~ 독창성~유창성’이 각각 클러스터로 구성되었다. 이에 따른 향후 과제로는 첫째, 교육정책 중심에서 현장 연구로, 둘째, 표현활동 중심에서 연구영역의 다변화, 셋째, 결과중심에서 창의적인 과정의 프로그램 개발및 적용을 제시하였다. This study aims to analyze the trend of creativity research in Sport Pedagogy utilizing keyword network analysis. 113 studies related to creativity research in Sport Pedagogy since 2000 were collected, keyword network analysis was conducted. The main results are as follows. First, approximately 6.6 studies on creativity research in Sport Pedagogy were published annually. Secondly, most of the research methods were quantitative, followed by literature research, qualitative research, and mixed research. Third, the main keywords were ‘creativity’ followed by ‘school sport club’, ‘creativity and character’, ‘creative experiential activities’, ‘creativity and character education’, ‘originality’, ‘character’, ‘creative school management’, ‘expressive activity’. Fourth, according to analysis of 22 high degree centrality keywords; ‘creativity~physical education’, ‘creativity and character~creativity and character education~character~ creative personality’, ‘school sport club~creative experiential activities~creative school management~physical education innovation type’, ‘originality~fluency~creative thinking’ a trend emerged showing keywords were related to each other. Based on these findings, the task to undertake are ‘research of field’, ‘diversification of research areas’, ‘program development and application of creative process’.

        키워드 네트워크(keyword network) 분석을 활용한 초등체육교육학 연구 동향

        이 연구의 목적은 키워드 네트워크 분석 방법을 활용하여 초등체육교육학 연구의 동향을 탐색하고 향후 연구활성화를 위한 방안을 제시하는 것이다. 연구대상은 지난 10년간 「한국스포츠교육학회지」, 「한국체육교육학회지」, 「한국초등체육학회지」에 게재된 논문(1,242편)중에서 초등체육교육학 연구 논문 731편이다. 주요 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 분석 대상으로 선정된 학술지에서 발표된 초등체육교육학 논문은 지난 10년간 한해 평균 73.1편이다. 둘째, 연구 방법에 따른 빈도는 양적연구, 질적연구, 문헌연구, 혼합연구 순으로 많이 나타났다. 셋째, 키워드 빈도는 ‘초등학생’, ‘초등체육’, ‘초등학교’, ‘체력’, ‘체육수업’, ‘체육교육’ 순으로 나타났다. 넷째, 연결중심성이 높은 60개 키워드를 선정하여 네트워크 분석을 실시한 결과를 살펴보면 ‘체육-참여-초등학교-초등학생-초등체육’, ‘체력-신체적자기개념-자기효능감-내적동기-자아탄력성-정서’, ‘뉴스포츠-즐거운생활-무용교육-다문화사회-음악줄넘기-학교스포츠클럽’, ‘초등교사-초등예비교사-예비교사’, ‘신체구성-신체조성-건강체력’이 각각 클러스터로 구성되었다. 이에 따른 향후 과제로는 첫째, 초등체육교육학 연구의 발전을 이끌 유인책 개발, 둘째, 독자적 연구 영역 탐색, 셋째, 연구 방법의 다변화를 제시하였다. Purpose: This study aims to analyze the trend of Elementary Sport Pedagogy research in Korea. Methods: 731 studies related to Elementary Sport Pedagogy from 2006 to 2015 were collected, and keyword network analysis was conducted. Results: The main results are as follows. First, approximately 73.1 studies on Elementary Sport Pedagogy were published annually. Secondly, most of the research methods were quantitative, followed by qualitative research, literature research, and mixed research. Third, the main keywords were ‘elementary student’ followed by elementary physical education, elementary school, physical fitness, physical education class, physical education. Fourth, according to analysis of 60 high degree centrality keywords: ‘physical education ~ participation ~ elementary school ~ elementary student ~ elementary class’, ‘physical fitness ~ physical self description ~ self-efficacy ~ intrinsic motivation ~ ego-resilience ~ emotion’, ‘new sports ~ pleasant life ~ dance education ~ multicultural society ~ music rope-skipping ~ school sport club’, ‘elementary school teacher ~ elementary pre-service teacher ~ pre-service teacher’, ‘body composition ~ health-related physical fitness’, a trend emerged showing keywords were related to each other. Conclusion: Based on these findings, the task to undertake are ‘development of incentives’, ‘exploration of independent research area’, ‘diversification of research methods’.
