3-Phenyl-1-(2-furyl)propenone유도체의 가수분해 반응 메카니즘의 반응속도론적 연구

Five 3-phenyl-l-(2-furyl)propenone derivatives were prepared by the condensation reactions of acetylfuran with benzaldehyde derivatives. The rate constants for hydrolysis of 3-phenyl-l-(2-furyl) propenone derivatives were determined at various pH in 50% MeOH-water mixed solvents at 25℃ (u=0. 1 NaCl). From the observed rate constants, rate equations, isosbestic points, general base effect, substituent effect and product analysis, the reasonable mechanism was proposed. From the results, the reaction mechanism was proposed 1,4-Michael type addition reaction of a, b-unsaturated ketones with water. Below pH8.0, water added to the carbon-carbon double bond of 3-phenyl-l-(2-furyl) propenone derivatives. At pH 8.0-12.0, water molecules and hydroxide ion added competitively to carbon-carbon double bond of 3-phenyl-l-(2-furyl) propenone. Above pH12, hydroxde ion added to the carbon-carbon double bond of 3-phenyl-l-(2-furyl) propenone.

Free sugars-Fructose, Glucose, Sucrose, Maltose-were isolated from white ginseng, red ginseng, and red ginseng concentrate by HPLC. The results for the content of sugar was as follows: in white ginseng, Sucrose(30.70ppm) > Maltose (7.45ppm) > Fructose(0.42ppm) > Glucose(0.22ppm), in red ginseng, Maltose(33.65ppm) > Sucrose(8.84ppm) > Fructose (0.81ppm) > Glucose(0.43ppm), and in red ginseng concentrate, Sucrose(14.12ppm) > Fructose(9.23ppm) > Maltose(6.86ppm) > Glucose(5.87ppm). Overall results suggest that, in the contents of sugar, monosaccharide(Glucose) is lowest and disaccharide(Sucrose, Maltose) is highest, in all of ginseng.

The ESR parameters of the spin Hamiltonian for the so-called S1-center in cultured Quartz were measured at 40 K by the least squares fitting method. The temperature dependence of the parameters of the S1-center in quartz was also analized over a range of 20 - 295 K, using experimental results. Absolute values of the principal components of the D-tensor are decreased with increasing temperature, and the z-direction of the principal axes is also changed slightly over this temperature range.

Objectives The purpose of this study is to show the effect of combined treatment including laser acupuncture therapy on a 29-year-old male suffering from postoperative trigeminal neuralgia Methods A patient with postoperative trigeminal neuralgia was treated with combined treatment including laser acupuncture therapy. Laser acupuncture is used to stimulating several acupoints(SI18, GV26, LI20) on trigeminal nerve innervation. The treatment had applied once a day at regular time. The patient observed with treating for 4 days and scored by Pain drawing assessment, Short Form Mcgil pain questionnaire(SF-MPQ) and EQ-5D-5L to evaluate improvement of symptoms Results After treatment has applied, Pain drawing assessment, SF-MQP and EQ-5D-5L score tended to improve with the lapse of time. Conclusions The results show that combined treatment including laser acupuncture therapy on several acupoints might be effective to improve trigeminal neuralgia caused by surgery of trigeminal schwannoma
슈도-세그멘테이션 기법을 이용한 저 전력 12비트 80㎒ CMOS D/A 변환기 설계

본 논문에서는 무선 통신 응용 시스템에 적합하도록 슈도-세그멘테이션 기법을 이용하여 저 전력 12비트 80㎒ D/A 변환기를 CMOS 0.18㎛ n-well 1-Poly/6-Metal 공정으로 설계하였다. 슈도-세그멘테이션 기법은 간단한 병렬 버퍼로 구성된 이진 디코더를 사용함으로써 구조적으로 간단해지며 저 전력으로 구현이 가능하다. 또한, 스위칭 코어 회로에 글리치 억제 회로와 입력신호의 스윙을 감소시키는 구동 회로를 설계함으로써 추가적인 스위칭 잡음을 줄일 수 있었다. 측정 결과 제안한 저 전력 12bit 80㎒ CMOS D/A 변환기는 샘플링 주파수 80㎒일 때, 입력 주파수 1㎒에서 SFDR은 66.01㏈c, 유효비트수는 010.67비트를 보여주었다. INL/DNL은 ±1.6LSB/±1.2LSB로 측정되었으며, 글리치 에너지는 49pVㆍs로 나타났다. 전력 소모는 1.8V 전원 전압에서 최대 속도인 80㎒일 때 46.8mW로 측정되었다. This paper describes the design of low power 12bit Digital-to-Analog Converter(D/A Converter) using Pseudo-Segmentation method which shows the conversion rate of 80㎒ and the power supply of 1.8V with 0.18um CMOS n-well 1-poly 6-metal process for advanced wireless communication system. Pseudo-segmentation methjod used in binary decoder consists of simple parallel buffer is employed for low power because of simpler configuration than that of thermometer decoder. Also, using deglitch circuit and swing reduced driver reduces a switching noise. The measurement results of the proposed low power 12bit 80㎒ CMOS D/A Converter shows SFDR is 66.01㏈c at sampling frequency 80㎒, input frequency 1㎒ and ENOB is 10.67bit. Integral nonlinearity(INL) / Differential nonlinearity(DNL) have been measured ±1.6LSB / ±1.2LSB. Glitch energy is measured 49 pV·s. Power dissipation is 46.8mW at 80㎒(maximum sampling frequency) at a 1.8V power supply.

The endoscope has clear advantages over the microscope for visualization and instrumentation in the hidden regions, thus the use of endoscope has led to new treatment options in field of otology. Although approach to petrous apex (PA) creates difficulty in treatment, recent progresses in endoscopic surgery, using image guided system, allow removal of the PA cholesteatoma by endoscopically. Endoscopes can be used as an adjunctive tool when the lesion extends around the cochlea, the labyrinth and the internal auditory canal. Here, we report 2 cases of PA cholesteatoma that was treated by middle cranial fossa approach with endoscopic assisted technique and discuss about the usefulness of endoscopic assisted technique to PA cholesteatoma.

The purpose of this study was to parallel circuit training and circuit training with sonic systemic mechanism was to compare the differences in pulmonary function and chest expansion in adult men. This study was performed on 20 subjects. 20 subjects were divided into two groups; Circuit training group(n=10), Circuit training with sonic systemic mechanism(n=10). Both of the group performed the exercise 3 times a week for 5 weeks. The data was analyzed by the Repeated t-test for comparing before, during and after changes of factors in each group and the Independent t-test for comparing the between groups. The result are as follows. Circuit training group was statistically significant difference FVC, FEV1/FVC(p<.05), Circuit training with sonic systemic mechanism group was statistically significant difference PEF, VC in pulmonary function(p<.05). Circuit training group was statistically significant difference FEV1/FVC of between the two group in pulmonary function(p<.05). Circuit training group and circuit training with sonic systemic mechanism group was statistically significant difference in chest expansion(p<0.05) and there was no statistically significant difference of between the two group in chest expansion(p>.05).

<P>To develop new highly energetic materials, we have considered the design of molecules with high nitrogen content. Possible candidates include 1,3,5-triazine derivatives. In this work, we studied potential synthetic routes for melamine using the MP2/6-31+G(d,p)//B3LYP/6-31G(d) level of theory. The mechanisms studied here are stepwise mechanism beginning with the dimerization of cyanamide and one-step termolecular mechanism. The same type of mechanism is also applied to nitro-substituted 1,3,5-triazines. Values for the heat of formation in the solid phase were predicted from density functional theory calculations. Densities were estimated from a regression equation obtained by molecular surface electrostatic potentials. The Cheetah program was used to study the explosive performance of these compounds. In this study, we found that the explosive properties of 2-amino-4, 6-dinitro-1, 3,5-triazine (ADNTA), and 2,4,6-trinitro-1,3,5-triazine (TNTA) are similar to those of RDX and HMX, respectively. © 2010 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
