The 7th National Curriculum requires the part of a school library for supporting porformance evaluation, optional actives, and extracurricular activities. The school library which is very important part of school education needs support of necessary resources and adequate facilities for performing its functions effectively and efficiently. This reserch is based on the school library for present education to need. And, the objective of this reserch is to grasp the present condition of school library and to show improvement device for planning efficiently the time when school library is designed in future.

Bl6 Melanoma세포에서 Citrus Essential Oil이 Melanin 생성에 미치는 영향

This study is performed to investigate the effects of citrus essential oils on melanin production in Bl6 melanoma cells. Five kinds of citrus essential oils (Bergamot, Grapefruit, Lemon, Mandarin, Petigrain) did not have any influence on DPPH radical scavenger activity cell growth and cytotoxicity in Bl6 melanoma cells. Both mandarin and petigrain essential oils dose-dependently inhibited purified tyrosinase activity, but bergamot did not. In 1μM MSH-stimulated Bl6 melanoma cells, all of 5 citrus essential oils inhibited melanin production in a dose dependent manner. From the above results, it is possible that citrus essential oils may be development to be an anti-melanogenesis agent on the basis of their inhibitory effect on MSH-induced melanin production.

인지심리관점에서의 베드헤드콘솔 디자인 평가원칙에 관한 연구

베드헤드콘솔은 환자와 의료진이 공동으로 사용하는 의료기기임에도 불구하고 전문 의료진 사용을 중심으로 설계되어 비교적 전문 의료지식이 낮은 환자가 사용함에 있어 불편함을 겪고 있다. 환자는 베드헤드콘솔의 구성요소가 지닌 기능을 시각적 판단으로만 의존하고 있으며, 의료기기 조작 과실에 대한 우려와 심리적 부담감으로 베드헤드콘솔을 적극적으로 활용하지 못하고 있다. 본 연구는 베드헤드콘솔에 대한 시각적 인지 향상 및 개선방향 모색을 목적으로 진행하였다. 현재 대학병원의 다인병실에서 사용되는 베드헤드콘솔의 A, B, C 세 가지 모델을 선별하여 연구 대상으로 선정하였고 문헌조사와 관찰조사를 통해 베드헤드콘솔의 이론적 배경, 구성요소, 사용 형태를 파악하였다. 그 후 설문조사를 통해 전문 의료진과 비의료 전문인의 불편한 구성요소를 알아보았으며 결과를 수렴하여 최종적으로 FGI 전문가그룹인터뷰를 통해 베드헤드콘솔의 인지심리 15가지 평가원칙을 도출하였다. 본 연구의 종합적 결론은 베드헤드콘솔의 구성요소는 사용자의 동선과 사용 빈도를 고려하여 기능을 분류할 필요가 있으며 위험도 및 중요도에 따라서 순차적으로 파악이 가능하도록 재배치 되어야한다. 또한 구성요소간의 시각적 간섭을 줄이기 위해 최소 간격과 액세서리의 장착 위치에 대한 연구가 필요할 것으로 보인다. 본 연구는 향후 베드헤드콘솔의 시각적 인지 개선과 사용편의상 향상을 위한 기존 베드헤드콘솔의 문제점을 보완하는 기초자료가 될 수 있을 것이다. Even though a bed head console is a medical device that both patients and medical teams can use, patients who have little knowledges of medical treatment feel difficult to visually recognize and physically operate its composition, as it has been designed based on professional medical skills. In particular, it is directly related to patients` safety and health, so it should be visually recognized rather than physically operated. Therefore, this study is to improve visual recognition of the bed head consoles and find out its improvement direction. I have selected A, B and C models of general bed head consoles used in hospitals in Seoul and metropolitan areas. Afterwards, I have found out its theoretical background, compositions and using types through literature searches and observing surveys. I have surveyed with non-medical experts and medical experts and analyzed its result. I have drawn assessment principles of cognitive psychology through a FGI expert group interview. The overall conclusion form this study, components of the bed head console is considering functions classification recording to functions and user movements and frequency of use. and relocate components depending on risk and importance. and it need to more study about between each accessories location and interval for reduce visually interference. this study will be basic data to understand and supplement problems of the existing bed head consoles to develop its design and improve its convenience for use in the future.

국어 사물 개념의 은유적 확장 연구 -대화 말뭉치를 바탕으로-

In a cognitive linguistic approach, metaphor is to understand one thing in terms of another. For example, we metaphorically understand some abstract concepts as some objects existing in physical world. Such metaphorical understanding is reflected in language. This paper explores metaphorical extensions of THING concepts in Korean using corpus data to reveal how Korean language users understand and use the concepts of THING. More specifically, we examine how abstract concepts are metaphorically understood in terms of THING concepts. Since things are essential in our daily life, various thing concepts constitute source domain concepts for a large number of abstract target domain concepts. THING concepts are built upon our physical experiences and the knowledge about the things enables us to understand other abstract concepts metaphorically. In order to find metaphors that are based on THING concepts and that are frequently used, we examined relevant metaphorical expressions attested in spoken Korean corpus. We can find the metaphorical conceptualization of THING in terms of QUANTITY, WEIGHT, TEMPERATURE, BRIGHTNESS, DENSITY OF THE THING based on the attributes of THING such as touching and handling the objects. Also we can find the metaphorical extension of SOLID, a state of things, in terms of SIZE, SHAPE, FEELS OF THE THING based on the attributes of THING such as grasping and manipulating the objects. Finally we can find the metaphorical extension of LIQUID, because of the nature of the liquid such as fluidity. This research validates cognitive processes by which language users understand abstract concepts in terms of concrete concepts. Also, those thing metaphors are of experiential basis, for they are motivated by physical experiences of Korean language users.

한국어 대화자료에 나타난 이동은유

This paper explores the uses of the movement metaphors in Korean based on a colloquial corpus. Linguistic forms in general reflect cognitive processes of language users in terms of their conceptualization of the events or states. Thus Korean movement metaphors show Korean language users` cognitive processes to understand events or actions. Korean movement metaphors are based on more general substance metaphor, whereby people understand abstract objects like events or actions in terms of concrete objects. Also Korean movement metaphors are based on such space conceptualization as to understand non-spatial concepts through spatial concepts. From an analysis on a quantitative approach, the uses of movement metaphors by Korean speakers reveal the following characteristics. Firstly, Korean language users could cognize events or actions as involving subject-moving or object-moving according to such factors as appearances, temporal process, and interactions with co-participants, etc. Secondly, movement metaphors can appear in parallel movement and vertical movement according to positive/negative and qualitative evaluations of the language users with regard to the events or actions concerned. Thirdly, movement metaphor can also appear as movement either out of or into a container. These characteristics are based on physical and psychological experiences of Korean language user. We can identify general cognitive processes by which language users understand abstract concepts as concrete concepts as shown above. To study movement metaphors by means of colloquial corpus is important in both studying metaphors used in natural settings and capturing language user`s cognitive processes in a non-biased way.

한국어 대화에 나타난 수직공간개념화 은유

This paper explores the uses of the vertical spatialization metaphors in Korean based on a colloquial corpus. There are various kinds of metaphors in Korean vertical spatialization metaphors, for examples, MORE IS UP; LESS IS DOWN, HAVING FORCE IS UP; BEING SUBJECT TO FORCE IS DOWN, ACT1VI1Y IS UP; INACTIVITY IS DOWN, CENTER IS UP; PERIPHERY IS DOWN, and HOT IS UP; COLD IS DOWN. Each metaphor has its own internal systemacity and coherence. Also, Korean vertical spatialization metaphors have systemacity and coherence among its subclasses extending from MORE IS UP; LESS IS DOWN metaphor. In this research, we can identify general cognitive processes by which language users understand abstract concepts in terms of concrete concepts. Also, we can find that Korean vertical spatialization metaphors are based on physical experiences of Korean language users.

NFT 마켓플레이스 플랫폼 사용성 향상을 위한 UX 사용성 연구

정보통신기술(Information and Communication Technology: ICT)의 발전으로 금융 서비스는 변화하고 있으며, 그중 NFT 플랫폼이 2030의 주목을 받고 있다. MZ 세대들은 가상화폐 투자 경험으로 NFT 거래에 대한 거부감은 적지만, 개념의 이해가 부족한 문제점이 발생하고 있다. 이를 해결하기 위해 서비스를 이용하는 데 느끼는 어려움과 문제점을 발견하고, 개선안을 제시하여 사용성 향상에 도움을 주어야 한다. 연구 방법으로는 NFT 마켓플레이스(Market place)에 대해 가상화폐 유경험자와 무경험자를 대상으로 가설을 설정하고 사용성 평가 선행연구를 통해 사용성 평가 기준을 설계하고 사용성 평가 및 인터뷰를 진행하였다. 연구 결과로 두 집단 사이에 NFT 사용성에 대한 유의미한 상관관계는 없었음을 확인하였고, 문제점 도출 및 가이드라인을 제안하였다. 플랫폼 사용성 향상을 위한 가이드라인을 통해 추후 NFT 거래 서비스의 사용성이 보완될 것으로 기대한다. Financial services are changing due to the development of Information and Communication Technology (ICT), of which the NFT platform is drawing attention from 2030. MZ generations have less resistance to NFT transactions due to their experience in investing in virtual currency, but there is a problem that they lack understanding of the concept. In order to solve this problem, it is necessary to find difficulties and problems in using the service and to help improve usability by presenting improvement plans. As a research method, hypotheses were established for those with experience and no experience in cryptocurrency for NFT marketplaces, usability evaluation criteria were designed through prior research on usability evaluation, and usability evaluation and interviews were conducted. As a result of the study, it was confirmed that there was no significant correlation between the two groups on NFT usability, and problems were derived and guidelines were proposed. It is expected that the usability of NFT trading services will be supplemented in the future through guidelines for improving platform usability.
