자왜 또는 자기이방성의 측정에 사용되는 전사석의 여자전류를 측정에 필요한 수초간만 흘려서 에너지 소모 및 측정시의 최대난점인 시료의 온도변화의 문제를 극소화하였다. 따라서 전자석의 냉각장치는 생략되고 크기와 전원의 용량도 극소화되었다. 공기간격 22㎜, 자극의 단면적 40 × 25㎟에서 0.5 T의 자장발생에는 180 W의 전원으로 족하였다. 시료의 자왜와, 자기이방성에 의한 토크를 전기용량센서에 의하여 측정하여 10^-8의 자왜분해능과 1 nJ의 토크 분해능을 얻었다. 0.02× 0.8× 10㎟의 연자성 리본의 형상이방성을 이용하여 이방성 측정시의 토크값을 교정하였다. A high efficiency small electromagnet(22㎜ air gap and 40 × 25㎟ core's cross section) suitable for measuring magnetostriction and magnetic anisotropy was built. The magnet could be miniaturized by reducing the measuring space and time. The excitation current of the electromagnet was supplied for only a few second of small. An 0.5 T magnetic field was generated with 180 W power consumption. The values of magnetostriction and magnetic anisotropy were measured with a very sensitive capacitance cell with resolution of 10^-8 and 1 no. The torque was calibrated using a soft magnetic ribbon's shape anisotropy.
Ink-foot Print를 이용한 성인편마비의 보행특성에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study was to survey the characteristics of gait in adult hemiplegia. All 40 subjects were tested for differences in 6 aspects of the gait. Velocity, cadence, step length, stride length, foot angle and base of support were recorded for 40 subjects with adult hemiplegia. Each subject was tested twice. This study used the ink foot-print, one of several temporal distance measures of gait performance. The results of the study were that 1) all 3 walking levels showed lower than normal values in all gait characteristics, 2) the 3 variables studied all showed better scores(velocity: 25.0 cm/sec faster ; stride in the non-paretic leg: 14.5cm longer ; foot angle in the paretic leg: 2.9˚ smaller) the independent ambulation group rather than the patient group with mono cane, 3) the subject with mono cane had higher values than the subject with quad cane in the mean gait velocity and mean gait cadence were 15.3 cm/sec faster and 21.4 step/min more. These results show that the patient with independent ambulation had highest values among the all groups and also provide some guidance for identifying appropriate targets for treatment intervention with adult hemiplegia.

Dyslipidemia-induced atherosclerosis, which has a risk of high morbidity and mortality, can be alleviated by metabolic activation associated with mitochondrial function. The effect of dichloroacetate (DCA), a general pyruvate dehydrogenase kinase (PDK) inhibitor, on in vivo energy expenditure in ApoE−/− mice fed a western diet (WD) has not yet been investigated. WD-fed ApoE−/− mice developed atherosclerotic plaques and hyperlipidemia along with obesity, which were significantly ameliorated by DCA administration. Increased oxygen consumption was associated with heat production in the DCA-treated group, with no change in food intake or physical activity compared with those of the control. These processes were correlated with the increased gene expression of Dio2 and Ucp-1, which represents brown adipose tissue (BAT) activation, in both WD-induced atherosclerosis and high-fat-induced obesity models. In addition, we found that DCA stimulated hepatic fibroblast growth factor 21 (Fgf21) mRNA expression, which might be important for lowering lipid levels and insulin sensitization via BAT activation, in a dose- and time-dependent manner associated with serum FGF21 levels. Interestingly, Fgf21 mRNA expression was mediated in an AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK)-dependent manner within several minutes after DCA treatment independent of peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor alpha (PPARα). Taken together, the results suggest that enhanced glucose oxidation by DCA protects against atherosclerosis by inducing hepatic FGF21 expression and BAT activation, resulting in augmented energy expenditure for heat generation.

In the recent years, as smart phones popularized, the number of people who use IMS (instant messaging service) and SNS (social network service) rapidly has increased as the usage of SMS (short message service) relatively decreased. That is why this thesis suggests a contact control service based on Android. It contains an inducing function that calls acquaintances, which were given a score based on the level of familiarity from saved contacts and call logs. And it provides an overall ranking of call log in order to grasp frequently called people. This developed system was tested on Samsung Galaxy S2 and LG Optimus LTE / Android 2.2 which were the main smart phone models.
