Cerebral vascular malformations constitute one of the key abnormalities in children with PHACE syndrome, which is characterized by Plaque like cutaneous hemangiomas, Posterior fossa abnormalities, arterial Cerebrovascular and Eye abnormalities, with or without Sternal clefts (PHACES when sternal clefts are present), and associated midline anomalies. Both moyamoya arteriopathy and intracranial aneurysms have been reported in children with this syndrome. Herein, we report the successful treatment of a growing left posterior-communicating artery aneurysm arising from an aberrant left internal carotid artery (LICA) with balloon assisted coiling (BAC) in a child with PHACE syndrome. We circumvented the limitations posed by the narrow caliber of the proximal LICA, by successfully navigating a coiling microcatheter from the basilar artery into the LICA via a persistent trigeminal artery. BAC was then achieved using a Scepter Mini balloon microcatheter for aneurysm neck remodelling.

Promoting promising and environment-friendly energy systems with smart microgridsis one of the imperativesolutions to realize sustainable development goal 7 (SDG 7) of uninterrupted electricity for all. On this premise, we develop a Cohesive Renewable Energy Microgrid (CREM) that providesa guarantee for universal access to electricity in a sustainable, aff ordable, and reliable way by integrating diff erent energy sources. In this work, we propose a grid-independent microgrid with cohesive solar-wind generating units, a diesel powered electric generator, and a storagebank to meet the power requirements of an educational institution, E.G.S. Pillay Engineering College, Nagapattinam, Tamil Nadu, India (10° 48.2′ N, 79° 50.1′ E). This work targets to evaluate the performance of diff erent renewable energy sources as analternate for traditional fossil fuel to provide uninterrupted power supply in the college premises. In this work, a software tool called Hybrid Optimization Model for Electric Renewable, is employed to fi nd out the optimal confi gurations of the proposed CREM and to validate the potential of the microgrid by performing techno-economic analysis against the given load demand.The statistics related to thesunradiations and wind velocities of the Nagapattinam district are employed in this study to achieve accurate results.The optimization results provide minimumannual system cost andconsistent power supply related to the actual utility grid.The optimal confi guration of the proposed CREM comprises of 3.3 kW wind turbine, 13 kW solar photovoltaics (PV) panels, and a 15 kW Genset with an annualized cost of $115,451 and energy costof 0.082$/kWh. The proposed CREM produces 71,457 kWh/year of energy to fulfi llthe institutional load demand of 58,043 kWh/year. The results reveal that the annualized cost of a Gensetis the maximum and contributes 64.63% of annualized system cost followed by solar energy system with 12.97%, battery bank with 11.47%, a wind turbine with 6.61%, and converter with 4.31%

This paper investigates the utilization of waste tyre crumb rubber as the fine aggregate in precast concrete Paving block (PCPB). PCPB’s are generally preferred for city roads, pedestrian crosswalk, parking lots and bus terminals. The main aim of this paper is to evaluate the mechanical properties of wet cast PCPB containing waste tyre crumb rubber. The mechanical properties were investigated using a density, compressive strength, split tensile strength and flexural strength tests at 7, 28 56 days according to the IS 15688:2006 and EN1338. The wet cast method was followed for producing PCPB samples. The fine aggregate (river sand) was replaced with waste tyre crumb in percentage of 5%, 10%, 15%, 20% and 25% by volume. All the test results were compared with the conventional PCPB (Without rubber). The test results indicate its feasibility for incorporating waste tyre crumb rubber in the production of PCPB by the wet cast method.
The Importance of Ubiquitination and Deubiquitination in Cellular Reprogramming

<P>Ubiquitination of core stem cell transcription factors can directly affect stem cell maintenance and differentiation. Ubiquitination and deubiquitination must occur in a timely and well-coordinated manner to regulate the protein turnover of several stemness related proteins, resulting in optimal embryonic stem cell maintenance and differentiation. There are two switches: an E3 ubiquitin ligase enzyme that tags ubiquitin molecules to the target proteins for proteolysis and a second enzyme, the deubiquitinating enzyme (DUBs), that performs the opposite action, thereby preventing proteolysis. In order to maintain stemness and to allow for efficient differentiation, both ubiquitination and deubiquitination molecular switches must operate properly in a balanced manner. In this review, we have summarized the importance of the ubiquitination of core stem cell transcription factors, such as Oct3/4, c-Myc, Sox2, Klf4, Nanog, and LIN28, during cellular reprogramming. Furthermore, we emphasize the role of DUBs in regulating core stem cell transcriptional factors and their function in stem cell maintenance and differentiation. We also discuss the possibility of using DUBs, along with core transcription factors, to efficiently generate induced pluripotent stem cells. Our review provides a relatively new understanding regarding the importance of ubiquitination/deubiquitination of stem cell transcription factors for efficient cellular reprogramming.</P>
Implementation of Adaptive Fuzzy Logic Control Based MPPT for Photovoltaic System

Recently, photovoltaic (PV) system has emerged as a promising renewable energy source to meet out the increasing energy demand. This PV cell has to optimally operate at a particular point to deliver maximum power called maximum power point (MPP). This paper presents an adaptive fuzzy logic control (AFLC) for the maximum power point tracking (MPPT) algorithm for photovoltaic power generation system. The main idea of the proposed algorithm is the application of fuzzy controller with an adaptive gain as a maximum power point tracker. It adjusts the duty cycle of the boost converter as well as controller’s gain. The performance of AFLC is compared with the conventional fuzzy controller for varying irradiance. Simulation studies of AFLC are carried out in MATLAB. The experimental results show the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed controller and the results were verified. The results reveal that the adaptive FLC can quickly track change of MPP in different light intensity and deliver more power compared to the classical fuzzy logic controller.

The thrust of this paper is to extend the notion of Plithogenic vertex domination to the basic operations in Plithogenic product fuzzy graphs ({\it PPFGs}). When the graph is a complete {\it PPFG}, Plithogenic vertex domination numbers ({\it PVDNs}) of its Plithogenic complement and perfect Plithogenic complement are the same, since the connectivities are the same in both the graphs. Since extra edges are added to the graph in the case of perfect Plithogenic complement, the {\it PVDN} of perfect Plithogenic complement is always less than or equal to that of Plithogenic complement, when the graph under consideration is an incomplete {\it PPFG}. The maximum and minimum values of the {\it PVDN} of the intersection or the union of {\it PPFGs} depend upon the attribute values given to {\it P}-vertices, the number of attribute values and the connectivities in the corresponding {\it PPFGs}. The novelty in this study is the investigation of the variations and the relations between {\it PVDNs} in the operations of Plithogenic complement, perfect Plithogenic complement, union and intersection of {\it PPFGs}.
A novel discussion on power fuzzy graphs and their application in decision making

In this paper, Power fuzzy graphs is newly introduced by allotting fuzzy values on power graphs in such a way that the newly added edges, has the edge membership values between a closed interval which depends on vertex membership values and the length of the added edges. Power fuzzy subgraphs and total power fuzzy graphs are newly defined with properties and some special cases. It is observed that every power fuzzy graph is a fuzzy graph but the converse need not be true. Edges that are incident to vertices with the least vertex membership values are retained in the least power fuzzy subgraph. Further, the application of these concepts in real life time has been presented and discussed using power fuzzy graph model.
