Fresh and chopped aerial parts of Oryza sativa were extracted in 80% aqueous mehthanol, and the concentrated extract was successively partitioned using n-hexane, ethyl acetate (EtOAc), nbutanol, and H2O. From the EtOAc fraction, a new flavonolignan (2) and a known flavonolignan, salcolin B (1), were isolated through repeated SiO2 and octadecyl silica gel column chromatography. Based on NMR, mass spectrometer, and IR spectroscopic data, the chemical structure of compound (2) was determined to be tricin-4'-O-[erythro-β-guaiacyl-(7''-O-methyl)-glyceryl] ether, which has thus far never been reported and was named salcolin C (2). Salcolin B (1) and salcolin C (2) dose-dependently inhibited nitric oxide production in RAW 264.7 cells with IC50 values of 29.8±0.6 and 10.8±1.0 μM, respectively, without visible toxic effect.

<P>Five phenyl compounds, vanillin (1), methyl trans-ferulate (2), trans-p-coumaric acid methyl ester (3), N-benzoyltryptamine (4), and N-(trans-cinnamoyl)tryptamine (5), were isolated from the roots of Oryza sativa L. and identified on the basis of spectroscopic data. Compounds 3 and 5 showed strong inhibition effect on melanin production in murine B16-F10 melanoma cells and tyrosinase activity. Also, the quantitative analysis of the compounds was carried out using LC/MS/MS experiment. Compounds 3 and 5 could be used as skin-whitening agents.</P>

최근 대한민국에서는 MZ세대부터 A세대 사이에서 숏폼이라는 짧은 동영상을 통한 콘텐츠가 유행하고 있다. 이 현상은 젊은 세대의 문화 소비와 디지털 소통 방식에 큰 영향을 미치고 있다. 따라서 본 논문은 국내 젊은 세대들을 대상으로 한 숏폼 유행 현상에 대한 심층적인 연구를 진행하고자 한다. 따라서 숏폼이 대한민국의 젊은 세대의 문화적 선호도와 심리적 특성의 관련성을 조사하여 이를 통해 숏폼이 어떤 문화적 맥락에서 발전하고 있는지를 이해하고, 젊은 세대의 취향과 자아 식별에 미치는 영향을 분석한다. 또한, 숏폼이 소셜 미디어 플랫폼을 통해 전파되고 상호작용을 하는 방식을 조사하고, 이를 통해 젊은 세대 간의 숏폼 공유와 소통이 디지털 소셜 네트워크를 형성하고 확장하는 과정을 분석하여, 디지털 소통이 숏폼 유행에 미치는 영향 외에도 숏폼이 대한민국의 문화 산업 및 디지털 콘텐츠 산업에 어떤 영향을 줄 것인지 조사할 것이다. Recently, in Korea, short-form content through short videos is popular among Generation MZ to Generation A. This phenomenon is having a significant impact on the younger generations cultural consumption and digital communication methods. Therefore, this paper aims to conduct an in-depth study on the short form trend targeting the young generation in Korea. So, we investigate the relationship between short-form and the cultural preferences and psychological characteristics of the younger generation in Korea to understand the cultural context in which short-form is developing and analyze its impact on the tastes and self-identification of the younger generation. In addition, this study investigates how short forms are spread and interacted through social media platforms, and through this, analyzes the process by which short form sharing and communication among the younger generation forms and expands digital social networks, showing that digital communication is short form. In addition to its impact on trends, we will examine what impact short form is expected to have on Koreas cultural and digital content industries.

Fresh and chopped aerial parts of Oryza sativa were extracted in 80% aqueous mehthanol, and the concentrated extract was successively partitioned in n-hexane, ethyl acetate (EtOAc), n-butanol (n-BuOH), and H2O fractions. From the n-BuOH fraction, two compounds were isolated through repeated silica gel and ODS column chromatography (c.c.). Based on nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), mass spectrometry and infrared spectroscopy spectroscopic data, the compounds were identified to be adenosine (1) and phlomuroside (2). Especially, the configuration of both the anomer hydroxyl groups was determined as β from the coupling constants of the anomer protons (J =6.0 and 7.6 Hz) in the 1H-NMR spectra. This is the first report for the isolation of these compounds from Oryza sativa L.
