부산 지역기업인의 이노베이터 육성전략

본 연구는 21세기 부산광역권 지역경제의 내발적 발전과 지역이노베이터 육성전략을 수립하기 위한 연구로서 지역기업인의 이노베이터 육성전략을 모색하고자 한다. 먼저, 부산지역산업구조외 지역기업인의 특성 및 지역기업의 문제점을 1차 자료와 설문조사를 통해 분석ㆍ검토하고, 기업가정신을 설문조사, 분석하여 진단한다. 이것을 토대로 지역기업인의 육성방향을 정립하고, 미국의 지역 기업인 이노베이터 육성전략을 고찰하여, 부산기업인의 이노베이터 육성전략을 수립한다. 이러한 과정을 통해 지역기업인의 이노베이터 육성전략은 지역기업인이 기업가 정신을 최대로 발휘할 수 있도록 경제적, 정치적, 사회적 환경을 조성하고, 이 속에서 기업가정신을 제고할 수 있는 육성ㆍ개발 프로그램을 효과적으로 운영해 나가는 것이다. 이러한 창의적인 지역기업인 육성과정을 구상하여 추진하는 것이 지역기업인의 이노베이터 육성전략이라고 할 수 있다.

Clustered 데이타 흐름 그래프의 성능평가에 관한 연구

This paper is to evaluate the performance for the Partitioning Data Flow Graph. For the simulation, the input is a Partitioned Data Flow Graph and the target machine is a modified MIT Data Flow System. The goal of the performance evaluation is to compare between clustering data flow graph and no clustering data flow graph and to see the throughput between one PE and n PE in clustered data flow graph.

유한요소법을 이용한 정사각형 튜브의 충격변형특성

This paper describes the energy absorption of a square tube in the cases of two models under axial compression by using PAM-CRASHTM. The first model is the model with various thickness under contant length, and the second model is the model with various length under constant thickness. To verify the energy absorption and the effects of dimensions, the standards were used as related density and specific energy and mean crushing load. The results were discussed by the relationship between crush load vs. deformation, related density vs. specific energy, crush load vs. mean crush load, and the relationship between mean crush load vs. specific energy.

환경지리학적 관점에서 본 효율적인 동강유역 보전정책 : 일본 시만토강 유역보전정책을 교훈으로

일본 시코쿠에 위치한 고치현과 에히메현을 흐르고 있는 시만토강은 일본 최후의 청류라고 불리고 있을 정도로 빼어난 자연환경이 잘 보전되어 있다. 시만토강 유역내 12개의 시정촌은 1989년부터 청류보전조례를 비롯해 시만토강 종합플랜 21, 시만토강 유역주민네트워크 등 활발한 하천보전정책을 실시하고 있다. 시만토강 유역보전 정책에 대한 연구는 동강의 유역보전정책 마련에 큰 도움을 줄 것이다. The Shimanto River locateted in Kochi and Ehime Prefecture is called as 'the last natural stream' in Japan because the river basin environment is preserved very well. Since 1989 the twelve local governments in the Shimanto River catchment have prepared and are operating the river conservation plans such as Clean River Conservation Regulations and Shimanto River Master Plan 21, River Resident Network. The Shimanto River Basin's Conservation Policy will be very helpful to the establishment of Conservation Policy of the Tong River Basin.

Risperidone 약물치료가 정신분열병 환자의 주의력 및 정보처리 기능에 미치는 영향

연구목적 : 비정형 항전신병약물의 약물 역동학적 특성은 정신분열병 환자의 양성, 음성 증상 뿐 아니라 인지기능에도 긍정적 효과를 미칠 것으로 기대된다. 본 연구의 목적은 정신분열병 환자에서 8주간의 risperidone 약물치료가 주의력과 정보처리력에 미치는 영향을 파악하고, 이것이 임상 증상의 변화와 연관되어 있는지 여부를 알아보는 것이다. 방 법 : 연구 대상은 정신병적 증상의 발현 혹은 악화 상태에 있는 29명의 정신분열병 환자와 정상 대조군 25명이었다. 임상 증상은 치료 전후로 Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale, Clinical Global Impression 및 Extrapyramidal Symptom Rating Scale을 사용하여 평가하였다. 치료 전후의 환자군과 대조군에 대해 전산화 인지기능 검사인 Vigilance Test, Continuous Attention Test, Reaction Unit Tests, Motor Performance Tests를 시행하여 경계력(vigilance), 지속적 주의력, 시각/청각 자극에 대한 정보처리력 및 미세운동 조절능력을 평가하였다. 결 과 : 치료전 환자군은 경계력과 지속적 주의력, 미세운동 조절능력에서 대조군에 비해 유의하게 저하된 성적을 보였으며, 시각/청각 자극에 대한 반응 결정속도도 저하된 경향을 보였다. 8주간의 risperidone 약물치료 후 임상 증상은 양성척도, 음성척도 및 일반정신병리척도에서 모두 유의한 호전을 보였다. 치료 후 환자군은 시청각 복합 자극에 대한 반응 결정 속도의 유의한 향상을 보였는데, 이는 임상 증상의 호전 정도와 상관성을 보이지 않았다. 단순 자극에 대한 반응결정 속도, 주의력, 미세운동 조절기능 등은 치료 전후로 차이를 보이지 않았고, Vigilance Test의 반응시간은 지연되었다. 치료 후 추체외로 증상 정도와 상관성을 보이는 인지기능 검사 항목은 없었다. 결 론 : 정신분열병 환자는 경계력, 지속적 주의력 및 미세운동 조절기능의 결함을 보이며, 이들 결함은 risperidone 약물치료로 임상증상이 호전된 후에도 비슷한 수준으로 유지되는바, 질병 고유의 특성임이 시사되었다. 치료 후 시청각 복합자극에 대한 반응 결정속도가 향상되었는데, 이는 임상 증상 호전과는 무관한 약물 역동학적 기전에 의한 직접적 효과임이 시사된다. Objectives : The aim of this study is to evaluate the effect of risperidone on attention and information-processing in schizophrenic patients after 8 weeks of treatment and to determine whether any improvement on cognitive function relates to improvement in psychopathology. Methods : The subjects were 29 schizophrenic inpatients with active psychotic symptoms and the controls were 25 normal volunteers. Pre- and post-treatment clinical symptoms were assessed by Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale, Clinical Global Impression and Extrapyramidal Symptom Rating Scale. Vigilance, continuous attention, the speed of information-processing and fine motor coordinations were assessed by standardized computerized neurocognitive function tests. Results : At baseline, patients showed significantly poor vigilance and continuous attention than normal controls and these functions were not improved after treatment. The positive and negative symptoms and the general psychopathology were significantly improved. The only item of cognitive tasks significantly improved after treatment was decision time to complex audio-visual stimuli in information-processing task. This improvement was not related to the improvements in psychopathology. The level of extrapyramidal symptoms was not related with any of the cognitive function tests items. Conclusions : Treatment with risperidone appeared to exert a favorable effect on the speed of information-processing and this appeared to be due to a direct pharmacodynamic characteristics of the drug.

A study on the relationship between the performance of hand standing and the basic physical fitness for sports . This research program was planned to study the relation - ship between their abilities for “hand_standing" and their physical fitnecs for other activities in general Through the two recording tests, 1 came to the conclusions as follows : 1. The result from the second test is quite similiar with that from the firstone. except in the records of their ability to sit- ups on the ground. 2. The stature and weight don't have any immediate relation with their abilities for pull -ups, vertical-jumps. and sit- ups. However. it is evident that they are quite slightly related with one another. 3. It is admittable that there are something quite related with one another. in their abilities for pull-ups. sit-ups , vertical- jumps. and hand standings on the wall.

골프장 캐디의 내·외적 환경이 고객의 구매 후 행동에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this research was to investigate the effects of caddies' internal and external environments upon customers' afterpurchase action. The study subjects presented on the basis of a theoretical study were positively analyzed by carrying out Correlation Analysis and Multiple Regression Analysis. And the results were as follows. First, an internal factor of golf course caddies exerts a partly significant influence upon consumers' intention to recommend another person. Concretely, caddies' club-recommending abilities and measuring ones had a significant influence on the intention to recommend another person, but their equipment abilities did not exert an influence on it. Second, their internal factor has a partly significant influence upon the rebuy intention of golf course consumers. In other words, caddies' club-recommending abilities had a significant influence upon consumers' rebuy intention, but their measuring and equipment abilities did not influence it. Third, their external factor exerts a partly significant influence upon consumers' intention to recommend another person. In more detail, their club-managing abilities and their appearances had a significant influence on the intention to recommend another person, but their language-commanding and problem-treating abilities did not exert an influence on it. Fourth, their external factor has a partly significant influence upon the rebuy intention of golf course consumers. In more detail, caddies' appearances, club-managing and language-commanding abilities had a significant influence upon consumers' rebuy intention, but their problem-treating abilities did not influence it.

In this paper, we study the effect analysis on the quality certification of ISO 9000 in a company. For this study, the correct understanding of management level, the effect of certification requisition, and the improvement effects of some problems happen to the company are studied, before and after introducing the quality management system of ISO 9000. To analyze the various effects of the quality management system of ISO 9000, some companies certificated by the ISO 9" are surveyed and analyzed. The aim of this study is to provide some information to a company that want to introduce the quality management system of ISO 9000.
