치환 Terpyridine 리간드를 가진 옥소루테늄 착물에 의한 알켄산화반응의 반응속도론적 연구

The 4'-substituted terpyridines(Xtpy; Phtpy, EtOtpy, Cltpy, Me_(2)Ntpy) were synthesized. Their spectral properties have been investigated by means of ^(1)H-NMR and mass spectrometer. Also, a series of new aqua- of oxo-ruthenium complexes containing the tridentate meridonal ligand Xtpy ligand substituted in the 4' positions with electron-donating and electron withdrawing groups of general formula [Ru(Y)(Xtpy)(bpy)]^(2+)(X = ph, EtO, Cl, Me_(2)N ; Y = H_(2)O, O) have been prepared and characterized. Their specral properties have been investigated by means of UV-Vis, ^(1)H-NMR and FT-IR spectrometer. The kinetics of styrene oxidation by [RuO(Xtpy)(bpy)]^(2+) complexes were studied spectrophotometrically by monitoring the increasing of the 400-500nm of oxo ruthenium complexes in acetonitrile. The results of the oxidation reaction clearly demonstrate that the rate of oxidation is dependent on the electronic properties of the oxoruthenium complexes. The oxidation reactions were studied at three different temperatures(15, 25, 35℃). The experimental data support the operation of an associative interchange mechanism in which cleavage of the Ru=O bond and formation of an O-styrene bond have equal importance.

Purpose: Testicular volume is one of the important indices that represent the reproductive ability of adult males. In previous studies, however, testicular volume was measured by manual palpation or orchidometer, resulting in inaccuracy or subjectivity. Accordingly, the need for accurate data on the size of the testes is increasing, and we conducted testicular volume measurements by using scrotal ultrasonography. We investigated the relationship between testicular volume and body weight, height, and body mass index (BMI). Materials and Methods: The testicular volumes of 1,002 young adult Korean men were measured for length, width, and thickness with ultrasonography, and data on BMI were collected conventionally. The correlation between testicular volume and BMI was analyzed with one-way ANOVA and Student's t-test. Results: The mean age of the young men was 23.02±2.53 years. The mean testicular volume was 18.09±3.79 cc on the left and 18.26±3.21 cc on the right. Testicular volume was directly proportional to body weight, height, and body mass index. Conclusions: The testicular volume of Korean young adult men was about 18.17 cc. Testicular volume has a weak direct correlation with body weight, height, and body mass index. 고진공내의 데칸용매하에서 요오드화 n-프로필이 피리딘 및 α-피콜린과의 착물형성에 관한 연구

고진공내의 데칸용매하에서 요오도드화 n-프로필의 융해도를 5,15 그리고 25℃에서 피리딘과 α-피콜린이 존재할 때와 존재하지 않을 때의 두 경우에 대하여 각각 측정하였다. 데칸용매내에 요오드화 n-프로필의 용해도는 피리딘과 α-피콜린이 존재할 때가 존재하지 않을때 보다 더 크고, α-피콜린과 요오드화 n-프로필과의 상호작용이 피리딘과의 상호작용보다 더 강하게 작용한다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 그리고 피리딘과 α-피콜린이 데칸용매내에 존재할 때 요오드화 n-프로필과 피리딘 및 α-피콜린이 각각 불안정한 complex를 형성한다고 생각되어 이 complex를 여러 경우의 비율로 가정하여 계산해 본 결과 1:1 complex를 형성한다고 보는 경우의 평형상수 K값이 비교적 일정한 값을 나타내었다. 그러므로 1:1 complex즉 n-C₃3H?I·C?H?N과 n-C₃H?I·α-C?H?N이 용액속에 형성됨을 알았다. 또한 이 complex의 생성에 대한 엔탈피, 자유에너지 및 엔트로피의 변화도 산출하였다. The solubilities of n-propyl iodide in decane on high vacuum were measured at 5℃,15℃ and 25℃ in the presence and absence of pyridine and α-picoline. When pyridine and α-picoline exist in system respectively, the solubilities of n-propyl iodide in the presence and α-picoline are greater than in the absence, and the interaction of n-propyl iodide with α-picoline is stronger than with pyridine. In the presence of pyridine and α-picoline, it could be thought that n-propyl iodide forms unstable complex with pyridine and α-picoline. The complex was assumed in various ways and it was evaluated that the equilibrium constant K value was relatively constant under the assumption of 1:1 complexes. Thus, 1:1 complexes, n-C₃H?I·C?H?N and n-C₃H?I·α-C?H?N, are formed in the solution. Also, the changes of enthalpy, free energy and entropy for the formation of the complexes were calculated.
