        사상의학(四象醫學)에서 심리 치료를 활용하기 위한 방법론적 접근

        1. Objectives It is necessary to find the psychological methods to treat not only physical but also mental problems. Because the Sasang Constitutional medicine is based on Mind-Body Medicine, so that the Nature and Emotion-Happiness, Anger, Sorrow, Pleasantness- have to be controlled properly. 2. Methods We analysed the characters of each constitutions, drama therapy and meditation and tried to find the suitable application of one for Sasangin. 3. Results and Conclusions Soeumin is feminine, easy to worry, pessimistic and non-active so they need to express their problems, be encouraged and participate to be one of a group having relationship with other people. Soyangin is out-going, easy to start, not enough to be aware of themselves so they need to relax, calm and try to have an insight into themselves. Taeumin is stable, easy to keep something so they need to communicate well with the exterior. Taeyangin is going forward, masculine and necessary to avoid being angry so they need to calm down and relax. Drama therapy is group work with actors, staffs and audiences so it is useful to express their negative feelings through motions, dances and sounds unless they talk. So it is supposed to be useful far Soeumin and Taeumin. And we can apply it to heal the Emotion because it is based on the relationship and the contact with other people. Meditation is helpful to not only concentrate, relax, have insight into themselves but also calm down anxiety, depression an anger. So it could be the best psychotherapy for Soyangin and Taeyangin. And we can apply it to reflect oneself alone to express their Nature adequately.

        The prognosis for pancreatic cancer patient is very poor. Patients with locally advanced disease have a median survival time of 8 to 12 months, and patients with distant metastases have significantly worse outcomes, with a median survival time of only 3 to 6 months. Approximately 30% of patients with pancreatic cancer present with locally advanced disease defined as unresectable pancreatic cancer without evidence of distant metastatic disease. Primary treatment options in locally advanced pancreatic cancer include chemotherapy and radiotherapy. Here, we reported a patient with locally advanced pancreatic cancer who does not want further chemotherapy because of chemotherapy induced nausea and vomiting. Irreversible electroporation was performed. Irreversible electroporation was well tolerated in this case, and may be a therapeutic modality for selected patients with locally advanced pancreatic cancer.

        Creutzfelt Jacob Disease 의증 환자에 대한 임상보고

        1. Objectives Creutzfelt Jacob Disease is one of a group of neurodegenerative disorders causing spongiform encephalopathies due to a infection of prion or unconventional slow virus on central nerve system. The diagnosis of this disease is not easy and there is currently no cure. This article is to report our case about a female patient who was not diagnosed as CJD at the early period so that we treated her with Yangkyuksanhwa-tang(凉膈散火湯) and Jihwangbaekho-tang(地黃白虎湯). 2. Methods Magnetic resonance imaging(brain MRI), blood test and computer tomography were performed. The treatment for this patient was clinically based on Sasang Constitutional Medicine. 3. Results and Conclusions (1) Visual field defect, ataxia, myoclonus, sweating and dysuria were the main symptoms of the patient. (2) The pathological change in parenchyme was not revealed during the early periods by MR imaging. So the diagnosing CJD was not possible during the time in this case. (3) Jihwangbaekho-tang(地黃白虎湯) improved her myoclonus and sweating. Bur her mental disorder and the progress of the pathological change in the parenchyme was not able to be treated.

        A Morphologocal Study of the Angle of Costal Arch according to the Sasang Constitution

        1. Objectives To examine appearances and body shapes is essential of diagnosing Sasang constitution. Although there are many parts and ways to examine appearances, examination of abdomen would be so necessary and important. We focused on angles of costal arch according to Sasang constitution so that we can find some specialty of each constitution. 2. Methods We measured the angles of costal arch of 173 participants who were diagnosed as Sasang constitution after treatments and analyzed by ANOVA and using Scheffe’s t-test or t-test for some independent parameters. 3. Results and Conclusions 81 Taeumin’s mean costal angle is $93.64^{\circ}$ to be the widest one. 51 Soyangin have $87.27^{\circ}$ mean angle of costal arch to be the second widest one. The next one is Taeyangin’s mean angle of costal arch as $81.66^{\circ}$ but the number of them were only 3. The sharpest costal angle which is $71.02^{\circ}$ is owned by 38 Soeumin. Male participants have wider costal arch than female in all the constitutional groups.

        1. Objecrives Although Lee Je-Ma emphasized it is important to be aware of our own Nature & Emotion(性情) and control them properly, there is few case report about Taeyangin focused on their psychological sides. This report is about a Taeyangin patient who had Hae Yuk and Yul Gyuk syndrome caused by her stress from the work place and relationship with her seniors 2. Methods We observed the female patient had hospitalized in the Oriental Hospital of Dongguk University more than twice has been followed up for the last one year. We prescripted Mi-hoo-teung-shik-chang Tang as her physical symptom. The improvement of her physical conditions were checked through her sleep, meal, menstruation, stool and urine. And MMPI has been tested three times for the last one year to analyze her psychological progress. 3. Results and Conclusions Working in a group can cause hard stress for Taeyangin who is not good at adjusting themselves to whatever environment they are in. Mi-hoo-teung-shik-chang Tang could improve Taeyangin's physical conditions such as Hae Yuk, Yul Gyuk, insomnia, nausea, anorexia and hypouresis. But as her psychological aspect, she was getting more anxious, depressed and avoiding contact with others due to the stress. It is necessary to rake care of patients' psychological sides as well as physical conditions through managing their Nature & Emotion(性情).

        지역방송 리얼리티 프로그램 제작자 연구

        최근 국내 지상파 및 케이블 TV에는 오디션, 서바이벌, 리얼 버라이어티 등 리얼리티 프로그램들이 범람하고 있다. 리얼리티 프로그램은 제작자 중심에서 벗어나 수용자의 참여와 소통을 이끌어낼 수 있는 프로그램 포맷으로서, 지역사회의 문화와 목소리를 반영하면서 지역성을 구현하고자 하는 지역방송의 목적에 부응할 수 있는 프로그램이다. 본 연구는 부산지역 지상파 3사의 PD와 작가들을 대상으로 제작자 심층 인터뷰를 진행하여 리얼리티 프로그램에 대한 제작주체의 인식과 지역방송이라는 지형에서 리얼리티 프로그램이 전유되는 방식을 고찰해보았다. 먼저, 지역방송 제작주체들은 리얼리티 프로그램의 장르적 특성을 느슨한 사전기획과 현장의 즉흥성으로 인식하고 있었다. 그러나 재연 장치의 활용에 대해 소극적인 태도를 보이는 것으로 파악되었다. 둘째로, 지역방송의 리얼리티 프로그램 제작에 있어 프로그램 포맷 설정의 중요성에 대한 인지에도 불구하고, 제작 현실에서는 포맷 개발에 대한 노력이 부족한 것으로 드러났다. 이는 한정된 제작비, 인력의 한계, 동기부여 부족 등 열악한 프로그램 제작 환경에 기인하고 있었다. 셋째로, 지역방송의 리얼리티 프로그램에서도 시청자의 출연자와의 유대감과 일상과 유사한 사건에 대한 공감대 형성이라는 국내 방송 고유의 특성이 드러났으며, 제작주체들은 출연자들의 캐릭터라이징을 통해 리얼리티나 재미를 이끌어 내기 위해 고민하고 있었다. 반면, 중앙방송과 차별화된 지역성의 구현에 대한 명확한 방향을 제시하지 못하고 있었다. 본 연구는 제작자 심층 인터뷰 결과를 토대로 향후 지역사 간 공동기획 활성화, 일반인의 참여와 관심을 높이고 기업이나 관공서의 협찬을 도모할 수 있는 프로그램 포맷의 개발, 그리고 지역성을 공익성으로 환원하는 대신 오락적 가치를 지역성의 중심축으로 받아들이는 제작주체의 인식 전환을 제언하였다. Recently, there is a flood of reality programs such as auditions, survivals, and real varieties on the domestic terrestrial channels and cables. The reality program has a program format that can elicit recipients’ participation and communication, departing from the producers, and can tailor to the aim of the local broadcasting, which is to conceptualize the locality reflecting the culture and the voice of the local society. This study examined how reality programs are appropriated in the context of local broadcasting station by conducting in-depth interview with producers and writers in three local broadcasting stations in Busan to ask their perceptions on the reality program. First, the production agents perceived loose prior planning and spontaneity as the generic characteristics of the reality program, but they showed passive attitudes toward the use of reconstitution apparatus. Second, despite their perception on the importance of the program format setting in producing the reality program of the local broadcasting station, the effort devoted to the format development was reported to be lacking in reality. This was ascribed to poor production environments such as limited production cost, human resources, and lack of motivation. Third, the unique traits of domestic broadcasting, the bond with audience casts and sympathy on events similar to daily life, were also found in the reality program of the local broadcasting station. Further, the production agents were concerned to elicit reality and pleasure through characterizing casts. On the other hand, they did not suggest any clear direction for conceptualization of locality differentiated from central broadcasting. This study further suggested vitalizing co-planing among local broadcasting stations in the future and developing a program format that can enhance audience’s participation and interest and can facilitate sponsoring from companies and public offices. It was also suggested that production agents change their perception to accept entertainment value as the primary axis instead of turning locality to publicity.

        김동원 다큐멘터리에 내재된 공동체 의식과 휴머니즘

        본 연구는 한국 다큐멘터리를 대표하는 감독 김동원의 작품세계를 고찰하는데 목적이 있다. 김동원 감독은 <상계동 올림픽>(1988)으로 데뷔해 지난 30여 년간 한국 다큐멘터리 역사를 관통한 인물이다. 한국 다큐멘터리는 각 시대별로, 1980년대는 계몽적이고 교육적인 다큐멘터리, 1990년대에는 자기성찰적 다큐멘터리, 그리고 2000년대에는 변화와 다양성이라는 특징이 있다. 많은 다큐멘터리들이 각 시대의 경향에 따라 만들어진 반면, 김동원 감독의 영화는 이런 여러 한국 다큐멘터리의 특징을 모두 포괄한다. 그의 영화는 현실 고발과 계몽의 메시지를 반복하면서도 자기 성찰적이고, 연출법의 변화를 시도하기도 했다. 또한 그는 도시 빈민의 공동체 운동, 종교적 신앙, 인간중심의 세계관을 바탕으로 공동체의 가치를 강조하고, 인물의 인간적 면모를 강조하는 영화를 만들어왔다. 최근작 <내 친구 정일우>(2017)는 <끝나지 않는 전쟁>(2008) 이후 그가 9년 만에 발표한 작품이자, 그의 삶에 큰 영향을 미친 故정일우 신부를 추모하는 다큐멘터리라는 점에서 김동원 감독의 중요 필모그래피 중 하나다. <내 친구 정일우>는 여러 인물들의 기억을 통해 서민의 편에 섰던 정일우 신부의 삶을 포착한다. 이 과정에서 권력집단의 폭력이 반복되는 역사라는 우리 사회의 문제점이 드러나기에 이 영화는 계몽의 성격을 갖는다. 동시에 김동원 감독이 직접 화자로 등장해 자신의 삶을 반추하기에 자기 성찰적이기도 하다. 그리고 정일우 신부의 업적을 상찬하기보다는 그의 인간적 모습에 집중한다는 점에서 그간 김동원 감독의 작품세계의 특징이 반복되고 있으면서도, 개별성이 강조되지 않는 내레이터와 편지글 형식의 내레이션 등 새로운 시도가 확인되는 작품이기도 하다. 따라서 <내 친구 정일우>는 김동원 감독 작품세계의 연속성과 변화를 확인할 수 있는 텍스트이다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the creative world of Kim Don-won, who is one of the greatest directors in the documentary history of South Korea. Kim made his debut with <Sanggye-Dong Olympic>(1988) and has penetrated the history of documentaries in the nation for the last 30 years. The documentaries of South Korea have different characteristics for each period: enlightening and educational documentaries were dominant in the 1980s; self-reflective ones were the mainstream in the 1990s; and changes and diversity became the keywords of documentaries in the 2000s. While many documentaries were made according to the trend of each period, Kim s films have encompassed several of these characteristics of South Korean documentaries. His works are self-reflective and make an attempt at changing the directing approach while repeating the messages of reporting on the reality and enlightening the people. He has made movies that emphasize the humane aspects of individuals in addition to the community values based on the community movement of the poor in cities, religious faith, and people-oriented world view. His recent work <Jung Il-Woo, My Friend>(2007) was created nine years after his <63 Years On>(2008). It is one of the important works in his filmography in that it is a documentary in commemoration of the deceased Father Jung Il-woo, who had tremendous impacts on his life. The work captures the life of the deceased father that fought for common people through several individuals memories of him. This process reveals one of the problems with the South Korean society, which has a history of repeating violence by the power groups, which makes this film an enlightening work. It is, at the same time, a self-reflective one since the director himself appears as a narrator and reflects on his life in it. Rather than praising the achievements of the deceased father, it focuses on his humane aspects, which means that it repeats one of the characteristics of his creative world. It also makes new attempts including the narrator whose individuality is not emphasized and the narration in the form of a letter. These findings indicate that <Jung Il-Woo, My Friend> is a text to confirm the continuity and change of Kim s creative world.

        조선 후기 신여神轝의 과학적 조사 및 보존처리

        신여神轝는 조선시대 상장의례에서 왕과 왕비의 신주神主를 운반하는 가마이다. 신여는 신주궤와 의궤만 싣고 이동하기 때문에 일반적인 가마와는 달리 크기가 비교적 작다. 현재까지 형태가온전히 남아있는 신여는 민간에서 모방한 것은 몇몇 확인되나 왕실의 신여는 극히 드물다. 또한많은 연구가 부족해 종묘를 언급할 때에도 단순히 용도만 언급하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구대상인신여는 과거 종묘에서 사용되었던 조선시대 후기 신여로 현재 국립고궁박물관에 소장 중인 유물을 대상으로 하였다. 조선시대 문헌기록에서 부묘의식 절차 과정을 통해 신여의 역할과 제작에 필요한 재료와 형태적 특징 등을 확인할 수 있다. 특히 대한제국시기까지 다른 종묘 제구들과 달리 붉은색 칠이 유지되고 있다. 신여의 형태는 세로로 긴 장방형의 몸체에 사모지붕을 올리고 아래에는 가마채가 연결되어있다. 주렴은 4면에 걸었으며 지붕은 연꽃잎 형태의 금속 장식품과 목제 연봉 등으로 장식하였다. 신여의 표면과 금속 장식품의 화학적 구성성분을 분석한 결과 붉은색 칠은 철(Fe) 이 주요 성분인 안료가 사용되었다. 몸체와 가마채는 흑칠이 되어있다. 특히 가마채의 발은 표면이 일부 들떠있거나 떨어져 있으며 흰색층-녹색층-검은색층 등이 확인된다. 몸체와 가마채는 특별한 안료성분이 확인되지 않으나 가마채의 발 부분은 Cu가 주요 성분으로 검출되어 다른 성분이 확인되었다. 이는 가마채 발이 바닥에 닿는 부분이므로, 손상되면 교체하여 사용한 것으로 추정된다. 금속 장식품은 구리와 아연이 주요 성분인 황동으로 확인되었다. 신여 지붕의 겉면은 검은색 직물로 덮여 있는데, 성분 분석 결과 폴리아미드계 합성 섬유인 나일론 섬유로 확인된다. 나일론은 한국에1960년 이후에 사용된 직물이므로 후대에 교체된 것으로 추정해 볼 수 있다. 본 신여의 보존처리 전 상태는 여닫이문, 들창 등의 결구부가 약화되고 내부 구성요소가 떨어진 상태이므로 유물의 안전한 보존관리를 위하여 보존처리를 수행하였다. 신여의 보존처리는 결구부의 재접합 과정을 통한 결구 경화, 창호지 교체, 표면 칠 안정화 등을 수행하였다. Sinyeo is a palanquin that carries the mortuary tablet of kings and queens in the Joseon Dynasty’s funeral ceremony. Unlike ordinary palanquins, Sinyeo is relatively small because it carries only Sinju and Uigwe. Some of the palanquins that still remain were built by the private sector, but existing royal palanquins are extremely rare. In addition, due to the lack of research, their purpose is only mentioned when referring to Jongmyo Shrine. Shinyeo, the subject of this study, was in the late Joseon Dynasty, which was used in Jongmyo Shrine in the past, and is now in the National Palace Museum of Korea. In the records of the Joseon Dynasty, the role of the Sinyeo and the material and form characteristics can be confirmed through the process of the ritual. In particular, until the period of the Deahan Empire, the red paint of the palanquin was maintained. In the form of Sinyeo, a long rectangular body was placed with a roof, and poles were connected below. The Jureum was hung on four sides, and the roof was decorated with metal ornaments in the form of lotus petals and wooden lotus. As a result of analyzing the chemical composition of the surface of Sinyeo and the metal ornaments, a pigment in which iron (Fe) is the main ingredient was used for red painting. The body and pole of the palanquin were painted black. In particular, the surfaces of the pole feet had partially fallen off, and white-green-black layers were identified. No special pigment component was identified in the body and poles of the palanquin, but copper (Cu) was detected as the main component in the feet of the palanquin poles. Since this is the part where the palanquin bond touches the floor, it is presumed that it was replaced if damaged. Metal ornaments were identified as brass, which consists of the main ingredients of copper and zinc. The surface of the roof is covered with black fabric, and the component analysis confirms that it is nylon fiber, a polyamide-based synthetic fiber. Nylon is a fabric used in Korea after 1960, so it is safe to presume it was replaced during later generations. Sinyeo before the conservation treatment was in a state in which the connections such as doors and windows were weakened and the internal components were separated. For the safe preservation and management, conservation treatments such as the hardening of the joints, replacing the window paper, and stabilizing the surface painting were performed.
