      • 韓國 中小企業政策에 관한 考察

        For our country to enter into the world market must activate the small-to-mediumsized enterprises that have elasticity in market situations. Until the present, Korean governments have pursued various policies to support and foster the small-to-medium-sized enterprises. But some of small-to-medium-sized enterprise have plunged into trouble. To solve this problem, it is needed that the small-to-medium-sized enterprises' policies of our government should be revised into an effective policy. Korea should receive suggestions from advanced countries such as the U.S, Japan, and Taiwan, which have, a growing foundation of small-to-medium sized enterprises which are considered steady. The aim of this thesis is to grasp the content of small-to-medium-sized policies in the U.S, Japen, and Taiwan and to analyze the problem of small-to-medium-sized enterprises' policies of Korea, and finally to suggest a supporting policy related to the support of small-to-medium-sized enterprises. The supporting policies of small-to-medium-sized enterprises of our country must develop in the following directions. First, it must promote the foundation of small-to-medium-sized enterprises. For this, it must extend the scale of foundation funds, and create a situation to promote the foundation of local enterprises and intensify the managerial functions and solve the location problem of founding enterprises. Second, it must extend the support of technical development, For this, it must seek to plan an enlargement of fund backup and support of manpower security. Third, it must intensify the environmental management. For this, it must widen advertisement and educational activities concerned with environmental management of small-to-medium-sized enterprises, and heigtcn the environmental inversting efficency of small-to-medium-sized enterprises. Fourth, it must intensify the support for small-to-medium-sized enterprises. Fifth, it must activate the infrastructure of small-to-medium-sized enterprises. Sixth, it must heighten cooperation between small-to-medium-sized enterprises in regards to effective marketing.

        초등학교 특수학급의 수학수업 실태 조사

        이 연구의 목적은 현재 초등학교 특수학급에서 실행되고 있는 수학수업의 실태를 조사 ·분석하여, 이를 더 나은 수학교육을 위한 기초자료로 제시하는데 있다. 이를 위해 서울시에 위치한 초등학교 특수학급 교사들 중 200명에게 질문지를 발송하여 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 회수된 질문지는 모두 94부였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 특수학급에서 수학은 현재 독립교과로 교수되는 경우가 더 많았고 둘째, 많은 교사들이 수학을 가르치기 위한 학급수준의 교육과정을 편성하고 이를 운영하고 있었으며, 셋째, 초등학교 특수학급 교사들은 (1)주로 학생의 현재 수행상태와 수학과 교육과정, 일상생활에서의 수학 활용성 등을 고려하여 지도계획을 작성하고, (2)학습지, 구체물, 그리고 놀이나 게임용 학습자료를 활용해서 수업을 하며, (3) 일상생활에 필요한 기본적인 수학기술의 습득이나 기초 학습능력의 배양을 목표로 수학을 가르치는 것으로 나타났다. 아울러, 수와 연산을 중심으로 수학교육이 이루어지고 있었고, 평가는 주로 수시로 관찰 및 면담 등을 활용하여, 특수학급에서 교수되는 교과만을 특수교사가 하는 것으로 나타났다. This study was to investigate and analyze the mathematics instruction which are implementing at the elementary school special class. and then to provide the results as basic data for better mathematics education. 200 out of all the special educators who are working for the elementary school in Seoul had been sampled, and were received questionnaire, and 94 questionnaires were returned. The results are as follows: First, at special class. mathematics was instructed more as independent than as integrated subject. Second. many special educators organized and managed classroom-level curriculum to teach mathematics. Third, elementary school special educators primarily (1) drew up instruction plan with considering current performance level of student and applicability of mathematics in the daily living, (2) gave lessons using such materials as worksheet, concrete objects, and materials for play and game, and (3) had objectives like acquiring basic mathematics skills needed in daily living and fostering basic learning capabilities. Mathematics instruction was mainly focused on the number and the arithmetics. and mathematics evaluation was frequently administered. Moreover, primarily with observation and interview, special educators evaluated only the subjects being taught in special class.

      • 필러 모델과 음소 모델 네트워크를 이용한 비인식 대상 문장 거부

        Non-recognition utterance rejection is very important to improve the confidence of speech recognition system. Research efforts have been made for out-of-vocabulary word rejection. However, little attention has been paid to non-recognition sentence rejection. According to the appearance of pronunciation correction systems using speech recognition technology, it is needed to reject non-recognition sentences to provide users with more accurate and robust results. In this paper, we introduce three recognition network structures - phone-level, word-level, and sentence-level filler model network - using phone models and filler models to implement non-recognition sentence rejection system. We present three types of filler models: VC(Voiced Consonant), C(unvoiced Consonant), and V(Vowel) in the recognition network. Several experiments were performed to select the best network structure. We found that the word-level filler model network outperforms both phone-level model network and sentence-level filler model network. In addition, another experiment has been performed to find an optimal garbage ratio threshold according to the number of words in each target sentence. Experimental results show that we can achieve better performance using a length dependent threshold than using a constant threshold in terms of the average of FAR and FRR.
