        MRI를 이용한 한국인 하악과두의 형태에 관한 연구

        Objective: This study was prepared to figure out a certain dimension and morphology of the condyle at the central, medial and lateral aspects on MR images of asymptomatic volunteers, which could be comparable with those of the TMD patients' condyle. Materials: Sixty TMJs from 30 asymptomatic volunteers(15 male, 15 female) who had no clinical symptoms and no disc displacement on sagital and coronal view of MRI were served as normal. Method: MR images were taken from the asymptomatic volunteers and the dimension of the anteroposterior length, mediolateral width, height, convexities were measured through the images on the sagittal and coronal sections of mandibular condyle. Then, these data were collected and analyzed. Result: The mean value of anteroposterior length was $8.00{\pm}1.21mm$ at central section and mediolateral length was $21.40{\pm}2.32mm$ on coronal view. The anterior condylar length at medial side was the shortest and the convexity of anterior slop at the lateral side was proved to be the flattest among 3 sections. There were little dimensional and morphological differences at sagittal sections, but the mediolateral width of condyle at coronal section was significantly different between male and female. Conclusion: In sagittal sections, the anterior condyle length was shortest at medial side and the convexity of anterior slop was flattest at lateral side, and there were little dimensional and morphologic differences between male and female. In coronal section, male's condyle was more wider and flatter than female's.

        분자량 크기별 토양 휴믹산(HA)의 구조적 특성 및 페난트렌 흡착 반응특성 비교

        A sample of soil humic acid (HA) was divided by ultrafiltration (UF) into five fractions of different molecular size (UF<sub>1</sub>: > 300, UF<sub>2</sub>: 100~300, UF<sub>3</sub>: 30~100, UF<sub>4</sub>: 10~30, UF<sub>5</sub>: 1~10 kilodaltons). Apparent average molecular weight (M<sub>w</sub>) of the HA fractions were measured using high performance size exclusion chromatography (HPSEC), and the chemical and structural properties of the five HA fractions were characterized by elemental compositions (H/C, O/C and w ((2O + 3NH)/ C)) and ultraviolet-visible absorption ratios (SUVA, A<sub>4/6</sub>). The organic carbon normalized-sorption coefficients (Koc) for the binding of phenanthrene to the HA fractions were determined by fluorescence quenching and relationship between the sorption coefficients and structural characteristics of the HA fractions were investigated. The elemental analysis and UV-vis spectral data indicated that the HA fractions with higher molecular weights have grater aliphatic character and lower contents of oxygen, while the HA fractions with lower molecular size have greater aromatic character and molecular polarity that correspond to greater SUVA and internal oxidation values (w). The log Koc values (L/kg C) were gradual increased from 4.45 for UF<sub>5</sub> to 4.87 for UF1. The correlation study between the structural descriptors of the HA fractions and log Koc values of phenanthrene show that the magnitude of Koc values positively correlated with $M_w$ and H/C, while negatively correlated with the independent descriptors of the O/C, w, SUVA and A<sub>4/6</sub>.

        건설기업의 전략지원을 위한 BPM 우선적용 프로세스 선정에 관한 연구

        건설 산업은 다양한 프로젝트를 수행하는 수주중심의 산업적 특성상 정형화된 프로세스로 구축하여 운영하는 것이 매우 어렵다. 이에 건설기업의 동적인 업무 변화 특성 수용과 업무개선을 동시에 만족시킬 수 있는 BPM(Business Process Management)의 도입이 대형 건설업체를 중심으로 이루어지고 있는 상황이다. BPM의 특성과 기업의 고유 전략이 상이하기 때문에 일괄적인 적용은 어렵다. 이에 건설 산업의 특성과 프로세스를 이해하고 기업이 추구하는 비전과 목표에 부합하는 업무 프로세스를 우선 선정하여 적용하는 것이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 기존 연구 고찰을 통하여 BPM 우선 적용 대상 프로세스 선정방안의 필요성을 제시하고, 건설기업 업무 프로세스 분석을 통해서 건설기업의 BPA를 구축하였다. 국내 건설기업의 전략목표 우선순위 파악을 통하여 높은 우선순위를 가지는 것으로 도출된 수익성과 성장성의 관점에서 핵심 업무 프로세스를 도출하였다. 또한 BPM 적용대상 프로세스 평가 기준을 6가지로 제시하여 이를 바탕으로 핵심 업무 프로세스를 평가하여 BPM 우선 적용 대상 프로세스를 도출하였다. Construction companies are fulfilled in according to project, and it is difficult to execute the standardized process in various construction projects. Thus many construction companies is adopting BPM(Business Process Management) that meet business process change and business improvement. However, it is difficult to apply BPM in a lump because of difference of BPM characteristics and company's strategies. For this reason, it is desirable to select business process based on company's priority. This study indicated need of method for selecting business process through studying current researches, and made BPA for construction company by analyzing business process in construction company. Moreover, this study indicated core business process from a point of profitability and growth view through grasping strategic goal priority. And also, it proposed criteria for process evaluation for BPM adoption, evaluated core business process, and indicated prior business process for BPM adoption.

        악관절장애환자의 하악과두 크기에 관한 연구

        Objective: In many TMD cases, deformed and reduced condyle heads were frequently observed. This study was prepared to compare the dimensions between normal and symptomatic condyles, using MR images. Materials: One hundred and twenty one patients with clinical signs and MRI-confirmed diagnosis of disc displacement were selected for this study. Thirty eight TMJs from nineteen asymptomatic volunteers who had no clinical symptoms and no disc displacement on sagittal and coronal view of MRI, were served as normal. Methods: Symptomatic condyles were classified according to the severity of the anterior disc displacement. The amount of anterior disc displacement was evaluated at sagittal section, and they were classified into 4 groups as normal(N), little(G0), mild(G1), moderate(G2) and severe displacement(G3). The dimentions of condyle were measured at the 200% magnified view, by digitizing program. All dimensions were compared among each groups on the central section of sagittal and coronal views, and the statistical analysis was performed. Results: The mean value of anteroposterior length of normal condyle was $0.79{\pm}0.13cm$ at sagittal section and mediolateral length was $2.12{\pm}0.22cm$ on coronal section. The mean value of anteroposterior length of symptomatic condyle was $0.67{\pm}0.16cm$ at sagittal section and mediolateral length was $1.97{\pm}0.28cm$ on coronal section. Conclusions: The size of symptomatic condyle was smaller than normal TMJ. The size of condyle was decreased as the amount of the disc displacement was increased. The dimensional change was found on the anterior articular surface of condyle at the mild or moderate disc displacement. And at the case of severe disc displacement, dimensional change was found on the superior articular surface.

        YCbCr 컬러 모델에서의 조건 검사와 적응적 차영상을 이용한 화염 및 연기 검출 알고리즘

        본 논문에서는 감시 카메라를 통해 입력된 영상 정보로 연기와 화염을 실시간 검출하는 알고리즘을 제안한다. 산불은 막대한 인명, 재산피해를 불러오기 때문에 조기 감지에 따른 초기 진화가 매우 중요하다. 제안하는 산불 감시 알고리즘은 화염 감지와 연기 감지로 나뉘는데, 화염 감지는 단일 프레임에서 YCbCr 컬러 모델에서의 조건 검사를 통하여 화염을 검출한다. 연기 감지를 위해서는 먼저 현재 영상과 인접한 프레임들의 평균 영상사이의 차를 가중치로 이용하여 배경 범위를 설정하고, 이 범위를 벗어나면서 회색조를 갖는 픽셀만을 연기영역으로 검출한다. 제안하는 화염 감지 알고리즘은 기존의 알고리즘보다 일조량에 따른 조도의 변화에 강건하고, 연기 검출 알고리즘은 단위 시간동안의 변화량을 고려하여 회색조의 픽셀만을 연기로 감지하기 때문에 효과적인 조기 산불 탐지가 가능하다. 실험 결과는 제안하는 산불 감시 알고리즘이 기존의 알고리즘보다 우수한 성능을 나타냄을 보여준다. In this paper, we propose a new real-time algorithm detecting the flame and smoke in digital CCTV images. Because the forest fire causes the enormous human life and damage of property, the early management according to the early sensing is very important. The proposed algorithm for monitoring forest fire is classified into the flame sensing and detection of smoke. The flame sensing algorithm detects a flame through the conditional test at YCbCr color model from the single frame. For the detection of smoke, firstly the background range is set by using differences between current picture and the average picture among the adjacent frames in the weighted value, and the pixels which get out of this range and have a gray-scale are detected in the smoke area. Because the proposed flame sensing algorithm is stronger than the existing algorithms in the change of the illuminance according to the quantity of sunshine, and the smoke detection algorithm senses the pixel of a gray-scale with the smoke considering the amount of change for unit time, the effective early forest fire detection is possible. The experimental results indicate that the proposed algorithm provides better performance than existing algorithms.

        Amyopathic dermatomyositis is defined by characteristic cutaneous manifestation of dermatomyositis without evidence of muscle involvement. There is no clinical difference between dermatomyositis and amyopathic dermatomyositis. Pulmonary involvement of dermatomyositis is so frequent than aggressive dianostic and therapeutic approach is needed. Early steroid or immunosuppresive treatment in pulmonary involvement of dermatomyositis gets better prognosis. Intravenous immunoglobulin treatment is an effective and safe alternative when the steroid or immunosuppresive treatment is ineffective or intolerable. We are reporting a case of amyopathic dermatomyositis with interstitial lung disease. This patient was improved with intravenous immunoglobulin treatment.

        소비자의 부정적 감정이 주문취소와 환불에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

          본 연구는 기존의 불평행동에 관한 연구에서 단일 차원으로 파악하던 기업에 대한 직접적인 보상요구를 그것이 발생하는 시점에 따라 주문취소와 환불로 구분하였고, 이때 유발되는 부정적인 감정의 종류 또한 다를 것이라는 가정하였다. 제품이 배송되기 이전 시점에 발생하는 주문취소의 경우에는 자신의 잘못된 선택에 의해 유발되는 실망을 크게 느끼는데 반하여, 제품이 배송된 이 후 일어나는 환불 행위의 경우에는 후회와 더불어 제품 성과에 대한 기대 불일치에 의해 발생하는 실망을 크게 느끼는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 본 연구에서는 제품을 배송 받은 이후에 유발되는 부정적인 감정경험인 후회는 선택한 제품보다 더 우월한 제품이 존재한다는 사실을 인지하는 상황에서 뿐만 아니라 부정적인 감정을 벗어나기 위한 활동의 일환으로 발생하는 반 사실적 사고, 혹은 가상의 심리적 시뮬레이션에 의해서도 유발된다는 것을 밝혔다. 본 연구는 기업에게 있어서 불평처리에 소요되는 자원을 보다 효율적이고 효과적으로 사용할 수 있도록 한다는 점에서 의의를 가진다고 하겠다.   This study examines the negative emotion on order cancellation and repayment. This study divides direct compensation request into cancelat ion of an order and repayment according to the point of it happens and we also suppose that they willlead different emotion. In case of order cancellation that happened before product is delivered(received), the disappointment is caused by customer own mistake. The other hand, in case of repayment that happens after product is delivered, consumers regret and disappointment which are caused by expectation discord with product.<BR>  Also, this study shows regret caused by mental simulation which happens to escape negative emotion by own mistake. This study implicates that company may use resources effectively that are cost in discontent settlement.
