Objectives : To determine the effect of clomiphene/hMG combined superovulation with intrauterine insemination on pregnancy outcomes. Materials and methods : Eighty-one cycles of clomiphene/hMG combined superovulation with intrauterine insemination in forty-three infertile couples were analysed retrospectively. Results : The overall pregnancy rate was 39.5% per patient and 20.9% per cycle. Each pregnancy rate of infertility due to ovulatory dysfunction, unexplained infertility and endometriosis was 43.8%, 40.0%, and 25.0% per patient respectively. Conclusions : Clomiphene/hMG superovulation with intrauterine insemination is a simple, cost effective and safe treatment modality in the management of infertility, and may improve a pregnancy rate.

Examfnation of 374 Korean students, 22 to 24 years of age performed for the estimation of oral hygiene condition and dontal caries prevalence with ageing. Oral hygiene condition was determined according to the Simplified Oral Hygiene Index outlined by Greene and vermilion and the dental cnories Prevalence and individual dental status were tabulated as the percent affected and average number of DMF Teeth. The results obtained from this study showed average 90.09 percent affected by dental caries for total subject and 6.39 DMF Teeth per person. An average of the Simplified Dral Hygiene Index obtained from total subject showed 3.42 per person. No correlation neith positive or negative could be demonstrated between oral hygiene condition and dental caries prevalence in this sample subject. This does not negate the necessity for further study of the relationship bet between dental caries prevalence and oral hygiene condition in persons of large sample subjects.

Design of the reinforced roadbed thickness is concerned with safe operation of trains at specified levels of speed, axle load and tonnage. There are two methods for evaluating it. One is using an experimental equation and the other is using elastic theory with considering axle load, material properties of subsoils and allowable elastic settlement. Multi-layered theory is used to determine reinforced roadbed thickness by RTRI. Although their reinforced roadbed thickness is designed with an objective of achieving a minimum standard 2.5㎜ of settlement on the subgrade surface, it is hardly applied to real design. Li(1994) has suggested the experimental model which design approach is to limit plastic strain and deformations for the design period. It is worth due to adopting soil equivalent number of repeated load application. Moreover, it has been a more advanced method than existing design methods because including resilient modulus of subsoil beneath track, soil deviator stress caused by train axle loads and MGT. In this paper, it is analyzed under domestic track conditions to estimate the reinforced roadbed thickness with different soil types.

1. Conclusion As this study aims at seeking a new direction in the curriculum for training the dental technicians in our junior colleges, we first of all gathered and analy3ed the information on the educational systems of the vocational colleges in the foreign countries and their national qualification systems for the dental technicians, along with the present curriculums for the dental technicians course in the various colleges in the advanced countries such as the United States, Canada, West Germany and Japan. After making an analytical comparative study and evaluation of these materials with the help of the questionaire, the advice of the members of the industrial-educational cooperation, of Korea Dental Technicians Associations Association, and the consultation of Korea Faculty Association of Dental Technology, we developed a new curriculum for training of the better dental technicians in our junior vocational colleges. In view of the present vocational education of the dental technicians in our junior colleges, it is very much desirable to develop a new curriculum for the dental technology students in order to give them a proper education in the concerned field. Therefore, in the course of developing this new model curriculum, a careful consideration is given to the selection of teaching subjects, the allocation of class and experiment (including the field training) hour, and the effective transition in guiding students. This means that he or she as a dental technology student should get a proper education which gies a high a high professional knowledge as well as a thorough and good technical skill. 2. Suggestion 1) In order to promote efficiency of education of the dental technicians, the standardization of teaching subjects and their names is required. 2) In order to improve the technical skill of the dental technicians all the necessary machinery and tools are to be fully equipped, so that they can easily make effective adaptation what they learned in colleges to the practical work. 3) In order to strengthen the industrial-educational cooperation system, the practice of the field work should systematically be carried out. 4) According the insearch of the information of the educational system, the course of the dental technicians should be extended from the present two years to over three or four years in order to make the dental technique scientific as well as technic. 5) As a part of the supply and demand of the manpower of the dental technicians they should have an opportunity to be employed in the public health center, in the industry of manufacturing mental materials, and in the various firms of selling the dental materials along with the dental laboratory and the general hospitals. An opportunity for the dental technicians to go to the overseas should be given by the government channels. 6) A reasonable measurement of the supply and demand of the manpower of the dental technicians should be taken by the government and the readjustment of the number of the students in the department of the dental technology of the respective college is very much required.
GEOTRACK을 이용한 궤도변수에 따른 침하 및 응력 특성 분석

Railroad track consists of relatively simple structures such as rail, sleeper, ballast. Roadbed shares vertical pressure by train load which passed through rail to ballast as base that supports the track. For evaluating stress and displacement of roadbed due to the railroad load is an important role on the track as a basic data for estimation of the durability and design of the roadbed thickness. GEOTRACK program applied multi-layered theory was developed for analyzing railroad track structure. GEOTRACK program is a sort of numerical analysis program which has advantage that can analysis component of track by simple method. In this study, this program was used to preform the numerical analysis by changing track conditions and roadbed conditions such as tie, reinforced roadbed, dynamic wheel load, Resilient modulus and so on. Further detail will be presented on the paper.
