계지복령환이 Cholesterol 식이 생쥐의 SOD 유전자발현능에 미치는 영향

Geagibokrounghwan (桂技茯笭湯) has long been used to cure human diseases such as vascular and blood disorders. However, it is still unkown on its action mechanism, physiolosical and biochemical meaning. Thus, many attempts were tried to show the scientific background covering the above mentioned mechanism. The effect of Geagibokrounghwan, which was known to date, as follow; effective circulation of body blood system, proliferation of leucocytes and antioxidative action. In this study, we have applied the Geagibokrounghwan administration and feed to mouse, to see effects on the expression of superoxide dismutase(SOD) mRNA as antioxidative agent and oxygen radical scavenger. Total RNAs includingmRNA have been isolated from liver and white blood cells after mice were fed with cholesterol in high dose. Also, in a separate group, the cholesterol-administrated mice were fed with Geagibokrounghwan to see the effects on SOD transcription. and then reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) usion each primer set (SOD-F;GATGAAAGCGGTGT-3'; SOD-R; 5'-CCTGTGGAGTGATT-3') were performed to trace theamounts of mRNA. SOD mRNA was specifically expressed in Geagibokrounghwan-fed mice at 2 weeks after treatment, however, gradually reduced after 4 weeks. These results indicate that Geagibokrounghwan is highly applicable in treatment of the above mentioned human diseases.

개선된 선 스펙트럼 특성을 갖는 비이진 PPM 기반 초광대역 무선전송 시스템

PPM(Pulse Position Modulation)을 기반으로 하는 초광대역(ultra-wide bandwidth) 무선전송 시스템의 일반적인 전력 밀도 함수(power spectral density function)를 유도한다. 또한 개선된 선 스펙트럼(line spectrum) 특성과 우수한 BER(Bit Error Rate) 성능을 갖는 초광대역 무선전송 시스템을 제안한다. We derive the general power spectral density of functions of ultra-wide bandwidth (UWB) systems using a pulse position modulation. We propose a new UWB system with a preferable line spectrum properies and a good bit error rate performance.

배를 저장할 때는 여러 가지 원인으로 손실이 발생할 수 있은데 원인은 크게 '생리적 장해'와 '저장병해'로 구분할 수 있다. 생리적 장해는 저장 중에 병원균의 침입 이외의 요인으로 발생되어 과실조직에 손상을 주는 것을 의미하며, 저장병해는 수상에서 또는 수확 전에 과피나 과경에 병원균이 침투하여 저장 중에 일정한 조건이 형성될 때 발병하는 현상을 말한다. 이 중에서도 근래에 많이 발생되어 농가에 많은 피해를 주고 있는 신고배 '얼룩과'는 저장병원균에 의해 발병하는 것으로 보고 얼룩과의 원인과 성상 그리고 억제 방법에 대해 설명하고자 한다.

This paper is concerned with the present state of the construction of corpus for a study of the history of Korean language and problems awaiting solution in process of constructing corpus. In this paper, author proposed an idea about the standard ways of collection, arrangement and preservation of corpus. Corpus divides into three classes, that is, sound corpus, text corpus and image corpus. The construction of sound corpus for history of the Korean language is not possible, because we can not hear the sound of the our dead ancestor. Through the 21th Sejong plan, one hundred and sixty million syllables as text corpus is constructed. But image corpus is not much digitalized. The standard way is provided with constructing text corpus in 21th Sejong plan. The standard way of constructing image corpus is ready in organizing plan of the cyber hangul Museum. But this standard way requires correction partially.

The purpose of this paper is to show the structure and the contents of the word's historical development dictionary of the Korean. The historical development dictionary of the Korean word included the etymological dictionary. There have occurred several confusions between etymological dictionary and historical dictionary of the word. The etymological dictionary serves the prime purpose of ascertaining or hypothesizing the descent of a given word, but historical dictionary concerned with all phases of the chosen word's historical development. In order to describe a good, modem word's historical development dictionary of Korean, we attempt to find or explain (1) the source of a word (2) a first word form in written data and its examples (3) the change of the word form and its examples (4) the change of the meaning and its examples (5) a word form and its meaning in the contemporary period etc.

The goal of this paper is to review the publication story of Nogeoldae(老乞大) and Bakthonasa(朴通事), Chinese interpretation and conversation textbooks, and their history of changes placing main focus on original Nogeoldae that was retrieved and introduced to the academia recently. At present, various editions of Nogeoldae can be classified into following four types depending on nature and editors or interpreters of the respective work: 1. Original Nogeoldae(原本老乞大) compiled in the end of Koryo dynasty), 2. The Revised Nogeoldae(刪改老乞大) by Ke￣ gi(葛貴) in 1483 A.D., 3. The Newly Interpreted Nogeoldae(老乞大新釋) by Kim, Changjo(金昌祚) and Byeon, Heon(邊憲) in 1761 A.D., 4. The Republished Nogeoldae(重刊老乞大) by Yi, Su(李洙) in 1795 Similar classification applies to original Bakthongsa(Interpreter Bak), and it is as follows: 1. Original Bakthongsa(原本朴通事, non-existing), 2. Revised Bakthongsa(刪改朴通事), 3. The Newly Interpreted Bakthongsa(朴通事新釋). All of the above were translated into Hangeul to be published as Translated Nogeoldae(飜譯老乞大), Hangeul Nogeoldae(老乞大諺解), Hangeul version of The Newly Interpreted Nogeoldae(新釋老乞大諺解), and Hangeul version of The Republished Nogeoldae(重刊老乞大諺解) on one hand, and Bakthongsa Translated(飜譯朴通事), Hangeul Bakthongsa(朴通事諺解), and Hangeul version of The Reinterpreted Bakthongsa(朴通事新釋諺解). In this paper, we review the current status of these material and their bibliographical features.
