      • 허약 고령자의 활동체력 및 우울증에 대한 단기간 운동프로그램의 효과

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of regular exercise for a short period on the functional fitness and depression of frail elderly in the nursing home. The exercise program, which include stretching and rubber-band resistance training involving the upper arm, shoulder, and femoral muscles, was conducted I day per week for 8 weeks. Twenty-five subjects participated in the training. Functional fitness was measured by standardized methods, and depression was assessed by geriatric depression scale (GDS) score. These measurements were done before and after training. The GDS score was improved after training. Maximum isometric leg force, reaction time, stepping, balancing on either leg with the eyes open, and functional fitness were improved significantly over the training period. On the other hand, sitting trunk flexion, one leg balance with the eyes open, and grip strength were not changed after training. These results show that 8 weeks of elastic band exercise training can improve the functional fitness in upper leg and depression of elderly residents living in nursing home.

        대학 교양체육 여대생 참여자의 신체만족도가 자기효능감 및 웰니스에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of the body cathexis of college physical education participants on the self-efficacy and wellness. research subjects were 284 female students in ‘I’ technical college of Incheon Area. Who have take a sports activity classes. The survey was analyzed by SPSS PC+ for window (version 19.0) which is the statistical analysis program to produce the computational results of this study. Based on the survey, this study could draw such results as follows: First, The higher the Body Cathexis with his ability to affect faith and confidence. Second, wellness static in the area of the terms of influence with high body Cathexis and negative effects on unstable is lower in the wellness areas of body Cathexis. Third, self-efficacy influenced by positive wellness variables.

        교양체육 참여자의 건강체력이 신체상 및 자아효능감에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of health fitness of students participated in sports activity classes on body image and self-efficacy. Research subjects were 480 students in ‘I’ Technical college of Incheon Area Who have take a sports activity classes. They Were divided into two types of groups; male groups(n=125) and female groups(n=123). Observation variable was test in one time, body weight, height, percent body fat. Health fitness test was muscle strength, muscle endurance, cardiovascular endurance, and flexibility. The questionnaire consisted of systematic and sequential questions. Factor analysis, independent-samples t-test, correlation analysis, and regression analysis were used for analyzing the data. Results found from such a comparative analysis study were as follows; Firstly, between the group of health fitness were showed statistically significant difference to the exclusion of cardiovascular endurance(p<.001). Secondly, between the group of body image and self-efficacy were showed statistically significant difference in the All sub-d omain(p<.05, p<.001). Thirdly, In the body image, muscle strength, muscle endurance, and cardiovascular endurance was the cause of relationship in male attendants, On the other hand, self-efficacy showed a high correlation with cardiovascular endurance. In the case of Female students showed a high correlation with body image and percentage body fat(p<.01). Finally, Body image are influenced negatively on percentage body fat. However, cardiovascular endurance and flexibility are influenced positively. self-efficacy are influenced positively on cardiovascular endurance and flexibility(p<.001).

        성인들의 운동행동을 설명하기 위한 사회적 변인과 심리적 변인의 관련성

        본 연구는 개인의 운동행동은 일련의 단계에 따라 변화한다는 전제하에 각 운동단계별로 사회적 그리고 심리적 변인들의 영향의 차이를 조사하였다. 또한, 운동행동의 단계를 설명하는데 있어 사회적 변인과 심리적 변인들의 관련성을 확인하였다. 서울시 N구와 J구에 거주하는 성인 총 439명(남자성인: 310명, 여자성인: 129명, 평균연령: 35.9세)의 자료가 본 연구에 사용되었다. 성인들의 운동행동 단계와 이와 관련된 사회적, 심리적 변인들을 조사하기 위하여, 운동행동단계 질문지, 자기효능감 질문지, 의사결정 질문지, 변화의 과정 질문지, 사회적 지지 질문지, 물리적 환경 질문지 등이 사용되었다. 운동행동에 영향을 줄 것으로 가정된 각각의 심리적, 사회적 변인들은 각 운동단계에 따라 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 심리적 변인들 중, 행동적 과정, 자기효능감, 인지적 과정, 운동이득 등이 각 운동단계별로 유의한 차이를 보였으며, 사회적 변인의 경우에는 친구의 지지, 가족의 지지, 정책적 환경, 그리고 물리적 환경 등 모든 변인들이 운동행동의 단계에 유의하게 영향을 미치는 것으로 보고되었다. 마지막으로 심리적 변인들이 운동행동의 변화단계와 사회적 변인간의 관련성을 중재하는지를 확인하기 위하여 위계적 회귀분석이 수행되었으며, 그 결과 2개의 사회적 변인 (친구의 지지, 물리적 환경)과 단계적변화모형의 3개의 심리적 하위변인(행동적 과정, 자기효능감, 운동이득)이 변화의 단계를 설명하는데 있어 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 운동행동을 효과적으로 설명하는데 있어 사회적 변인과 심리적 변인의 연계 가능성에 대한 기초자료를 제공한다. The purpose of the study was to test the possibility of integrating social variables with psychological variables to better predicting the stages of exercise behavior. A total 439 adults (males: 310, females: 129, average age: 35.9 years) were voluntarily participated in the study. Six questionnaires were applied for evaluating individuals` social and psychological attributes relating to exercise behavior. Results indicated that most social and psychological constructs, except for exercise barrier differentiated across the stages of exercise behavior. Furthermore, the sub-psychological variables of the transtheoretical model well mediated the relationships between social variables and the stages of exercise behavior. In particular, 3 individual psychological variables (behavioral processes, self-efficacy and exercise benefit) and 2 individual social variables (social support from friends and physical environment) showed 54% of the variance to explaining exercise behavior. The findings obtained from this study provide preliminary data for the integration of the sub psychological constructs of the transtheoretical model with social variables to predicting the transition of exercise behavior.

      • 고등학생의 여가활동 참여와 사회성 발달에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships between participation in leisure activities and social development, that is, participation in leisure activities related to personal characters and the relationships between participation in leisure activities and social development. TO accomplish the purpose of this study, research models and hypotheses were established based on previous studies and theories. Gender and grade as personal characters, participation in leisure activities as a independent variable and social development as a dependent variable were selected. Total of 570 student who go to High school in kyeon GI-do, moon-san 2004 were selected as subjects with random sampling. The questionnaire used in this study was based on the material which was made by Chung bung-Mo(1971) and was standardized by Han Tae-Ryoung(1998) Frequency analysis, cross analysis, ANOVA and t-test were used in this study and each hypothesis was tested at the significance level of .05. On the basis of the results analyzed, the Conclusion were drawn as follows ; First, there was a difference of participation in leisure activities depending on gender of High school students, but no difference was found depending on grades Second, there was a significant difference of social development in emotional stability, dominance and self-regulation according to types of participation in leisure activities of High school students. Third, No significant difference of social development was found in both frequency and period according to an extent of participation in leisure activities of High school students. Fourth, there was a difference in only activities depending on existence of a leader and there was significant difference in activity and sociability depending on existence of a colleague.

      • 여성 노인의 신체활동이 건강관련 자아존중감과 자기효능감에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of study was to investigate physical activity on the health-related Self-efficacy and Self-esteem and to identify a possible relationship positive psychological variables. Subjects were consisted of 276 female old women over 60 years old living in J-gu in Seoul. The measurement tools used in this study were korean version self-efficacy scale and self-esteem scale to test the old women belief, value attitude, confidence on life satisfaction. The results indicated that the positive psychological constructs of the elderly were differences according to age. The old women aged 65-69yrs had higher self-efficacy and self-esteem than the old women over 70yrs(*p<.05). Further, the results revealed that there was a significant difference in the positive psychological constructs of the elderly according to physical activity. The old women participating in a regular physical activity reported higher self-esteem in physical activity(*p<.05 ). The study has implications that the further study related in this field should consider other demographic factors, the advanced methodical techniques. Moreover there should be required the more in depth and broader research in this area.
