        연구논문 : 미용관련학과 학위 과정 현황과 학위 논문 활용에 관한 조사

        Now, beauty related systematic education in korea is popular and multifarious, and it was developed to graduate school. The purpose of the research is to understand the applications as well as the hindrance factors of hairdresser`s degree treatise. Having that as the base, the fundamental educational materials are presented to those students with masters or doctors degree and also, it is for the hair related dressers to be able to have a chance to use degree treatise. The research was done from the 4th of September 2007 to 23rd of September including students who are attending school, graduates and hair product companies within 2 hair dresser universities, 2 universities and 1 postgraduate school. Total of 410 papers of survey was done and out of returned 383 surveys, 56 insincerity surveys were neglected. The final analyst was done from remaining 327 surveys. The edition of the hair related degree thesis would be constantly published. If the degree theses are not restricted by school achievement, job location, experiences, and the subject of thesis in further study focus on things that the hair related beauticians want, it would be another way to increase the access frequency in the thesis using for reference.

        한국 헤어관련 학위논문의 근무지에 따른 관심도와 활용도에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study are: to research the levels of interest, usage and elements of difficulties about hair related thesis papers in respect to the job locations; to provide a basic educational data that suggests research papers useful for the hair related beauticians, to the students in the doctoral and masters level degree programs based on it; and to provide an opportunity to the hair related beauticians to utilize the degree program thesis papers. In order to accomplish these objectives, we have randomly chosen the graduates, the workers of the beauty products companies, actual workers in beauty parlors, and 3 hair related colleges, 3 colleges, and 2 graduate study centers within Seoul irrespective of their sexes to survey. A total of 36.5 of the questionnaires were circulated and 346 were collected in which 19 were omitted due to either no answer, unfaithful answer, etc. to have 327 answered questionnaires for the use of the final analysis. Also in order to analyze the collected data, frequency analysis, crosstabulation analysis, t-test, ANOVA, and correlation analysis were performed using SPSS 11.5 for the statistical treatment of the data. The following conclusion was reached based on the results of the analysis of the interests and the usage of the hair related beauticians on the hair related degree thesis papers In terms of the interest in the hair related degree thesis papers by job locations, they ranged low to high in actual hair stylists(hair salons) < beauty product companies < education facilities in beauty, showing that the workers in the educational facilities has the highest rates of interests, and they also showed the highest rate in their willingness to invest the time to research the information for the degree papers. To the question about the most needed for the usages of the degree papers, the workers in the educational facilities answered as the time to read the research papers, being the highest followed by the exchange of information among colleagues, and the capabilities in understanding the thesis papers, while the actual workers in the beauty salons answered that the time to read the research papers, being the highest followed by the work environment that allows the utilization after reading the thesis papers. The hair related degree papers will continue to be presented. In order to have an appropriate use for the degree papers, there must be interests in the degree papers, and the degree papers must raise the level of interest in them irrespective of the reader's sex, level of education, job location, and experience levels, and one way to raise their interest and usage level would be to choose the topics based on the wishes of the hair related beauticians, then research and present them.

        한국 사계 이미지를 표현한 헤어아트 연구 - 나무를 중심으로 -

        Out of many things in the nature, a tree which has a close relation with human has been used has a flourishing subject matter of art with its great feeling of vitality and full figure. The shape of a tree is a great subject matter to express the vitality, not only because of its feeling of vitality but also because of its metaphorical expression flowing inside of it. Many forms of different trees have their own perfect beauty of the shape and they all let us feel four distinct seasons clearly. A little sprout blossomed out in the spring rapidly grows until summer. In the fall the leaves fall off and become manure during the winter and helps a new tree to grow next year. This research was done to express the beauty of vitality through trees and show visual images of nature with hair art through integrating various modem hair styles with trees and the nature.

        사이버대학 뷰티산업 관련학과 교육과정에 관한 고찰

        This study attempted to review the curriculum of beauty industry-related departments at eight cyber colleges and universities as of August 2016. The common educational goal of these colleges and universities is to cultivate beauty specialists. Many major courses have been found in the Department of Beauty Health Design (58 courses, bachelor`s degree in Cosmetology) at Open Cyber University of Korea and the Department of Beauty Care (25 courses, associate`s degree in Industrial Arts) at Yeungjin Cyber College. The Department of Oriental Medical Cosmetology and Art at Wonkwang Digital University had the most major courses focused on skin care (n=14), while the Department of Cosmetology and Art at Soongsil Cyber University had the most major courses focused on hair (n=9). In makeup, the Department of Beauty Care at Yeungjin Cyber College had the most (n=9), while the Department of Total Beauty Arts at Digital Seoul Culture Arts University had the most major courses related to nails (n=2). Even though there are differences in the number of credits required by compulsory major subjects, elective major subjects, and liberal arts, students are required to earn at least 140 credits for a bachelor`s degree in cosmetology and 80 credits or more for an associate`s degree in cosmetology. Even when the licenses and certificates of completion presented by beauty-related departments at cyber colleges and universities varied, all students were able to get cosmetology licenses at graduation. This study is significant in that it provides information useful to those who want to earn an academic degree by getting admission to a beauty-related department or earning academic credits from the academic credit bank system.

        K562 세포주에서 Genistein에 의해 억제되는 Radiation-induced Apoptosis의 조절 유전자

        목적 : K562 세포를 대상으로 PTK inhibitor (herbimycinA와 genistein)에 의한 방사선 유도 apoptosis의 변화에 따른 관련 유전자를 탐색하고자 하였다. 대상 및 방법 : K562 세포는 $2\times10^5\;cells/mL$의 비율로 준비하여 대수증식기로 성장한 세포를 각각의 실험조건에 따라 처리하여 사용하였다. 방사선 조사는 6-MV X-Ray 10 Gy (Clinac 1800C, Varian, USA)를 $200\~300\;cGy/min$의 선량율로 상온에서 일정하게 조사하였다. Herbimycin A (HMA, Calbiochem, UK)와 genistein (Calbiochem, UK)은 dimethylsulfoxide (DMSO, Sigma, UK)에 녹여서 각각 1 mM과 10 mM의 농축용액으로 조제한 각각 250 nM과 $25\;{\mu}M$의 최종농도로 처리하였다. 내성 변화의 조절에 관여하는 유전자를 찾고자 PCR-select cDNA subtractive hybridization을 실시하여 128개의 차별 발현되는 clones을 재선별하였다. DNA sequencing을 통하여 염기서열을 분석하였으며, GenBank database를 이용하여 이미 밝혀진 유전자들과의 상동성을 비교하였다. 상동성을 갖는 clone을 확인하여 이를 probe로 사용하여 방사선 단독조사한 실험군과 방사선과 HMA 또는 genistein을 동시 처리한 실험군들간의 mRNA 발현의 차이를 Northern hybridization을 통하여 확인하였다. 결과 : homo sapiens Smad6 유전자와 $95\%$의 상동성을 갖는 clone을 확인하였다. 이를 probe로 사용하여 방사선 단독 조사한 실험군과 방사선과 HMA 또는 genistein을 동시 처리한 실험군들간의 mRNA 발현의 차이를 비교 분석한 결과, 방사선과 genistein을 동시 처리한 실험군의 mRNA 발현이 방사선 단독 조사한 실험군과 방사선과 HMA를 처리한 실험군들에 비하여 현저히 높았다. 결론 : Smad6와 방사선에 의해 유도되는 apoptosis의 억제에 관한 연관성을 보고한 문헌은 없으나, Smad6가 일부세포에서 apoptosis를 억제한다는 보고들과, 본 연구에서 관찰한 genistein에 의한 방사선에 의해 유도되는 apoptosis의 억제에서 그 발현이 두드러지게 증가한 점 등을 미루어 보아 방사선에 의하여 유도된 apoptosis의 억제 및 방사선 내성의 조절에도 관여할 것으로 생각된다. Prupose : The genes involved on the suppression or radiation-induced apoptosis by genistein in K562 leukemia cell line was investigated. Materials and methods : K562 cells in exponential growth phase were irradiated with a linear accelerator at room temperature. For X-ray irradiation and drug treatment, cultures were prepared at $2\times10^5\;cells/mL$. The cells were irradiated with 10 Gy (Clinac 1800C, Varian, USA), Stock solutions of herbimycin A (HMA, Calbiochem, UK) and genistein (Calbiochem, UK) were prepared in dimethylsulfoxide (DMSO, Sigma, UK). After incubation at $37^{\circ}C$ for 24 h, PCR-select cDNA subtractive hybridization, dot hybridization, DNA sequencing and Northern hybridization were examined. Results : Smad6 gene was identified from the differentially expressed genes in K562 cells incubated with genistein which had been selected by PCR-select cDNA subtractive hybridization. The mRNA expression of Smad6 in K562 cells incubated with genistein was also higher than control group by Northern hybridization analysis. Conclusion : We have shown that Smad6 involved on the suppression of radiation-induced apoptosis by genistein in K562 leukemia cell line. It is plausible that the relationship between Smad6 and the suppression of radiation-induced apoptosis is essential for treatment development based on molecular targeting designed to modify radiation-induced apoptosis.

        K562 세포의 방사선 감수성 변화에 영향을 미치는 신호전달인자

        Purpose The human chronic myelogenous leukemia cell line, K562, expresses the chimeric bcr-abl oncopro-tein, whose deregulated protein tyrosine kinase activity antagonizes the induction of apoptosis via DNA damaging agents. Previous experiments have shown that nanomolar concentrations of herbimycin A (HMA) coupled with X-irradiation have a synergistic effect in inducing apoptosis in the Ph-positive K562 leukemia cell line, but genistein, a PTK inhibitor, is non selective for the radiation-induced apoptosis of p210bcr/abl protected K562 cells. In these experiments, the cytoplasmic signal transduction pathways, the induction of a number of transcription factors and the differential gene expression in this model were investigated. Materials and Methods K562 cells in the exponential growth phase were used in this study. The cells were irradiated with 0.5-12 Gy, using a 6 MeV Linac(Clinac 1800, Varian, USA). Immediately after irradiation, the cells were treated with 0.25 M o f H MA and 25 M of genistein, and the expressions and the activities of ablkinase, MAPK family, NF-B, c-fos, c-myc, and thymidine kinase1 (TK1) were examined. The differential gene expressions induced by PTK inhibitors were also investigated. Results: The modulating effects of herbimycin A and genistein on the radiosensitivity of K562 cells were not related to the bcr-ablkinase activity. The signaling responses through the MAPK family of proteins, were not involved either. In association with the radiation-induced apoptosis, which is accelerated by HMA, the expre-ssion of c-myc was increased. The combined treatment of genistein, with irradiation, enhanced NF-Bactivity and the TK1 expression and activity. Conclusion: The effects of HMA and genistein on the radiosensitivity of the K562 cells were not related to the bcr-abl kinase activity. In this study, another signaling pathway, besides the MAPK family responses to radiation to K562 cells, was found. Further evaluation using this model will provide valuable information for the optional radiosensitization or radioprotection. 목 적: 만성 골수성 백혈병 세포인 K562 세포주는 방사선 및 다양한 항암제에 대한 apoptosis에 저항성을 가진다. 지난 연구에서 K562 세포는 방사선에 대하여 내성반응을 보이며, 세포내 PTK의 작용을 억제하고 자방사선조사와 함께 투여한 herbimycin A (HMA)에 의하여 방사선에 대한 apoptosis와 같은 감수성 반응이 유도되는 반면, genistein에 의하여 방사선에 대한 apoptosis 반응이 저해 됨을 확인하였다.본 연구에서는 타이로신 인산화 효소억제에 의한 K562세포의 방사선 반응변화를 조절하는 신호전달경로를 조사하였다. 대상 및 방법 : K562 세포를 지수증식기의 세포 들만 선택하여 실험에 이용하였다. 방사선조사는 6 MeV 선형가속기 (Clinac 1800C, Varian)를 이용하여 200˜300 cGy/min 선량률로 0.5˜12 Gy를 균일하게 조사하였다. HMA와 genis-tein은 각각 0.25μM, 25μM을 방사선 조사 후 즉시 투여하였다. 실험에서 신호전달 경로로 abl kinase, MAPK family, NF-κB, c-fos, c-myc, thymidine kinase1 (TK1)등에서의 단백질 또는 유전자 발현 및 활성을 조사하였다. 또한 약제 투여에 따른 유전자 발현차이(differential gene expression)를 조사하였다. 결 과: Abl kinase의 발현 및 활성 변화를 조사하였으나 PTK 저해제에 의한 방사선 유도 세포사의 변화와의 연관성을 찾을 수 없었다. 세포생존 및 사멸의 신호전달 체계에서 주요조절과 정인 MAPKfamily의 관여 여부확인에서 방사선으로 인한 SAPK/JNK의 활성화의 유도가 관찰되었으나, PTK 저해제에 따른 변화는 없었으며,또한 MAPK/ERK와 p38MAPK활성은 모든 조건에서 변함없이 일정하였다.전사인자 활성화에 대한 조사에서 방사선 조사와 함께 genistein을 투여한 경우에NF-κB 활성이 증가하였다. 유전자 발현 차이의 조사에서 genistein 투여에 의한 TK1유전자 발현 및 단백질 활성이 증가하였다. 결 론: PTK 억제에 의한 K562 세포의 방사선에 대한 반응 변화는 bcr-abl kinase활성과는 무관하게 진행되며, MAPK family경로 외의 다른 경로를 통한 전사인자 활성화 과정이 연관되어 있음을 확인하였다.

      • 성인에서 발생한 급성 부비동염에 의한 안와봉와직염 1례

        Complications of paranasal sinusitis has been progressively decreasing since the advent of antibiotics. The periorbital cellulitis most commonly arises from the spread of contiguous infections of the lids, teeth, or paranasal sinuses. The most frequently isolated pathogens in the orbital infection are staphylococcus and streptococcus pyogen. The periorbital cellulitis occurs most frequently in the childhood. We report one case of periorbital cellulitis induced by acute ethmoiditis. A 37-year-old male patient visited the otolaryngologic out patient clinic with symptom of severe headache around left orbital area for 2 days. The physical examination revealed no gross abnormality except mucopurulent discharge from the left middle meatus. A plain paranasal sinus films showed hazziness in the left ethmoid sinus and frontal sinus. The patient was admitted due to severe headache. On the evening of admission day the patient's left eyeball was protruded and periorbital edema occured. Although the administration of parenteral antibiotics the edema and protrusion of left eyeball became worse, and orbital sonogram revealed cellulitis. An emergency intranasal ethmoidectomy under the endoscopic control was performed on the third admission day. On the second postoperative day the patient's eyelid swelling decreased. On the sixth postoperative day the patient was discharged without orbital sequelae. We report this case with review of the literature.

      • 비내시경 수술로 치험한 급성 사골동염에 의한 안와봉와직염 1례

        Inflammation involving the orbit is an omnious physical sign representing a threat to vision and life. Seventy-five percent of bacterial infections in the orbit are caused by paranasal sinusitis, usually ethmoiditis medially, less commonly from the frontal sinusitis above or maxillary sinusitis below. Orbital complication induced by acute sinusitis is a rare condition in nowadays since the advent of antibiotics. We report a case of treatment for periorbital cellulitis induced by acute ethmoiditis. A 37-year-old male patient visited the otolaryngologic out patient clinic with symptom of severe headache around left orbital area for 2 days. The physical examination revealed no gross abnormality on the face except mucopurulent discharges from the left middle meatus. A plain paranasal sinus films showed partial haziness in the left ethmoid sinus and frontal sinus. The patient was admitted due to a severe headache. On the evening of admission day the patient's left eyeball was protruded and periorbital edema occured. Although the administration of maximal doses of parenteral antibiotics, the edema and protrusion of left eyeball became worse. The orbital sonogram showed cellulitis in the left orbital area and the PNS CT scans showed left ethmoiditis and frontal sinusitis. An emergency intranasal ethmoidectomy under the endoscopic control was performed on the third admission day. On the second post-operative day the patient's eyelid swelling decreased. On the sixth post-operative day the patient was discharged without any orbital sequela. We report this case with review of the literature.
